Leonardo Hotel Karlsruhe

Really enjoyed the location. Close to train and palace. Good room.

Bath tub did not drain properly and room cleaning has to be requested, so no new towels or toilet paper refill without specific request.

everything as promised, we liked our stay there.

The location was just fine, near a shopping centre. There wasn't any free parking.

The carper had some dirty/stained spots. The room was small. The bathroom was okay. We were just there for one night, so it was fine.

Cafe Break is available all day at the reception.

The elevator is old, very slow and small.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable room. Central location and an easy walk to zoo and train station. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Coffee maker a plus. Reception staff were so helpful with speaking English and assisting us with restaurant ideas and public transport. Glass of hot gluwein upon arrival and they were also able to check us in a few hours early. We would definitely stay again!

Affordable, pet-friendly hotel was perfect for the Karlsruhe Christmas market. It was a short 8-min walk into the town square. Hotel was across the street from the large zoo as well. The hotel was dog-friendly with no additional charges required. They had hot gluhwein at check-in as well! There was a mini fridge in the room, which was appreciated. The shower had good water pressure and heat.

The bed was a bit firm for our liking. Additionally, one of two elevators were down. The one that was working was extremely slow as well. We were on the 8th floor which was a bit far to walk up and down with suitcases. Also the parking garage under the hotel is not affiliated with the hotel. It also does not have a lift.

I like the staff and the complementaries they provide all day long. Location is great and close to the mall and Christmas market.

The room felt old. The bed was not the most comfortable at least to my personal preferences. There was 1 elevator working which was challenging. I was surprised to payaround 48 Euros on arrival for the state tax which wasnt mentioned earlier.

Easy walk from the train station, centrally located between station and center. I would stay there again since it was well located and priced.

The hotel is a bit dated inside and out. Noise carries from the other rooms. But not really too bad. I would still use the hotel again if I'm in town.

Rooms and facility needs renovation - rooms weren‘t made and no Houskeeping after 5pm available. Breakfast was ok, but may Buses in the morning.Overall cleary oder prized and not 4 star standard.

We were cycling and the hotel was right on our route (EV15). The staff was super helpful and provided a secure place for our bikes.There was a candy bar in the lobby. There was coffee in the lobby in the morning.

The hotel is very clean, with friendly staff and easily accessible good location, they offered an upgrade to us on the arrival, but the biggest plus for us was that they had gluten free options for breakfast menu. Totally recommend and will go back again.

The best hotel to stay at in Karlsruhe!! Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff, fantastic facilities! I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks! It made my stay at Leonardo Hotel extra special :-) I absolutely loved my stay at Leonardo Hotel!!

Fantastic staff, a lot of little things that make things lovely - candy bar, refreshments, morning coffee to go.Friendly to pets. And have to say again - amazing staff!!!

Staff were truly friendly and responsive. Made whole world of a difference. The hotel was clean and kept in very good conditions. Location was great. Environment was safe and quiet, yet accessible easily by several tram lines. It was overall a wonderful stay. I would not hesitate to stay there again.The lounge was also showing Champions League football when we arrived. Great entertainment too.

Fine older hotel which is kept clean and for a good budget.Showers were kinda low for a Dutch person, blankets kinda short and parking was filled to the brim (paid parking garage with a lot of EV chargers present though). Breakfast was good and varied!Overall fine stay for traveling through.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious areas, 15 minutes easy walk to city center (markyplaz). Great view of the city at the high floors.
