GenoHotel Karlsruhe

The hotel is spacious. Rooms are very practical and clean. Not too far off the highway, ask the reception for restaurants nearby if you arrive after 8 PM. Good value!

No complaints!

Very big complex. Amazing breakfast. Crispy bacon is delicious. Nice room with powerful shower. Quiet and good internet

Spotlessly clean well equipped primarily business hotel.

Big, nice, clean & comfortable room. Friendly receptionists.

There is renovation in the object- and there is completely no information about it on booking.com, and also on the website of hotel... Bar&restaurant is closed, everything looks like a working place, not hotel. Breakfast- horrible, renovation is not an excuse for completely empty coffee pots (anyway disgusting), lack of cheese&ham (empty plates). It was filled after really long time&reminder needed from one of the guests- without even "sorry"... I didn't expect that kind of service from 3 stars hotel.

Very clean and spacious room, helpful staff.

Rond was way too warm (top level); curtain does not make the room dark enough. Because of this we did not sleep well.

Near to the Location to visit

Convention/Training Facility, so during holidays no restaurant or bar

Breakfast was fine, good choises, but could last more then until 9am. It would be nice say to about 10pm. Hotel surrounding is very calm, lot of trees, possibilities to running and quiet places to rest. Very friendly place, far away from traffic.

Evening when the window was open, the noise from highway is heard.

Clean room, very calm location, parking garage available on site and very good breakfast. Apples available at reception desk.

Price. Clean.

Breakfast til 9:00Check out till 10:00

clean, comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom and toilet, including drinking water. breakfasts are quite good

very friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant

Brilliant bed and shower, totally quiet nights sleep

Breakfast after the conference delegates looked like it had been hit by a swarm of locusts

Breakfast was acceptable.

They advertised having sauna, which is why I selected this hotel. But they refused to let me in because you apparently need 5 people to pay 10 Euros each and register before 4pm. The bar was also closed. It was very uncomfortable wandering around the hotel with nothing to do, and I feel ripped off. They did not offer any alternative, nor did they ask if I enjoyed my stay at checkout. I suspect they have received enough negative feedback.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms, great facilities, good breakfast.

It's a business hotel with nice affordable spa. Clean rooms, nice staff and a really beautiful area

Wlan in the room was terrible and some guests were a little noisy during one night.

Rooms are great and staff are helpful

The breakkfast was good.

The floor in front of the bathroom was all the time wet.

Staff extended my checkout, breakfast was very nice
