Disappointing

I stayed for 4 nights and have booked a room with a breakfast (the price included breakfast), and that was one of the reasons that I picked that hotel, but no breakfast was served, and that was really disappointing. I called to the hotel and sent messages but there was no unswerving. There was nobody at reception to help me with that question.

Room and even the bed is to small. But it was single room. Maybe it is a standart of single room.

Breakfast meniu is too poor. Not many possibilieties to choose meal.

I had an amazing stay. Good bed and shower, silent apartment, great wifi (I was there for work reasons), good breakfast and kind staff. It is a simple hotel, but perfect for work purposes.

Reception is not available all the time. I had to leave very early and the person was not there, so I was almost late for my meeting. They could offer the possibility to send the receipt via Booking, which would save (valuable) time from people traveling for work.

Good location. There is the very good restaurant witn exellent service

No air conditioning

I love the Bathroom the most. So big and so clean. An iron and ironing board are also available.

It would have been better if there was a kettle.

Very clean. Excellent location, only 10 minutes walk from tollhaus theatre. Good breakfast. Easy check in.

No aircon (but there was a fan) I could hear noises from other guests, although it wasn't loud enough to disturb me when I was sleeping

Good sized room for one person. Very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Good internet. "Check-Inn" was easy putting in my provided pin and receiving my card to access the premises.

Clearer instructions at the door on where to press the buttons to enter the pin for the room key. It took me about 3 tries, as I didn't press the buttons hard enough the first view tries also didn't know I should press # until I saw the small note.It was a very hot day which made the room very warm and the windows only opened a little bit, so there was not enough fresh air or air movement. Luckily a small fan was provided, which helped a lot however, a air conditioner would've been VERY welcome and would've made a huge difference.

Very clean, pretty modern rooms, a good shower and a comfortable bed. Appreciated the free toiletries and water. For me the location was great, as I was going to a concert very close to the hotel. The free available coffee and tea was nice.

I'm always very disappointed when there's no staff on site when checking in, and you have to get your key from a locker box. This hotel's reception is ONLY staffed from 08:00 to 12:00. It's just not welcoming. Also there's no breakfast on Mondays?? I don't understand why there would be breakfast every day except Monday.

disappointing

there are no facilities in this hotel and the reception is basically unstaffed. no mini bar, no room service, no vending machines nothing. there is no ability to even get a drink of water. compared to other hotels in the same price bracket this hotel is so basic i would not return.

The free access to the coffee machine in the breakfast area was most appreciated, regardless of us not having breakfast. Complimentary water in room was a bonus too.Great location, good selection of bars and restaurants and small supermarkets close by, and only a 30 minute walk into the centre.

There was no access to a safety deposit box in the hotel, either in the room, or at reception. This is pretty much standard these days, and was a concern as it did not comply with our holiday insurance requirements.

The hotel is nice and cozy. In particular it is very clean, with new furnitures and equipment. Also, the free wifi provided by the hotel works very well. It is a nice place to stay for a business trip.

Staff is not very present, especially at the reception. TV is another area where improvements would be welcomed. The location is good for working, as it is in an area with multiple companies, but it is quite desert at night.

The restaurant from the hotel is very good.

At my arrival, the shower had a problem, was resolved the next day.

On TV, there is not international channel. All channels are in German.

Spacious rooms with everything that one could need! Check in and check out went without problems
