Hotel Am Gottesauer Schloss

Spacious room with almost all the essentials available. Nice balcony and comfortable bed. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Good breakfast included in the price. Parking was free.

Although parking is free, getting the space was a bit of a hassle.

The room was big and the check in worked well

On Saturday, we did not have any hot water in the shower -- which was especially bad on that day, as we had a whole busy day ahead of us. We were also not able to reach anybody. So we had to shower in ice cold water because there was really no alternative. On Sunday the water was warm again. However, I saw another comment here talking about missing hot water, so this might be some persistent issue? There were also some other small issues with the room: we did not have glasses (there should have been some according to the kitchen inventory list) and the electric outlet on one of the bedside tables was not working reliably.

Clean, quiet, fabulous breakfast.

No warm water in the shower.

Location, staff,breakfast

Construction site next door

Really easy to find, right next the alter schlachthof for concerts, proximity to the city centre by tram, clean and sleek decor

Generally good, locstion perfect for where I wanted to go Substage Musical venue, free parking in the area, friendly Staff and a surprising good breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is convenient for the music college which we were visiting and only a short walk to the tram stop.

On the first night we were seriously disturbed by loud noises coming from the boiler/hot water system. We were given another room with no questions, and it was a better room. However there was no-one to speak to during the night.

Great breakfast, nice staff, and well furnished rooms. The heating in my room didn't work properly, which made it a bit cold during the night.

Free parking behind the building when you arrive late. Self check in was easy. Great breakfast and nice staff. Very large room, a lot of space and spacious kitchen.

The balcony was right above trash bins.

Excellent breakfast and pleasant surprises in the room. Don’t expect a fancy room, but it’s clean and spacious.

Nothing they can do about it, but there are construction works across the road.

Easy check-in and -out in a nice building, easily accessible by public transport

Clean, friendly, efficient and space

Perfect stay! Highly recommended! The food was great, the room like new and clean, the staff very kind.

space is big, clean, quiet.

The breakfast was great, the room spacious, I liked the mermaid theme.

It was strange that the bathroom had no door

Quiet location, spacious room, great breakfast. Kettle and fridge.

Further from centre of city than expected.

Location and accomodation. Very friendlt and helpful staff

Very nice room and great location. Staff are helpful.

We were looking for a family room in the vicinity, and no other hotel offered one - we'd have had to book two rooms with two small kids. That this "family room" was a caravan added adventure to the family trip!

I didn't mind, but it's worth noting that about half the advertised space is in the tent in front of the caravan. It's space you can use, of course, and offers enough privacy - but maybe not what you'd expect.

Comfy bed, spacious room

the walls were extremely thin so everytime my neighbouring room used the bathroom I was immediately woken up (several times at night)
