At 21h there was nobody at the reception. It was difficult to get into the hotel and to get my keys. I was supposed to have room nr 6, but the key was not available. I had to take another room, which was not as nice as I expected based on my earlier stay

Great room, the bathroom was huge. breakfast was good.

Food in the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast.

The biggest problem was that we ordered a non smoking room, way in advance and didn't get it. Even the towels smelled of cigarette smoke. Oh, it was cold outside, 8c but the radiators were cold even when we opened the valves.

Very clean and comfortabele. Breakfast is good and the service is accurate and very friendly. Beds and bathroom are very clean and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant that belongs to the same hotel.

Nothing to be honest. We were travelling from Italy to the Netherlands and this hotel was just perfect.

the hotel is a bit retro style, but everything is clean and tidy. For breakfast they kindly offered to cook different types of eggs, the coffee is tasty and strong, everything is fresh, the atmosphere is homey and cozy)) the staff is very responsive and caring

Breakfast superb choices !

We struggled to find the place as diversions everywhere.But a helpful local person helped us. Rooms were very warm - but a fan was already provided- phew!!

The hotel was good, breakfast quite complete and good parking.

The receptionist barely speak English. For one/two days is enough. The city is quite quiet, only one restaurant and one bar (inside the hotel)

Great place, a bit far from Karlsruhe but transit is ok. Great staff. We had a great time there.

The location was very convenient for a stopover as close to the motorway. Beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms were very hot at night. We had two rooms and our children's twin was very small, but OK for one night.

Excellent Rooms, very clean, Hygienic and location is very peaceful. Breakfast is amazing and very delicious. I stayed 14 nights so i am very confident the services are top level. I request all to try Hotel Sonne. Best place for stay and superb Food Quality. THanks to the Staff of Hotel Sonne to make my stay so easy & comfortable. Vielen Danke !!!

I think i can suggest few points 1. Wifi Speed if increased will be super, it does drop signal in between. But did work most of the time. 2. Room must have Water heating pot with coffee and sugar pouch for guest to drink coffee. I had to go to Vending machine across road to get coffee. 3. Small fridge in room will add to the features provided in room. It will help guest to preserve few basic food during travel. If, these 3 points are added it will be superb service which can be added to online feature list by Hotel Sonne. Thank you

We liked everything about Hotel Sonne - the friendly and welcoming owners, food and especially the beautifully presented and tasty breakfast. Our room was modern and comfortable and parking was a bonus.

We had pre paid through booking.com at the time of booking. Staff were unaware but the overcharge was quickly resolved.
