Moxy Karlsruhe

Breakfast, cleanliness, parking

Unclear and not very visible signs to find the hotel.

Clean, efficient, friendly staff comfy beds, nice lobby bar, good breakfast Nothing fancy, but everything that is important is provided

Location near Aldi supermarket.. Creativity in interior

Lack of manpower during breakfast. Only one person was working from reception and running to the kitchen. If you're having breakfast at 9am chances there's no more food left coz they're not filling it! At night they're 4 in de reception/bar yet they never had time to entertain us to order/avail our drinks instead they asked us to wait for some minutes!

We stayed here just for one night, and it was the perfect place to recharge. Very clean and well equipped room, great staff and the welcome drinks were a very nice surprise.

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast.

Everything was perfect. I have to add that the personnel was so good and so kind. The facilities were okay and the room was comfy.

The location is good if you are traveling with a car. If not, it is a bit empty road to walk from metro.

Breakfast had gluten free options when we consulted the staff. Like bread and cereal. The room was perfect for a night with light blocking curtains and a firm bed. The shower was clean and had a soap/shampoo and conditioner dispenser. You get a free drink as a welcoming gift. The Nachos are very nice. The staff is very helpful.

Bright, fun and modern hotel. Rooms are comfortable and nice to look at. There is enough space. We liked that the windows can be opened. Breakfast was good, we really liked the scrambled eggs and the fresh fruit. Cocktails at the bar, inside or outside are a treat.

Gluten free breakfast was advertised as an option but when asked the breakfast staff could not provide it.

Lovely Staff. Having a little gym on site really useful. nice Helles at the bar!

This is a hotel on the outskirts of town with plenty parking space. Ideal if you need to make a stopover.

Besides the breakfast, the food optionsAre limited and there isn’t much around.

Great hotel! My partner and I have stayed at the Moxy a couple of times and always enjoy coming back. We especially love the spacious car park and the 24/7 gym. During winter, the highlight was definitely the floor heating in the bathroom—such a thoughtful touch!

I was staying for the 3rd time, and everything went well! Free available parking, extremely comfortable bed, welcome drink on offer, bar until 11pm, delicious, hot, big variety breakfast, friendly staff, gave us bigger room and double bed for the same price on arrival. Very cozy hotel and rooms. I really like this hotel to stay on the way, will choose it every time when I’m on a roadway passing by.

Everything was perfect during my stay!

It was a cool vibe and felt comfortable to come and go and socialise with people in the lobby area

Really bad wifi. I ended up using my phone hotspot in my room most of the time.

Moxy Hotels always stand up to standards, clean, comfortable, reliable. Great stuff and atmosphere. I love staying there.

Easy to reach ,clean and confortable

The hotel was very cool and stylish for a budget hotel

I was very disappointed to be charged €15 for each of my two small dogs. This represented more than a third of the cost of the room - that seems excessive considering they slept on the floor, didn't use any facilities and never had a breakfast.

The welcome drink, free parking, great location

I stayed at this hotel on multiple weeks and it has always been a fantastic experience. The building is new and feels modern, the rooms are very clean and quiet, breakfast is very good and the staff very friendly. The gym has quality equipment and is always kept clean, although the range of weights is relatively limited (to be expected from a hotel gym). My experience on each of my trips has been consistently excellent, which speaks for how professional the hotel is. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your business travel in Karlsruhe.

In some rooms the chromecast on the TV did not work (it was stuck on a standby screen) - might be worth checking all rooms to verify if all are set up correctly.

Very modern equipment and decoration.Super clean and tidy.Large room and free private parking.Extra large TV, gym and everything you might need.

Everything was great

It had great vibes and a welcoming atmosphere, with a New York vibe—extravagant yet reminiscent of an ’80s artist avant-garde corner. The place was comfortable and colorful, with a breakfast filled with many options. The bedroom was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless.

Honestly, nothing. The only thing I might suggest is having a wooden floor instead of carpet. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect.
