Holiday Inn - the niu, Wave Karlsruhe Oststadt By IHG

Great location, safe parking, friedly staff, nice and clean rooms with comfy beds.

It was difficult to find because we were looking for Holiday Inn sign, not The NIU. Fridge is a bit noisy when turned up to maximum which was slightly disturbing during the night.

Clean and comfortable. Parking convenient

No water in room

Free parking, breakfast was on point and to go cups for coffee for the way out. We came in for 1 night and it was perfect

No balcony

Breakfast was excellent - varied and high quality. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Service was friendly. And the whole package was moderately priced and very good value for money.

The location is a little out of the way, and the signage pointing to the hotel lobby is lost amidst other signs on the main street.

Good, modern hotel, comfortable room. Free parking on the street or in the hotel garage

Had a short 1 night stay. Overall good. Parking is a bit tricky but not a big deal especially when we checked in almost close to mod night.

Very nice hotel, comfy beds, great breakfast and very easy to park.

Location was ok, easily reachable by car, 24hrs checkin possible

additional parking charge was not mentioned while booking the property, room was small. It was so frustrating to reach in the night and hotel asks you to pay extra for parking. I explicitly filtered with parking included, checked previous comments and despite faced this uncomfortable situation.

Breakfast, room, staff

Perfect choice, especially with a pet. Cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, thank you very much!

The cleanliness was outstanding. Staff were friendly. Everything is really new and in good shape. Noise levels are very low. Getting there by car is straightforward. Grocery shopping in walking distance.

Fridge made a right ruckus, I had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

It's very clean & the staff is friendly.Bad was comfortable.Several Grocery markets are close by.A major part of the city is reachable in 20min.

Ok, don’t love the decor but fairly new and clean. No amenities whatsoever in the room. Bed is comfy but the pillows are horrible.

Nice lobby area, quite clean with heavenly sheets.

Unfortunately, even though we booked a room with a queen size bed, we got joined individual beds and were told all the rooms included those only, which is something that should be stated on the website.

Lobby bar quite spacious and nice.

The rooms were too small and heating didn’t work. I had to change two times but even the second room wasn’t working.

Great breakfast, nice service and confortable room.

They have increased the price of having our dog in the room and doesn't give anything, we were expecting at least water bowl for the dog.

Clean. Good sized rooms. Excellent breakfast

Difficult to find. No obvious sign when driving solo. A bit isolated for evening eating options. They don’t serve any evening meals

Really clean room and the breakfast with exceptional tea selection!

Limited food selection for dinner (frozen pizza). Also hardly any restaurant nearby…

You feel safe. Clean. Cosy.

There were no chocolate drink lactose free or other dairy products.

The room was absolutely lovely. It was modern style and clean.

The breakfast's price was too high.
