IntercityHotel Karlsruhe

Predictable two year old hotel right next to the station (and the police), didn't see any of the typical issues for such a location here at all. Good connections to everywhere in this sprawled city.

Too much stuff is only available when asking for it. Ask for a few extra tea bags at check in, depending on what you booked remember bath robes and slippers as well. Not a vast selection for breakfast, but they keep topping things up.

Convenient to station for rail travelers, clean, easy access for those on foot, good breakfast spread.

Sterile, no sole, staff not really interested in their guests. Catering staff not trained and have no clue about food allergies and dangers of cross contamination of breakfast buffet items. For those pedestrians arriving from Hbf, in wet weather there is no covered access.

Very nice hotel. Quiet and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful.

We enjoyed the stay very much, we enjoyed the location, friendly staff and we could leave our luggage in the hotel until our train left in the evening.

Great location.Self check-in with the machine in lobby(the machine will produce a new room card for you immediately.Room is big enough and clean. You can also connect you mobile phone to the TV screen!! You can use the toilet and the sofa at ground floor after check-out

Pilow was to much sintetic. Big problem is the AC. I cant be turned off. Beeakfast can be beter.

Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. It was great that we got interconnected rooms for the children, which we had requested in advance. We enjoyed our stay here.

I wish they replenished coffee, tea and sugar packets every day. Good cleaning of the room every day would have helped, as we had children with us. Since we don't speak German (we speak English), communication with the cleaning staff was challenging.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean room, it´s possible to leave the luggage.

Amazing sound insulation through thick windows. Right next to the central train station

The staff was a little hard to understand (in German) and the barman was a bit sarcastic

Location. Very new and comfortable beds.

Receptionist was a bit unfriendly.

The bed is comfortable and great shower.

The breakfast was nowhere near worth the cost of 19 euros. Weak selection of foods, disappointing.

The room was fine. The sheets and towels clean. Overall the stay was alright but there was no extra.

It's a scarce 4* hotel. No toiletries in the room, no bathrobe either. Unfortunately the neighbours were quite noisy throughout the night and I couldn't get the AC to function properly. Therefore, I felt chilly in the room. No minbar either. Okayish but nothing special.

New hotel next to Train station but excellent soundproof because we didn’t hear the train at all. Really nice size of the room. Big bed and really comfortable.

if we switch on the kettle room all lights power went off and we complained to them about the lights of in the room they have repaired they said n in night again it went but no body was there reset the power and they have alternate room an refunded for a day stay as well, but still bad experience and sleep disturbed by changing the rooms with

Very good location.

Dirty bathroom, no hand soap, AC doesn't work.

The lobby - the bed- the parking - the room - the easy access to the city center.

Stuff should be more friendly. They are cold.
