Facilities were very nice and the staff were very kind, the best part was the thought they put into knowing we were traveling with our small dogs, and they provided pet beds and dishes for them.

Great new hotel in Karlsruhe. The hotel is new and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast and lots of variety and was tasty.

Good price and breakfast. Good German quality. Room is not so big.

Check in procedure is only online for evening arrivals. Parking price is high cosidering the area

Restaurants are 3 to 5 km away, requiring a short drive.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and how easy it were to check in and out.

The room was too hot as i arrived and it took almost 2 hours for it to cool down.. it was also pretty loud. The hotel itself is very far away from everywhere

Everything! We loved the hotel in every aspect. Traveling with a pet we were pleasantly surprised by a dog bed, food bowl and a bag of dog treats waiting for us in the room. The room was clean and large with super comfy beds and everything we needed. With a very efficient a/c the room was at a perfect temperature when we arrived. We enjoyed the coffee, teas and mineral water, as well as a fridge available in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even loved the beer and pizza we decided to have for dinner there. And yes, dogs are welcome inside. Hope I am not forgetting anything, simply put, we loved everything. We are definitely coming back any time we will be in the area.

This hotel presents as a new property. The reception is helpful and friendly and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Breakfasts are amazing. Parking is protected by a gate, but not free. ☹️

The surrounding area near the hotel is business-parkish, but the hotel itself has some shade trees. You are a seven minute drive to zentrum!

The air con is broken. Mentioned it’s too hot and the staffs just said that it was because of the weather.

Great stay in the family room, welcome gifts for the kids were highly appreciated! Clean, comfy, good value for money! Electric charger available.

The lighting in the room wasn’t great.

We used this hotel as a temporary stop on our way from the mountains. So, for a night it is ok. I expected more based on its name and the price. The room is quite spacious, beds are ok. Breakfast was good and rich. The staff was quite helpful.

Even though the parking near hotel is big, they do not have any electric chargers. The facilities in the hotel is old-ish and not premium like stated in the name. The view outside and the district itself are very industrial.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was very spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. Breakfast had a very good variety and was excellent value for money. Location was perfect for us too

The only thing I didn’t like was registering your own details on the computer when we arrived after a long day driving I found that a bit tedious especially when you had to put passport details in to it was quite time consuming. That’s only a minor thing though everything else was good

The rooms were clean, it would be nice to have a separation in the suites between the bedroom and living room. The bathroom was clean but a bit too small.

I booked in advance and paid for two suites however at the hotel they wanted to charge us more because of the number of people but we did not pay more since our reservations showed rooms booked for multiple people.

The staff was superfriendly; a big credit to the man who helped us at the incheck desk. The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough with everything you need. We were going to Gotec club so perfect location.

Great location, a spacious parking lot, and amazing beds. Everything you really need for a hotel like this.

The smell in the reception was disgusting. Don't know what happened there but it tasted like sewer or bad toilets or something. We didn't use the breakfast as we found it far too expensive. There isn't really anything nearby for going out to eat at night
