Hotel built in the 1500s with modern conveniences. Very good restaurant and in the center of town.

Location was excellent, and we had ample space in our room for our family. Breakfast was great! Parking was a bit further from the hotel, but it was worth walking to stay in such a great location.

I wanted to stay in the Bueschler House because it was the residence of my ancestors.

Parking situation and lack of help from desk clerk. WiFi was weak and did not cover the whole room. Shower gets floor wet in this unit.

The young woman at reception was very kind and even carried my heavy luggage up the stairs. The building itself was very old and does not have an elevator. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great. I definitely recommend this hotel. In the reception area they even had a vending machine for cold beer. The location is great, though I would definitely take a taxi from the train station if you have luggage.

very creaky floors in the rooms, but interestingly you didn't hear any one else's floors ! Nice and quiet hotel. Sadly the view into the square was blocked by some (I guess temporary) scaffolding works.

Location in the heart of the historic center, professional and very kind staff, general comfort and atmosphere. The restaurant is very good with traditional recipes. The best choice

Beautiful classic & historical German timbered hotel. Fantastic location in the center of the Altstadt, perfect for stepping right out into the Christmas Market. Friendly staff, very comfortable bed & pillows, good bathroom lighting, quiet and clean. Comfortably warm room during a December stay. Excellent breakfast spread with coffee made per order. We loved our stay in Schwäbisch Hall.

The shower leaked a bit onto the floor and bathroom not as pictured on hotel booking.

The location and the architecture of the hotel was very pleasant and astonishing.

The toilet paper wasn’t new and the WC in general could have been a bit cleaner

Beautiful old hotel right in the center of the market square and next to the gorgeous church. Very attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, parking easy. The lovely blonde lady who worked the breakfast room was super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

I didn't get the code for the entrance by mistake, the communication to correct the mistake and get the code to enter the room took too long

I got at the accomodation after 22h (there was no one anymore to attend me), and still, they called me and let the key where I could get it and enter the hotel to have a good night of sleep. The payment was made in the next day.

Location - Saint Michael Church is across the street and the hotel is located on a square. Good breakfast. Nice room and bathroom.

No elevator. Bed was hard for one guest.

Beautiful half-timbered building right on the main square. Breakfast was excellent.

Location on the Market Square was terrific. The hotel is almost 500 years old, and therefore has wonderful charm as you could expect. Breakfast was good.

Carrying luggage up two flights of stairs was a drag. But then they didn't have elevators 500 years ago.

Room without air conditioning. Windows facing the main stairs of the hotel. No chance for room aeration.

Location was A+. Can’t get any better. We got great parking right by the property. Super friendly front desk staff welcomed us and whelped with our requests. This hotel, and city, are so charming and cozy. We loved it.
