Cit'Hotel du Tigre

Excellent value hotel, good location and clean room. Very useful parking for my motorcycle and lovely lady on reception.

The Tigre is a good, basic two-star hotel in Verdun. It is not fancy, and the showers are small for American standards. But the staff is always friendly, the hotel is clean, and it is within walking distance of the city. Wifi has always been good. It represents a very good value.

A refurbished hotel is always welcome. It's basic but the price is right.

The breakfast is very low key. I believe it is more for the locals , who are just happy to have a croissant,jam  and a cup of coffee. If You want something else, don't worry to book breakfast.

The Tigre is a good, basic two-star hotel. It is within walking distance to the center of Verdun and to many good restaurants. It is a great value for the money with a good location. The wifi was good.

My American clients did not like the small size of the showers.

This is the second time we've stayed at this great hotel near to the town and autoroute. Bedroom and bathroom clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good free car parking in front of and behind hotel. We were on a motorcycle and the receptionist let us park the bike under cover. Breakfast plentiful and varied.

This was a perfect place to spend the night whilst driving through France; close to the motorway, easy parking, and within walking distance of the town centre.

Good base for visiting the war memorials in Verdun. Good location, near enough to be able to walk into town for restaurants, etc..

Comfortable bed and a good shower.

No bar or refreshments available apparently the bar had run out of beer the night before. We arrived on two motorbikes and only later found out we could have parked them in a secured locked garage, wasn't told this a time of check-in. Breakfast very basic. Would not stay here again.

Location close to main highways.

Room smelled of damp dog. Room faced main road, very noisy traffic all through night. Had to have windows and shutters open due to high temperatures, too much road noise to sleep. Other guest very noisy returning to hotel late at night.

The check-in process was easy and we were able to store our motorbikes in their undercover area, the fact they also offer garages for secure storage is also a positive. Out room was simple and offered what we required for the evening, breakfast was also sufficient for our needs.

The room was outdated, however comfortable. The bathroom was small, and we could not shower without significant amounts of water flowing on to the floor. We also could hear the other guests in their rooms, which made for a less than quiet stay, but again sufficient for our needs.

No Wi-Fi!!! It only works in the reception area & that was weak.

Lovely small hotel at budget price. Welcomed by friendly and helpful English speaking receptionist who provided directions to find our evening meal in nearby Verdun. Large dual aspect family room with double and single beds, desk, chairs and TV. Huge bathroom with spacious shower. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and plentiful hot water. Breakfast was €8 for juice, fresh bread and croissants, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, jams and coffee. Good location a short drive from pretty Verdun and historic battle sites nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was a good size and clean. It was quite on the night. The staff were great and very friendly. Parking was very easy right outside the hotel.

Lovely traditional hotel full of character. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and sufficient for an overnight stay. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff greeted us with a smile and were friendly. Plenty of car parking. The hotel is approximately 5km from the autoroute - ideal.

Very basic room. No curtains and unable to connect to the WiFi. No in room amenities, except a TV.

Calm hotel to stop for 1 night. Private parking. Covered places for motorbikes.About 20-25 minutes walking to city center.

Young woman very friendly and helpful, shelter to park our bikes under , spacious rooms..

Had a bath ,nice ,but shower in the bath ,although good might be a bit slippy .
