Location and breakfast

The air conditioning was very loud and we couldn’t adjust properly

Location was great, feel very safe in the place. Good room, confortable bed with 2 pillows for each person, what is very important. I needed help from front desk and it worked perfectly. People are very polite and attencious

Shower water very difficult to put in the right temperature and keep changing. There was a constant smell in the bathroom, not internal, seem to come from outside.

Bed - it was a little cold in my room and no comforter on the bed . I had to use the other bed’s sheet . Other than that everything was great

The hotel needs renovation, small, uncomfortable rooms, and a poorly working air conditioning system, the rooms are very humid.

Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Lots of taxis available in front of the hotel. Restaurant on site. Pharmacy 1 block away. Friendly staff. Security also visible.

Excellent location near all the nightlife! Friendly and helpful bilingual staff. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. The pizza restaurant was very good.

Missing: foot shower at hotel entrance to wash feet from beach sand. No hooks, hangers etc in room to hang and dry clothes, very poor! No convenience. Window only opens few centimeters.

Perfect location right by the beach, lots of bars and restaurants around. Very nice view from the perfectly air conditioned room.There's a nice restaurant/bar on the first floor. Very good breakfast

The location is great, the room is really comfortable and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. Some of the staff were really helpful

The air conditioner in the room seems to be quite old and seems to have two settings, freezing cold or too warm

Location was good, breakfast was ok (although I did miss a tapioca). The restaurant was also OK, quite expensive and service was very slow, but food was acceptable. Checkin and checkout was smooth experiences. Quite nice view from the window, although seasalt layer was quite heavy, so photos were done from the tiny opening of the window.

Quite in need of a renovation, my floor had a worned out carpet, and some moldy smell which just became very very intense on my room. Didnt spend too much time overall in there, otherwise would have changed hotels.

The location, and the staff

I spend two days at the hotel, and I had to replace my key twice, because it was not working. I went to take a shower the second day, and the faucet came out, and I had to change rooms. The reception was always packed, so the wait time, even to get information was very longThe elevator was missing a button, and it was hard to press it The hallways, and the two rooms I stayed smelled like mold
