The staff and the food were very nice

They overcharged me by 250 American dollars could not figure out how they did it so they gave me a free dinner that probably cost 60 American dollars was very upset

Air conditioning too noisy Breakfast poor and waiters not kind. Water was not available and took 10 minutes to be provided

Not much to really like. Shower pressure was a highlight I guess..

Outdated rooms, 1980s bathroom, breakfast nothing crazy

The guys in the restaurant at breakfast were very good and friendly. These people should be on reception.

The reception staff wasn't very attentive nor friendly. We felt we were intruding on their time. On check in, 4 of them completely ignored us. It was quite difficult to catch their attention.

Nice, room was modern, nice smelling lobby.

The tiles in lobby are a bit dated. Lobby could do with a renovation.

We had a great time at Fiesta Bahia Hotel, they have an amazing staff, rooms, breakfast, receptionist Michael who was wonderful since day one and last day of stay and he is a wonderful English speaker, and the lifesaving lifeguard who found my husbands wedding band during sunset after searching the pool for hours. The pool bar was great as the sauna as well.

The elevators constantly had problems.

Clean facilities, super friendly staff, everything well organized. Very good value for money.

Great location and good pool

Felt like we were in the middle of a refurbishment with the main lifts boarded, building work taking place in the adjoining room. There was no hot water in the bathroom and the sink was slow to drain. Such a shame, and helped us decide not to stay there again

The hotel offers accommodation of high quality. The rooms are large and well furnished. The beds are comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a feast, offering a variety of fruits, warm dishes made to order (tapioca) or ready to serve and a variety of Brazilian breads and sweets. In addition to fruit juices, one can enjoy a glass of champagne. We have stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and we hope to return. The hotel is located across the street from Itaigara shopping mall and in front of a BRT station (new, fast public transportation system in Salvador).

Had a small issue with the ac... but the general manager changed our rooms.

The hotel in general needs better maintenance and cleaning . Our room had parts that were dusty and there were areas that had some mold!

Excellent pool, Great comfortable room. The quality of breakfast has lessened since our previous visit.

It is just a huge city hotel with over 15 floors. Room was spacious, breakfast was good, although chaotic due to number of guests.

Elevators took ages to arrive when called. Nothing to do in neighborhood.

Great room, great cleaning lady Marinalva, great daily breakfast and dinner during my stay..All staff was nice, friendly and helpful for all my needs..

Hotel power and Wi-Fi went down a couple times during my stay, my room access card stopped working and was replaced.

the only issue was the long delays for check in and check out. Terrible long wait and process. Hotel should simplify this and ask clients to fill in info online before coming to avoid this.
