Not that good. Need a duvet, I didn’t like the pillows, the elevator was always busy and took long time to take it. The pool was cold and not sunny even thought was 30 graus.

They staff wasn't friendly. I got at they hotel almost 1am, no help with my suitcases, they staff haldely talked to me, they Internet is terrible bad.No wortet to stay there. Very disappointed for how much money I spent for one night.

Great and safe location in Salvador. Nice view from the balcony.

Elevators take a while and the corridors does not have enough AC, you arrive at the ground floor sweating.

Exceptional hotel. Really good value and comfy. We were flying at 3am and the reception staff really looked after us and let us keep the room free of charge until midnight which we were really pleased about. Would highly recommend ?

The staff were excellent and the area was convenient.

The breakfast was poor and the room was small only had towels for one person and a single drinking glass. Ther was no safe in the room when we arrived but one was fitted. The basin tap top kept falling off and the shower was difficult to control

The hotel is very bad value for money, the walls in the room require paint and have noticeble wear for this standard of hotel. The breakfast is very poor for a mercure chain hotel. Staff are not friendly, and check-in takes too long. I dined at the restaurant, which had 2 customers, ordered a steak, and the steak was raw and cold. After asking to be recooked further, the steak again was fridge cold inside. It's very disappointing for a mercure chain hotel. I would never come back.

I loved the gym and the bed. The manager was friendly and tried to speak to me in English. He did all he can to communicate with me.

The bathroom was small and the room really hot. They don't do concierge work. Make sure you ask for some help at the front desk. Some staff don't speak English either. Customer service was mediocre.

Even though this property is considered a hotel, its facilities make it look more like an apart-hotel. The room we booked (twin standard) was very spacious! What most surprised us was the size of the balcony (bigger than average). Another great surprise about this hotel was the size of the pools and the gym - as a gym rat this hotel’s gym facilities were superb! Breakfast was pretty great as well, what most pleased me was the Nespresso machine that was available to use, great addition to the buffet. Staff were very helpful as well, specially those around during the breakfast period. Will definitely stay here again! Hope they keep the quality up until then.

The hotel looks like a residential building, so some aspects of the room might look a bit outdated or off (there was a random sink in our room which resembled an old laundry room). Not something that bothered us by all means, just an observation really. Apart from that I can’t think of anything else that could improve…

The place is fair for the price. The room is good, clean and staff reached our expectaction. The location is good and parking is easy.

The room is spartan. There is only 1 chair. The balcony has no chairs or table. Room service could not provide us with wine glasses. A second chair is necessary if you want to have dinner in the room.
