    Pros +

    • Location
    • 10/10: friendly staff, location and value for money. We wanted to leave suitcase cause arrived early but they provided early check-in because room was free and ready, much appreciated.

    Cons -

    • Bathroom equiped with old furnituresBeds are not really confortable
    • When I arrives on 15 th during the day the recepcionists let me achive the reception using the services elevator but at night when I returned from the streets by the the man who was working on the reception try to convince me to take the huge staircase and that there is no other option (the elevator on the underground) to reach the reception I had to call the booking in order to solve the problem because I couldn’t take the suitcase. And I think the director has to change the shower they installed on the way (underground) to reach the elevator because there is water on the floor (always wet).In addition there were two doors locked on that pathway
    • The only drawback during our stay was that our room was next to renovation work being done on the terrace outside our window, making it a bit noisy during the day if you stayed in the room. Additionally, there was music playing on the street at night, so if you have trouble sleeping, you might want to request a room on a higher floor or one that doesn’t face the street.

We stayed at the Hit Hotel for 2 nights. Our stay was generally very good. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full of salty and sweet options to choose from, with a big selection of fruit as well. The hotel is just across the street from the beach where you can watch incredibly beautiful sunsets. In the area you also can find a lot of restaurants and shops.

    Great location and staff helpful.

It didn't resemble the photos on booking.com. Rooms were tired, dark, bathroom needed a good bleaching. I stayed less that 3 hours. Managed to get what I paid less the deposit and booked into an Airbnb.

Only thing what I like about property was location

They didn’t provide room before 14:00 despite of fact that it was available and I was coming from very long flight. No kids for personal use,no slipers. So nothing good except location

Location and breakfast was quite good

Very basic standard room, only sheets on bed no blankets in room

Great location just in front of the beach and next to good restaurants

The hotel is clean but the facilities are old, you can hear everything from other rooms. The bellboy was a bit rude and he refused to leave my friend’s room until he got a tip, even when my friend was trying to explain that we didn’t have any change and that we will give him later). My friend in the end had to give him more than what he deserved only because he was not leaving the room. We ALWAYS tip, but this guy was rude and demanding.

Location is great, room was little, not too much space for a 3 people room. Breakfast was good and had a variety of food.

The location is absolutely PERFECT which is an important consideration in Salvador. The tour company that the hotel works with (there’s a lady on a desk near the breakfast area) is fantastic! We did 3 trips with them all 10/10!

It was very basic, we arrived after an extremely unfortunate circumstance where our flight was changed by Gol from a mid day flight to a 2am flight and we arrived at the hotel at 6am without having slept and unable to check in until 1:30pm - they tried everything but we had to wait until guests checked out and the room was clean.

Excellent location on the beach and close to many restaurants. Good breakfast and very helpful staff at reception even though no one spoke English.

Communication was problematic, but that's my fault for not speaking Brazilian Portuguese.

It was close to the beach and easy access to bike share and groceries.

Very noisy, no sound proofing between the rooms and the outdoors. Bathroom with no ventilation do you can only imagine the amount of humidity being so close to the beach. Rooms need lots of love and we’re pretty beaten up.

Great location, plentiful breakfast. There is a lady on site who can help you with tours and travel in Salvador which was a real plus.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel to Nobody. We arrived Saturday afternoon and the receptionist men was the rudest person we have meet in Salvador. All the situation of booking and payment was an unpleasant situation. The only staff nicer was one guy (indígena looking), the night receptionist and the gentleman in the breakfast.

The way receptionist treated us and welcome us was unbelievable bad.The room was dirty, the bathroom walls was full of mould, the room smells mouldy, we found little black insets in the bed, I do not know but it could be also bedbugs.Very noise from the bar outdoor.I do not recommend this place!

The location is amazing. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars so you feel the flair of Salvador. The personal was very kind and we felt really safe.

The air humidity was really high in our room so you could smell it.The breakfast was okay but it wasn't that special for an hotel. For the price we payed we expected more.

Excellent service, breakfast, location very helpful staff at reception.Dedicated area with kettle and microwave.Nice touch .

Bathrooms need refurbishment , however , it was clean .

The location is great. Staff is very attentive and kind, including Karina, one of the owners.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have a parking lot and the location is limited in terms of parking places.

Everything! Ramon, Fabricio and Cosme were THE BEST!

    nothing that I didnt like

    7RodrigoPosted on: 8-20-2023

The location is perfect, just on front of Praia do Barra, and close to public transportation.

The breakfast was poor, the hot options were very bad (overcooked egg and potato) and always the same. The facilities of the room were also not good. There was not kettle, not a bottle of water for welcome, the bed had only the sheets, nothing else to cover.

    7amaraPosted on: 8-10-2023

It was overall clean and easy to navigate

The bathroom was in need of some repairs. The sink drain had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom door had severe water damage at the bottom.
