Very clean. Good food with complimentary breakfast. Great staff.

Bed could have been more comfortable.

The location was excellent, close to good restaurants around and great sidewalk to exercise! The bedroom was very well structured, practical and comfortable!

Frühstück war gut

It’s not at the beach. Location is not nice. Everything seems quiet old and dirty. We asked for extra towels but didn’t get any. The beds are horrible! Dirty sheets and broken mattresses!

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and they are always refilling. The staff was friendly. I would definitely go back.

The problem was with the wi-fi. The higher the apartment, the worse the signal. I was on the 3rd floor and it didn’t work well. The pool was not what I expected from the pictures and I didn’t even use it.

The location and the comfort of beds

A window was broken so I could hear everything outside + the price didn’t worth it

I rented a room facing the back of the hotel there was a very loud noise from construction 10m from the window. Also, the windows was broken and could not close completely. I had to change to a sea view room which costed me 85 reais on top. Upon entering i realised there there was mould on and smell on the wall paper and the sink was blocked.

Mould, blocked sink, broken window. Glass surrounded the swimming pool were very old. Small things that would improve a lot the quality of the hotel . The hotel face the main road. Expect noise from the traffic early in the morning

There are 8 lanes of traffic between you and the very poor beach

The location is good, it’s close to a lot of beaches! the breakfast is great too. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

Disappointing

The pool was right next to the road and very shaded most of the day. breakfast was very average and didn’t seem to be replenished throughout the morning.

This hotel is located in the upscale neighborhood of Pituba in Salvador. It sits 1 block from the seashore, where you can run, bike ride or walk along the paths, or stop in to some of the bars that are found there. It is located near many restaurants as well.The hotel offers free parking, free wi-fi and breakfast (which was very good) is included. All of the hotel employees are very friendly and helpful. Our room (504) had a view of the ocean, which was a plus. The blackout curtains work well, so the sun never woke me in the morning. The bed was OK, but the pillows could be more comfortable. Hot water worked fine as did the air conditioning.While we were here, there was a doctors' conference in the hotel, & it seemed the hotel's 110 rooms were all booked, but this extra traffic did not affect the quality of the service provided at all. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the money, and if I had to stay in this neighborhood, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The wifi was good and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good for the price. The foyer is lovely and the pool is clean.

The property is quite basic, the pool is next to the main road and there are only 4 lounge chairs, for the number of guests this needs to be more. In my room the sheets whilst they were clean had stains on them and some rips. The colourful pillows and bed spread were stained and dirty, clearly they aren't washed between customers.

Writing reviews for the hotels on booking .com : The style of the building was large and open and the staff were well presented and friendly. The room was a room and had air conditioning. The breakfast was good but could have been better. The location is not my favourite area in Salvador but as Salvador is so large we stayed there to be close to a meeting we had. The staff were very lovely.

seemed a bit dusty in the corridors and the plants in the corridors could have white stones on them to tidy the place up. The style of he building was good and the gym looked small and basic from a distance ! The view was a little of the sea and a bit of a petrol station. There is street noise but with the sound of the air conditioning we slept well.

We didn't stay more than 20 minutes. We can Ed once we saw the room.

Dirty

Easy to access hotel with lot of parking space. It is in a commercial area so there are quite a few good dining options nearby.Staff is okay, nothing that stands out. They have gym and pool which my family used during the trip, although the pool is not so big and right in front of the street.The beds were comfortable enough.The highlight is the shower, feels like a massage jet. Not so green but it does help to recover from a long day of walking around.Room also has a smartv so you can connect any streaming service if you want to stay inside.

The air conditioning is terrible. It is super loud and does a terrible job to reduce temperature. I was tired every night but can imagine people having trouble sleeping with it on.Bathroom does not have exhaustion or natural ventilation so it kinda gives a weird damp feeling.One night we got our linens exchanged but they gave us one with a black spot, which thought was very careless.
