The pool, restaurant and breakfast were great. Location at the very end of the strip/beach was good. Also the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was very basic, not very welcoming and bare. Also when first arriving in the room there was an extremely strong odor of cleaning products and the floor was sticky.

The location next to the local restaurants, the historic forts, not too far from an excellent barber shop: Don Flex, taxi service literally at your doorstep.

Unfortunately, the towels were not the cleanest. I highly recommend bringing your own.

The kindness of the lobby assistants

The structure, the building.It was an almost 3 stars not 4.The location was awful, in front of the “beach” were it was plenty of local people. Building very old.Rooms to noisy due to local people parties in the streets late at night.

Our room looked out over the beach which was great. So lively! Breakfast was really good. You can have breakfast outside next to the pool. Next to the pool is an amazing mural artwork made of tiles. Truly worth a look.

Overall, the hotel is outdated and has had its best time. The hotel needs upkeep. The bathroom was small and very basic. The restaurant is great for breakfast (loads of choice) but a failure for dinner. Don't go there for dinner!

Wonderful pool area and bar, lovely rooms with small balcony overlooking the sea. Perfect location, nice clean large rooms, wonderful breakfast and lovely helpful staff.

There was nothing not to like!

Hotel facilities and rooms are brilliant. Restaurant and pool bar staff are very professional and friendly. Mixed experience with front desk, check-in was slow and a bit disorderly but otherwise they were good. Breakfast was good and sea view room was beautiful for sunsets really comfy beds too

I booked this hotel via Booking.com My clients got to the hotel and was told that only the first day was paid for. I know I paid for two full days at this property. There is no means to contact Booking.com to resolve this matter. I will never use Booking.com to make any future reservations for my clients.

Very noissy because it was carnival days.Is an old hotel, the rooms need maintenance and several days the hot water was not available.

I was looking for a quiet place to spend a week relaxing while also having a great base to explore Salvador and its surroundings. This hotel exceeded my expectations.The location is superb—very safe and surrounded by excellent bars, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. While the historic center is about an hour’s pleasant stroll away, it’s easily reachable by taxi or Uber in just 15 minutes.Breakfast was delicious, though it could get a bit crowded at times. The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ensuring everything was perfect for my stay.One of the highlights was the pool and pool bar, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the view over the bay was simply magical.Overall, this was the ideal place for both relaxation and exploration and I would definitely stay here again.

As mentioned, breakfast could be a bit crowded at times. Additionally, while the hotel is overall very comfortable, some areas might benefit from a future renovation—the room was spacious and cozy but showed slight signs of age.The only minor inconvenience was that my room was directly in front of the lifts, so there was occasional noise from the corridor. However, this was a very small detail, and the stunning view from my room more than made up for it!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. As a solo female traveller, they made me feel very comfortable in the hotel and surrounds. The food and cleanliness were very good.

There's a hostel right next to the hotel that needs to be bombed out of the existence. That place does not care about other people
