Miramare Resort & Spa

Front office staff was efficient & friendly as was all staff. Food was great and plentiful. 2 nice large pools. Air conditioning worked great, so did free wifi resort-wide plus free parking. Free messages were great too. Upgraded room was awesome!

Entertainment was corny but kinda cute.

We stayed in a suite with private pool with a cute little side garden. The view was breathtaking, we loved watching the sunrise over the mountains. Situated on a hill, they have elevators to help with going up and down, as well as little cars. We only used one pool and didn’t feel the need to go to the two others. We played table tennis, and went to the gym. Our all inclusive package covered so much between food and beverage, we only went out once.Our housekeeper was very friendly and helpful, they got us new beach towels when asked, Anna from Front desk was amazing, Mariella at the beach was hilarious and made us feel at home, we took pictures with photographer… we loved it! Coming back with friends would be amazing.

Gym is dated, machines needs to be replaced with newer equipments, we bought our own table tennis rackets because the one at the resort are dated.

Property sells more see-view rooms that it has and then give you some bad room from that they let. If you do not like it

Outdated rooms, terrible smell from sewer, stuff is rude and not able to help. They came to fix sewer with aerosol…Breakfast is ok, but dinner is not good

The staff were very helpful. A special thank you to the woman at the tour desk. She provided excellent suggestions for activities. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view and a private pool. The entire resort was set on a hillside so the views were fabulous! We wished we had stayed longer.

We did half-board. The food was good but not excellent.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful. The views were stunning and the breakfast was excellent. I read some very negative reviews and was really worried about our stay. We found them to be completely unfounded. We were half board and found the breakfasts to be excellent and full of choice. We usually had lunch instead of evening meal, which again had plenty of choice. Yes, a lot of salads, but after a big breakfast, that worked very well for us. Our room was clean and spacious, cleaned daily. Our room wasn't brand new, but very clean and plenty of storage and a gorgeous sea view. The shower cubicle is on the smaller size, but was ok for my partner who is a bigger bloke! And the water pressure is superb! The pool towels were only changed every 3 days, but this was explained at reception on the first day and we usually always take a beach towel anyway - as a lot of people seemed to do. There are three pools and we always seemed to find a sunbed, we were out of school holidays but the hotel was quite busy and there weren't too many sunbed hoggers to be fair. A lot less than I've seen at other places. It is up quite a steep incline but the golf buggy will come down and pick you up if you ring reception. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

There was nothing not to like. As others have mentioned, water in the rooms (even just on the first night) would be very welcome.

We had oceanfront which was beautiful, close to beach.

Typical resort. Some aggressive sales, e.g. photographer. Staff nice for most part, but tired of some entitled tourists. Can’t blame them concierge very helpful

The sea view from the room is perfect. The staff are really friendly, especially in the dining room and at the front desk. I feel very welcomed. The staff also recommended really nice tour programs that we really love. The location is very near a nice beach that you'll have to walk a little to, but the view along the way is very nice.

The room was not clean when we checked in. We can see clumps of grey dust on the floor. The A/C is full of dust. The cleaning staff didn't clean the room well daily. Some infections started to show up on my skin on the third day of my stay, so I'm really questioning the cleanliness of the hotel's towels and bathrobe. There was loud music at night, especially on the weekends, since the room is near the hotel bar, but it stopped around 11 pm. I hope that this comment will help the management to improve the hotel.

It was clean. The location was beautiful. And the people were very helpful.

The room was nothing like the photos. It was an old room with all old the furniture worn out, the telephone was not working (I had to call room service by calling the hotel from my phone) the WC door was not closing.

Beautiful location and resort. Even if some place in the resort are outdated it is well maintained. Some rooms are beautiful and some rooms needs a lot of improvement.

That we couldn’t change our beach towels every day. We were bite by flea sand because of that…

house keeping was terrible. Our bathroom floor was wet for 3 days straight, we never had enough shower towels (we were 3 people and only wuld give us 2!), bed was not made, just a folded sheet and you had to make it yourself. Used towel on the floor not taken… Very steep hills and stairs to go anywhere. Not very comfortable.

The location and hotel staff were great. The property was a short walk away from the nearest town.

The spa was over priced for the service and the heated pool that you have to pay for was barely room temperature.

Plenty of selection. Good vegetables and fruit. Everything fried was done so in safflower oil - basically poison to the human body. I just wanted a healthy omelet, nope.

35 euro dinner buffet. I don't over eat, I could NEVER get that much value out of a buffet. For that cost, I could get a great steak or seafood meal ANYWHERE in A. Nico 20 minute walk away.

We got 2 single beds put together instead of one double bed. The middle was a bit of issue . However the beds were Comfortable..

Staff woke us up late at night to give a complimentary bottle of wine. Great wine but would have preferred uninterrupted sleep. Fortunately, we all made a good joke of it. Pleasant and apologetic staff helped.
