Too Small elevator. No fan.No fresh air in room.

Location is good, balcony see view made us very happy, price performance is great

The staff was welcoming. The view of the beach from our room was pleasant. Breakfast on the terrace by the beach was great. It has a perfect location - lovely view and not too close to the loud music of the clubs and restaurants.

The decor is plain.

Receptionist was good enough to sort all the things that we had as a problem. Location is perfect right next to the beach. AC was working perfect. Balcony was good for this small room.

Pretty old hotel. Weird bathroom. Sink is on the way of the toilet so if you are a man you would not use it to pee if stand. Beds are uncomfortable. Small rooms. Old tv.

Things we liked - Location! Right on the seafront with fantastic views and just off the road of the free city bus! - Lovely outside area for breakfast sat by the sea. - Great communal area downstairs with TV and boons with comfortable sofas. - Newly renovated/clearly recently touched up with nice decor. - Nice bathroom and a good shower cubicle with complimentary shower gel and hand wash. - Fantastic breakfast! Good choice of hot and cold items with fruits, olive spreads, breads, 'bacon', boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, salad and meat/cheese. Nice to also get a toaster! - Friendly and welcoming staff. - Nice and clean: I found only one hair on the bathroom floor and a curly one in the toilet. Communally, it was very clean and tidy. Fresh and modern.

Things we didn't like- Balcony too small and actually quite difficult/dangerous to sit in the chairs because of how small it is. - Ongoing noise and terrible smells from the drains. - Noisy aircon/electric units outside in the void area of balconies during the night. - Kettle/tea/coffee in the room would have been nice. - TV and aircon included but only 1 English channel.- Slight attention to detail lacking regarding a light out in the bedroom and bathroom, a shower hose that didn't stay up so you had to hold it permanently and some marks/holes on the walls where things had clearly once been. - No full length mirror in the room.

Very spacious, two balconies with great views. Good restaurants outside the hotel as well as the beach.

The decor in the room was a little tired. And breakfast was the same every day. A little more variety would have been great.

En suite was very crammed, seems a little dated but you get what you pay for.

The rooms and beds, mattresses and pillows were terrible.

Brkfst was not great. Poor selection. Eggs were not edible. Staff was nice. Building is old.

Room was super small. Towels would only be changed every 2 days.

Excellent location, polite and very helpful staff members during check in and check out.

Poor breakfast, average room(size and decoration), and most importantly, we found leftovers from hair on top of the bed, underneath the bathroom towel. We were staying only for one night and we were on a very tight schedule, so we decided not to inform the people at the reception.

The location of this hotel is great. It is across the road from the beach and a short walk to the town centre. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a beach club where you can hire loungers and umbrellas for the day. The beach is pebbly but the water is amazing, clear and warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

The quality of the cold meats and cheese could be better. Adding some good warm pastries would be a nice addition.

Best location in Agios if you want to be close to the bay beach, our room had a private terrace on the rooftop with an amazing 180 view. Furniture is old style but honestly didn’t care less since everything else was spot on.

Good location, best we could find (a few minutes to the hustle down town and literally by the beach). Appreciated the staff, breakfast on the seaside terrace.

Overlooking the beach-with no road in front so place was quiet -good a/c and staff were very friendly and helpful-beach was small but never overcrowded and always got 2 beds and umbrella for 10 euros
