Views and breakfast were great and the location was amazing

The noise banging all night the smell of sewerage in our bathroom pool on the top deck very small and awquard to get to

Location was awesome, right on the water, away from busy part of the town center but less than a 5 minute walk away

Not necessarily the property's fault but there were loud guests in the late hours of the evening

Great location on the Sea, small balcony overlooking sea, excellent breakfast, staff efficient and friendly, rooms good size, very small beach area in front of hotel, not for swimming, location walkable to all restaurants, shopping, harbour in main square

We actually stayed at the Akti Olous Olive Tree Villa. A beautiful modern villa with all the amenities you could wish for. With fantastic views all across Elounda bay. Beautiful garden with private pool and patio area. Quiet and peaceful. Thanks to Niko's who was very helpful and looked after us during our perfect stay.

The location staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

VERY GOOD LOCATION! BEAUTIFULL PLACE FOR HAVING BREAKFAST

THE ROOM WAS TINY WITH NOT ENOUGH PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES/ THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY SIMPLE. 1 JUG OF WATER IN THE BREAKFAST FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WAS NOT ENOUGH.

Location was the best. Front desk staff was outstanding, 2 ladies were very helpful and so nice. I am terrible with names, so wish I knew the two ladies names.

Breakfast was not as good as I expected

The stuff was amazing, very welcoming faces, the room very clean and nice but small, the hotel close to everything a few minutes walking.

The hotel is situated on the street with many local taverns. Near the hotel are also at least two markets, where you can buy almost everything (fresh fruit, sunscreen, drinks,...).Breakfast is quite avarege, but we appreciate fresh orange juice.Hotel has private parking so don't forget to ask for keys at the reception.

They could offer more fresh fruit at the breakfast. There was only fresh watermelon, fruit bowl and canned fruit. No seasonal fruit such as apple, peach, grapes or apricot...

Off street private parking. Right on the beach. Private plunge pool. Excellent included breakfast. Walk to restaurants and shops. Not crowded.

You could hear the bar upstairs, which was directly above our room. However it was never really noisy and didn’t really disturb us. I would get the same room again

Pretty good hotel. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. I especially liked fresh orange juice.Hotel has its own beach with sunbeds. You can also get beach towels but you need to leave a deposit (10 euros). The bed was comfortable. The balcony had a gorgeous view.Hotel has its own parking.

Our air conditioner didn't work properly. It stopped in the middle of the night and didn't turn on when I pressed the button.We tried to sleep with open window but it was too hot and I heard a hum like from pipes or something like that.The room has only 4 sockets (including the socket in the bathroom)! I wish it could be more shelves or hooks for our clothes in the wardrobe and in the bathroom.Sunbeds were not enough and some people were putting their towels on them and disappeared.

Great welcome when we arrived. Fantastic location. Good sized comfortable room and bed. Red hot, powerful shower. Great choice at breakfast. Really helpful and friendly reception, breakfast, and cleaning team. Always found a sunbed on the rooftop pool. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. Close to many restaurants and harbour. Very pretty place to visit. Highly recommend a visit.

Great location, sky bar was a great addition

It was noisy with doors being slammed and listening to toilets being flushed above our room.

Great breakfast. Great restaurant. Great views from the rooms, sky bar, sky pool and beach. I also liked the fact that you could choose to chill at the beach within 1min across the street or at the pool on the rooftop (1min from hotel room). Also love how clean everything was.Clean rooms.Nice staff.Helpful reception, also when renting some vehicle or booking expeditions.Overall just great!

If I have to mention something.. There was a blackout in our room one evening however they offered us a different just as clean room for that night. And they fixed it the next morning. So I think they handled the situation fine. And these things happen out of their control so it is hardly a negative.

Great location right on sea front with its own small private beach, and 5 mins walk to tavernas etc and centre of town. Private parking. Staff very helpful.

Good Taverna in front , private parking , pool on the rooftop , bar on the roof .

there are no mosquito nets, for some reason various unknown creatures of nature made their way into the room on the 3rd floor and, unfortunately, cockroaches were spotted
