Naiades Marina Hotel

Our stay at Naiades Marina Hotel in Agios Nikolaos was excellent and truly great value for the price. The location is perfect — very central and within easy walking distance of everything you might want to see or do. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with a spacious roof terrace & jacuzzi. What really made the stay special was the warm and exceptionally kind staff. A special thanks to Monique, who put extra effort in to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Away from busy areas , but easy walking to all amenities . Staff very helpful

Bathroom a bit tight , but shower good A bit more attention to cleaning , some areas of room looked neglected , maybe I’m too fussy

Location (fantastic tavernas on the corner and nice walks to beaches) and the staff who were very friendly

The room we booked had a very small balcony so if that matters I suggest guests check this out before booking

It was a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Had a nice balcony that looked out to the sea, and was walkable to the beach.

The location unfortunately, was close to some type of discotheque that was playing very loud music for hours into the night. People in the next room when they sat on their balcony and smoked made it difficult for me to enjoy being outside.

Basic, small. Lacking enough storage for clothing. No hooks to add to space. No full length mirror.

The room was wonderful, the reception was even better. The mini pool was wonderful, the rain shower was tranquil, the bed was plenty comfortable.

Nothing that could have been controlled by the staff, so I'm not going to even mention anything. The stay was great overall. We had one minor inconvenience but the staff made up for it.

Great Location, sunbeds on the balcony and comfortable bed

Unmanned reception, pool was in the shade all day. Breakfast poor. Not enough hangers in room or drawers. If there had been 2 in room 308 it would have been very snug and need more hangers

Best staff ever, they took such great care of me! I look forward to returning and staying there again. Beautiful and quiet location, comfortable bed and great amenities in the room!

Zero complaints, truly. Granted, I didn't get the time to use the pool or spa offerings, but I'm sure they were just as lovely.

The location is great and room was clean and comfortable.What really made the stay special was how friendly the staff were, especially the receptionists.There’s no dedicated parking, but we parked at the nearby Marina Parking (4 min walk) for €4 per day.

The WiFi signal was a bit weak.

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. Nice room, good breakfast, near the sea.

We enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. It was super clean and nicely decoratedvery convenient location (very close to the heart of the city, steps away from the beach and a 2 minute walk to a huge municipal parking area)The staff were all very kind! The lady who welcomed us, Monique I think,made our stay so personal and warm. The beds were very comfortable The breakfast was nice In general I feel it was very good value for money. When we ll come back to Agios Nikolaos we will definitely stay here again

The bed was very comfortable, the service is good and the hotel is well located.

The breakfast was a bit poor for the hotel type, I was expecting to have at least some fried eggs and bacon.

The staff especially, the location and the room was cosy.

The breakfast options were a bit constrained and the same. After 8 days it get mundane

hot tub in 306 .great clean friendly staff a real hidden gem.

They gave us a room where they knew the shower flooded the bathroom floor. We had to ask for several bath mats and beach towels to place on the floor to soak up the water for the whole time we stayed. There was mould and a musty smell due to the water issue and they said they couldn’t move us due to being full. Can’t recommend

The staff, the cleanliness, the location, the beds, the breakfast, the pool area, it was excellent, everything. The staff everywhere were exceptional especially Monique and Nicolette who could not do enough for you. The communication before arriving was excellent and during the stay were knowledgeable and helpful friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious freshly baked bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, tomatoes to name a few plus excellent coffee and the best homemade cake. The rooms were spotless beautifully decorated with air conditioning, safe and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds huge so so comfortable. The pool area again immaculate and inviting you would be mad to miss this gem it was like a 5 star stay. Thank you sooo much we will return.
