This hotel is very charming and beautiful and in a perfect location. We had a room overlooking the harbor and close to everything. I loved it! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I would prefer they had a piece of furniture that can hold clothing, such as a dresser or wardrobe with drawers. While I loved the room, I had no place to unpack our clothes. Only one small cabinet and a few hangers.

The location is perfect. Agios Nikolaos is a magical place and the hotel is right in the middle of it. The hotel is in the old building but fancy, clean and well maintained.

We had the rightmost "Honeymoon Suite." The beams visible in the photos are actually not beams but a cover for the sewage pipes running along the entire length of the room. Unfortunately, these sewage pipes are not soundproofed, so you can hear the drainage whenever someone showers or flushes the toilet upstairs. This, in addition to the generally poor sound insulation was definitely a deal-breaker.

Very nice sea view room. Good shower, WiFi and other amenities like coffee, tea, and sugar. Well located at the harbor. Angel was very helpful at check in and gave us some good restaurant recommendations. Very quiet in November with free parking nearby.

This was a great stay in a historical building in Agias Nikolaos. Our balcony overlooked the port with views toward the small lake right in the city. All the staff were great with special mention going to “Ros.”

This is a smaller sized apartment with limited space for larger luggage.

Our stay at Porto Maltese Boutique Estate was truly exceptional. The suite was beautiful, spacious, and full of character, with a magnificent view over the harbor. The location couldn't have been better — right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos, yet peaceful. The building itself is stunning, with a sense of history and familiarity that immediately makes you feel at home. The people were incredibly welcoming and made our experience even more special. Everything was simply perfect — we couldn't have asked for more!

Pretty view from balcony, great location.Shabby chic decor, bed not so comfortable, bathroom facilities not up to par. Limited hot water and toilet not flushing well. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Superb location overlooking the small harbour. Tavernas and places for breakfast are within a short walk and the public parking was very convenient.

The location and view were amazing. Junior suite with sitting room and balcony overlooking harbor and Lake. Gorgeous town even in winter. We love old European boutique hotels. If you are a Holiday Inn fan don’t book as you will complain about tight spaces, steps, and whatever. Couple who owns it are 100% charming.

I’m a wheel chair user and there are a lot of steps.

Great location & stunning views from our balcony. Our room was spacious & had all amenities including an ironing board which was a bonus. Fridge was also appreciated. Cleaned daily.

The only downside for us was the loud music playing until 3am most mornings
