Big balcony and view, space, staff, parking close, value.

The apartment was roomy, comfortable, lots of space. Great air conditioning was great.

We had to ask for replacement bags, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. No elevator!!!

Excellent, helpful, friendly and very nice service. Top located, close to shopping and restaurants as well as to beaches. Located in a quiet small street. very good breakfast.

Location

Washbasin plug needs replacement. Toilet roll holder loose. Shower too small and has no rack. Balcony overlooks the neighbors

Very good central location. 5 minutes walk to everything. Staff were very friendly and always asking if we were ok. Clean rooms with great air con. Nice to have a lift in a relatively small hotel. Quiet at night for sleeping.

We liked everything about the property. If we were being picky slightly more comfortable balcony seating would have been nice.

Hermaioni welcomed me with smiles and good attitude and would be ready to help me with any problem I had. she even helped me park my car outside.the location of the hotel is amazing, just near al the restaurant, the lake, the beach and the shopping streets. the room was ok, small but comfortable. I had a view to the lake from the window.

the shower vas very small and no where to put your shampoo and soap there.

The breakfast is pretty awesome. The location is absolutely amazing.

Photos don't really correspond to reality. We had a problem with our room, but they did solve it pretty fast, they gave us a better room. Our room didn't have a.c for all beds.

we stayed in the apartment which is situated just behind the hotel everything was very new and stylish with a big comfy bed,the pictures don’t really do it justice.Electra and her staff cannot do enough for you genuinely lovely people,location so central beach 2 minutes in one direction and marina shops bars and restaurants very short walk in other direction.

nothing really just be aware that the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs so not really suitable for people with mobility issues as no lift but the hotel does have.

Small, quiet hotel. Booked a high floor large double with views over the bay. Car park behind hotel 5euro for 24hrs. Great staff, very clean and also smelt clean.

There was a kettle and cups in room but no coffee, milk or tea. When I asked if there was coffee for the room answer was no, so not sure what kettle was for. Fridge had reasonably priced drinks (no sugar free option) but no water even though it was on price list.

Great position just a short stroll down to waterfront, beach, shops. Nice and quiet too. Ask for room 404! Balcony and good sized bathroom. Delightful hosts. Didn’t have breakfast at hotel so can’t review. Parking available in a lot right next to hotel entrance. Eur 5 per 24hours

Ikaros Art hotel is an excellent place to stay in Agios Nikolaos. It is located in a very central place near everything. Super clean and comfy. All personal working there were super helpful kind and sweet. Such a lovely place to stay with polite personal. I would definitely recommend them to other guests. Great job :)

Family run, very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast is great value for money and the views from the breakfast room could not be better. Hotels position is excellent as you can walk to anywhere in the town easily, so no car needed.

it was super central and really close to everywhere, room was comfortable and had a lot of space

The hotel is well located in the old town area. There is paid parking right beside the hotel. A good breakfast is served on the top floor which has a great view of the area.

I was there for two nights in late January. The first night the radiator was turned on for just a few hours and turned off during most of the night. I did not sleep well because the room was so cold. The second night the heat never came on and I buried myself under several blankets for another poor night sleep. The outside temperature was in the high 40's fahrenheit.

It was clean and there were extra blankets. Also, there was hot water!!! Being cold after a long day of travel, this was very nice.

Two things disappointed me. When I first arrived, there was not a single staff anywhere. They had my name on a piece of paper with my room key there. This worked, however, there was no one I could talk to if I had questions. I don't think I saw a single staff member the entire two days I stayed there.The second thing that disappointed me was that when I booked my room it said beverages came with the room, but when I got there, it turned out there were beverages in the room, which I would have had to pay for when I checked out. They made it seem like it was all included and it was not.

It felt more like staying in an apartment there was never anybody at reception The offer of fresh towels would have been good

Fantastic location and very clean room. We stay for 1 night in Agios Nikolaos in Ikaros hotel. It was easy to find parking, and enjoy the nightlife as the hotel is located in the city center. Super nice staff help me to find the place to do the Covid test in 10 mins.

Close to the town and beach. Rooms were good size and had air con, fridge and sufficient storage. Bed was comfy and decent linens. Reception not constantly manned-particularly after around 7pm but card-key entry system was reliable. This is a traditional hotel with a makeover but some nice touches like a real hairdryer, kettle and iron. Good value if you want better than basic.

As it’s an older building it’s noisy. Doors slam occasionally and some mornings I was woken by maintenance workers in the building. You can easily hear neighbours in the next room and chairs being moved etc.. The lighting poor in room and the useful good hairdryer cannot reach the mirror/table as no socket nearby. Payment was taken days before arrival despite ticking “Pay at Hotel”

Central location very friendly welcome with a smile! Nice, comfortable room with wifi and tv. Good breakfast on rooftopterrace with view of the town’s roofscape. Street parking or private parking around the corner (suitable also for vans) at extra cost. Would stay there again when in the area!!
