Location perfect. Room big and great shower. View beautiful! Staff super friendly. Great bed too!

Excellent location right by the port — everything is close and convenient. The hotel has a beautiful boutique design, very stylish and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. The room has a small kitchen with everything you need, which is very convenient. However, a few kitchen items could be refreshed — for example, it would be nice to have a new sponge for guests. Still, this didn’t affect our overall great stay.

The location was excellent close to shopping and close to restaurants. We liked our room very much as it was spacious and quiet. Is book that room again.

Breakfast should have been part of the cost of our booking.

The room was very nice with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbour and lake. The bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was good although seating was limited due to the high winds which prevented us from enjoying a meal outside.

Smoking allowed on the outdoor patio.

Loved everything about this hotel. Johanna and all the staff we met were very friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. Less than 5 minutes walk to the lake. Hotel is in a great location with lots of tavernas etc. nearby. Room was spotless. Great room with balcony overlooking inner courtyard - hotel is very well designed. Boats to Spinalonga leave from outside the hotel. Beaches within an easy walking distance.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Everyone is so kind and accommodating and the breakfast had many good options.

Wow this place was amazing and charming. The history of the building was amazing and overlooked tye port. The staff from walking into the doors to the moment we left was perfect and friendly. They gave us tips and offered everything to us. The hotel was booked solid and they treated every guest like rockstars! Thanks for making my stay amazing

Perfect location, great room with large balcony overlooking the port.

Parking can be difficult if the nearby free lot is full, but there are several other paid options within a ten minute walk.

The hotel was in a great location. It was close to all the restaurants and shops. We loved watching the boats come and go from our deck. The view was amazing and we loved the jacuzzi tub. The staff was very attentive and always willing to help.

The staff was so friendly and helpfully. The location was the best, we were on the 8th floor with an amazing terrace with a dream like view. The hot tub was the cherry on top. For the beginning of April it was a perfect place to view the stars and stay toasty at night. The tiny bottle of Ouzo with 2 shot glasses was a nice touch. We loved this place and would love to return again. If you rent a car, parking was a 4-5 min walk away, so drop your bags off at the hotel first.

The one thing they were missing was the velour terry cloth robes to complete the fantasy.

Our stay at Hotel Port 7 was a pleasure. The room was spacious with a lovely view. Especially the female staff Soula, Johanna, Xaritini, Drita, Daniel and Maria were very gracious and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish to come back again.

Bar doesn’t really work.Is it a bar or isn’t it?We gave up and walked around the corner. We stayed out of season not sure id stay in summer as would be very hot and no where sit outside.

Both the owners and the staff were amazing…nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a smile for everyone.Have stayed in many hotels but this beacause of the people has to be in my top 10! Will definitely be back

Sitting space in the room

The room had a great view and was well equiped. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff were very freindly and helpful.

The only downside was an occasional strong drain smell from the bathroom.

Roof top terrace wad amazing. Jacuzzi bath at night. Huge room. Central location. Wonderful staff
