Elounda Krini Hotel by GHH

The staff are very sincere in providing exceptional customer service. The pool was very nice.

It's an older motel style accommodation but met our needs.

The area, the weather, the swimming pool and the breakfast.

To small room, not comfortable, two beds instead a double, and the bathroom wasn't smelling good.

From the pictures we had the expectations that Krini would be much bigger. The hotel is old though renovated with newish furniture. Still very simple and basic. Worst: it’s super noisy from the main road right next to it. The breakfast was a joke (in fact the worst I’ve had in Crete) and has absolutely 0 to do with the pictures. There was only the cheapest stuff and very little on offer like toast for “bread”, cold and super greasy omelettes, a coffee machine so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. The best thing was the view and the super nice and helpful receptionists. I wouldn't go back there.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room had a very nice view of the water. Location was good, within walking distance to town.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress had one area that dipped very low, making it impossible to use that side. The AC unit made a loud rattling sound that made it difficult to fall asleep. There was no hot water.

Lovely setting with a pool. Friendly staff nice balcony with sea view. Parking. Nice walk to top eating places

The shower holder was broken. Our room was a bit noisy from traffic.

It is a gorgeous place Outside of the town but within walking distance,what a view. The staff werehelpful and friendly and went out of their way to make it a great experience!

Light ,clean and comfortable room. Balcony great with side sea view. Pool and lounges great. staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast basic but nice. Just a short stroll to the beach and Restaurants.

Bathroom a little tight , the shower is just OK.

Very comfy bed, great breakfast and lovely pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Nicolette on reception. The manager Maria was very attentive and kind.

Parking can be difficult at times.

The view was great and the pool was nice, breakfast was great really good selection. 20 minute walk into town, taxis always available.

The staff are fantastic! They are always cheerful, polite and very helpful.

Our room wasn't really a sea view. The room needed some work. The toilet was coming away on the floor.

Quality value, maria was wonderful, staff very friendly. Special shout out to Tony, legend. Very helpful and accommodating. would recommend.

The position and the view are the best things I found during in my stay. The hotel is positioned at few minutes by walking to Elounda, a tiny bay served by restaurant, bar and shops. Pool is small but functional.

Old building, old rooms in my opinion it needs a renovation and modernisation also for furnitures.Breakfast needs to improve and be revised as the quality and the choice of food.

Fantastic view and spacious room. They offered us water. We enjoyed our bathroom. Quiet, peaceful area.

If parking is fully booked you need to walk and find a place for your car.During the night we couldn’t keep the door of the balcony open since they were mosquitoes.

The location was good. Bus stop right outside and walkable to some lovely beaches.

The bathroom was quite dirty- the drainage was very poor and left a bad smell after showering. You have to sign to say that you accept responsibility for your own valuables on check in and yet the safety deposit box has a charge which we felt was a little cheeky!

The receptionist was very helpful and very sweet. She checked us in early and had a really nice approach and a lovely smile.

Very noisy refrigerator, and very noisy air conditioning without a silence mode. Did not get much sleep.The balcony did not have the expected view. Family room, but the air conditioning was placed, so our daughter could not feel the cold air due to diving closets. Morning room for breakfast without any ambience.

The pool area was okay

The room had the most foul smell like stale urine and sweat. The bathroom was covered in ants including crawling on my toothbrush and all over the sink. When I went an complained I don’t think they really believed me, the room was serviced every day but only the bins changed no cleaning occurring or changing of sheets or linen. They sent a woman up with me to spray air freshener and even she was shocked with the smell, but they did nothing about it. When I told her about the ants in my toothbrush they just giggled and didn’t even apologise. They were kind and friendly but didn’t do anything to help the situation. The room was incredibly dated and the bed terrible and uncomfortable very different from the photos. Overall a disappointing experience.
