Oh where do I start, the breathtaking view, the untouched mountains, the vast sea, the setting sun. Whenever you eat, swim, or drink you are just across this view. it's also very green. Our room also had the same. the staff is always smiling and helpful.There are different thematic bars inside the hotel. They do some attractions like karaoke, Greek night etc which is nice for families.Pool is medium sized and i liked it, because when i was swimming, i was looking into those mountains and the sea.Breakfast was more than enough, and dinner was sometimes repetitive but still good.They have a shuttle to the voulisma beach, but the return times are very early so you probably will walk which takes 20-25 minutes.i loved İstron the town that the hotel is located into. it is very calm, there is also a public beach, 10 minutes away from the hotel and everything is free.The room cleaning is perfect. I would definitely revisit elpida

The sodas, juices, beer were half water and sadly tastelessThe rooms are small, the shower is COMİCALLY small, you can barely stand up. The room had no sofa or sth to sit on.The movie nights were in entirely polish soSome of the utilities were old.

It was more or less as expected, but not much more than that unfortunately

We received a quite newly renovated room with a small balcony which was nice....but the bathroom/shower was unacceptable! The shower the size of 55 cm, shower hose leaking to all sides, a toilet that can't flush anything (you have to flush ten times, even after we requested to have it fixed), to place for any utilities. Also the hotel has a lot of stairs and no one helping you with the luggage. Our room was on the fourth level, quite unpleasant experience.

The serenity! Peaceful with great sea view from all main areas and the room. Very clean rooms and friendly staff! It feels like home!

Everything was fabulous. Only thing I could say is the food at dining times could be warmer, Maybe a microwave in the dining area I heat the he food up. The whole hotel is kept beautifully clean !!

Our accommodation was not comfortable. Spiral staircase lead to bathroom which had the only sink and water supply. Dangerously situated next to bedroom door.Extremely hilly...steps everywhere. Not for the senior generation unless extremely fit.

The pool at the hotel and the breakfast (a great view!)

When we arrived at the hotel, the Miss that was at the reception only asked for our names and ID. She did not even explain the breakfast time, transfer to Voulisma Beach or any other service. At least we had a monitor with the information...The hotel offered a transfer to Voulisma Beach (that is around 30 mins walking) and thats very useful, but only at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 4pm. If you want to return later, you need to walk.I think the gardens can be more organised.The bathoroom was very very small!

The airco is SUPER old and not working properly. It can barely cool a small area around it, let alone the whole room. It was impossible to sleep at night during the hot season.

The hotel is a short walk from Voulisma, a wonderful beach. Around 1,5 km. The Staff is really helpful and with a smile on their face!

Buffett both in breakfast ? and in dinner are not very rich. There are not enough parking lots for everyone. Wifi, especially at the premises which are not at the main building, is very poor. We stayed 3 days and our room cleaned just once...

Really poor quality of food - honestly only the Boied eggs felt safe enoughThe room was strange as one bed is in a lower level then the other part of the room and you feel like you don’t have space .. the AC above the kids bed, no nest for mosquitoes, old and tiny bathroom, a lot of old staff …

Good breakfast with lovely view. Excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. Good beach within walking distance. Nice swimming pool with a view. Good games room. Lots of fun evening activities.

I enjoyed the big bed and the view from both room and restaurant. The Room was cleaned daily and also we were very well welcomed when we arrived. They also have the 24h reception which was very helpful. The music from the restaurant is very nice, also the dishes not in use anymore were picked up very quickly by the staff. During both breakfast and dinner you can also enjoy drinks (if you don't have the All-inclusive package). Almost each evening they have activities such as the Greek Night with really nice music and fun while dancing.

The accomodation was far away to the Voulisma beach, more than 1 km mentioned on the Booking website (it is around 18 - 20 min by foot in fact). Their car transfer to the Voulisma beach was not created that well as I don't understand who would go at 11, 13,15 and 16 at the beach.. It is too late for going to the beach and too early to return. We could not benefit of that transfer at all, due to the timetable. It was too much to climb and too many stairs în order to reach the accomodation, this made very unpleasant the walks to the shops around or to the beach. The food was very poor, it was the same food each day for breakfast (not really fresh) and we mostly could not find something tasty to eat at the dinner (they reuse food from breakfast to create different dishes for dinner). Most of the hotel would need some renovation as it is pretty old and the bathrooms are tiny (especially the shower where you don't have enough space). The Air conditioner was very noisy. The pool needs also to be renovated and the water had a very strong chlorine smell. This is definetly a 4 star hotel, except for the cleaning which was impacable. These comments are only meant to set some real expectations to the next customers and to motivate the accomodation to improve their service (The view is so beautiful and it's a pitty that the service are not at the same level).

The staff was very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was very good and the pool and pool area looked very inviting.

The WiFi could have been better. I understand they were installing bigger antennas to give greater coverage. I hope this helps.

Very hard beds. Too many steps and steep slopes to and within the complex. No information pack given. Majority of guests were on all inclusive. No alternative to the buffet provided for them in the restaurant. No food/ bar Menu in the evenings.

If you are flying into Chania, the hotel is very far. Car rental is required as taxis are very expensive.

The room could have been a little more modern especially the bathroom. The hotel is on a mountain so prepare your calves !
