The staff was very helpful and nice and the location is perfect. The views of the lake are spectacular. The restaurant next door had terrific coffee and excellent yogurt.

The hotel is just in the center of Agios Nicolaos. Clean place and nice minimalistic rooms, perfect for budget travellers.

They do provide daily room service but they only offer towels once every three days, which I think they should inform customers while booking.

View was beautiful over the lake. Convenient for shopping, eating and beach. Perfect!

Lovely, friendly staff but could not fully enjoy lounge area at night due to staff smoking in the entrance area.

Great view next to lake and close to restraunts and shopping. Nice big bathroom and shower.

The internet was terrible on and off constantly. Hard to do anything on it. The cleaning staff were noisy and could hear their conversations through the thin walls.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos with nice view both on the lake the port and the pedestrian road.Many shops and restaurants all around.Clean and minimalistic in decor, but efficient infrastructure, perfect for budget travellers. The kindness in the face of the girl in reception welcoming guests with a broad smile. Free parking available near by, in the port. All available transportation means in Agios Nikolaos within reach. Would recommend for sure.

Little noisy during the night, but no problem for me really.

The hotel is located in the heart of the lake/marina area. The room is open and large and the bed was comfy. Plenty of maps provided for hiking, beaches and visits.

The area has a lot of noise and you can hear your neighbors on the balcony. Can make it difficult to sleep.

Great location central to the city and really nice view of the lake from balcony. Good value overall. Room was clean and simple. Elevator and restaurant as well as cafe/bar below are also a big plus. George at the front desk was also very helpful.

Brilliant location overlooking the calming lake and amongst the lively restaurants and pretty shopping alleys that cater for all. The stunning clear waters of the beach and more vibrate bars and food options are only minutes away as you walk pass the small serene chapel nestled near the harbor front.

Beautiful view and amazing sunsets comfortable room and friendly stuff U have everything around of hotel that’s why you can just enjoy your time here!

The Lake view is stunning

If you rent the Lake view room be ready,upon the hills restaurants will observe you ? The cleaning attendants are very noisy sometimes The furniture is a bit lower class,the shower needs deep cleaning from the mold.

Clean, location, Staff outstanding. The restaurant underneath is truly excellent. Bar out front great for post beach drinks. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Location perfect for everything. Gets cleaned and made up daily. Will 200% be staying again.
