location is perfect, spacious apartment

first cleaning after 3 days is a bit too long

The location, right on the sea, 5 minute walk from the town square couldn’t have been better. The room was well equipped and spotless. The staff are great. The onsite Jungle Bar is a great place for end of day nightcap.

Very friendly staff, beds really comfortable, room nothing plush, but clean and not in room much anyway, it’s in a good location, a pebble beach across the road & a 10 minute flat stroll pass lots of restaurants & bars to the main square, main beach.

Room clean, comfy bed, very good breakfast/ meals & relaxing friendly atmosphere about the place.

Just a short walk from restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble!

i booked a room with balcony, he said the 2 chairs and a table in front of the under ground level door is a balcony

The property is located in an ideal location. The property, room, and accommodations exceed expectations, and our host, Giannis Demos and his staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and parking was available near the room.

Location amazing! Beautiful views and a great little pool bar! Also close to restaurants and bars. Nice and friendly staff. Great to be able to cross the road and jump straight into the sea. Easy and convenient car park.

Our room (32) needed some maintenance. The aircon leaked and we had to catch the drips with a pan. The appliances in the bathroom e.g. towel rail, toiletry basket - were broken. The toilet was tricky to manage as it kept constantly flushing if you didn't get the flusher absolutely right - it kept sticking. The window in the bathroom stuck a few times and took a while to release. The biggest downside was that our balcony was in full sun and no shade was provided - not even a parasol. This meant we couldn't use it while we were there as it was too hot. The pool is very small, more of a plunge pool.

Near enough to walk into Elounda and along causeway to peninsula. Good breakfast and bar open at night for drinks outside. Comfortable rooms with chairs. Easy to park on road at front. Arrived early and our room was ready for us. Friendly staff.

There was a terrible wind and our room was right in the gally which felt like we were in Chicago but it wasn't the fault of the hotel at all. We loved it and would go back anytime.

for 91 euros per night with breakfast and sea view during our 4 nights stay we experienced :-breakfast that is impossible to eat. the most soggy, bland and disgusting omelet I have ever eaten, even the mushrooms were wet and bacon was actually very cheap ham. My husband could not swallow sausage in “English” breakfast. Even coffee (and we are in Greece, where you can find good coffee everywhere)smelled of damp. We tried to eat the breakfast once, and then never ever we came back for it during our stay. Lost money-no sea view. Maybe tree view, a little bit mountain view. But there is no photo of the view form the window on the booking, so hotel deliberately put higher price on rooms with sea view when there is no sea! don’t be fool like us - don’t overpay for view you won’t have (photo included).-horrible welcoming. We came at 16:00 in the first day, there was no one at registration desk, so the waitress of the “hotel” bar showed us our rooms. She explained us only the ridiculous number of rules they had in the “hotel”. She also turned on tv and asked to read the rules on the screen everyday as a joke(see photo)…. no greeting, no explanation of where is breakfast, no small recommendations of local activities- nothing! Only rules.-lazy service. You will also not get your daily room cleaning service or your towels changed. We were living, again, in hotel, for 91 euros per night, and no one even vacuumed our floor once, and you can imagine the amount of sand after 4 days on the floor from beaches. And the towels were the same for 4 days. Total disappointment. -dirty and very very small pool that is not suited for adults - only kids can fit in.Don’t stay at this “hotel”: the photos are misleading, as well as information on the website. There is no cleaning, the Wifi constantly stops working, staff has no intentions to help you, the breakfast is disgusting and the sea view is just a joke. For this price you can get much better accommodation in Crete
