    • Villa was beautiful
    • Amazing green garden, quite atmosphere for a private time with your family. 10 min to walk down the hill to the sea. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!
    • Beautiful hotel set in quiet grounds, which never felt crowded. There were usually sun loungers in the garden or by the pool, and extra available to put down if required. Excellent cocktails by the bar. Rooms very spacious and comfortable and recently renovated

    Cons -

    • Asked if we could keep room on as we had a evening flight they wanted €200 for 4 hrs So was a bit disappointed they did say it would cost €100 to both my wife and son but the receptionist denied ever saying it very unprofessional.
    • The mini bar has a space for improvement. Would be great to have at least minimal selection of beverages and snacks.
    • I would have liked a hand rail by the steps into the pool. I was still recovering from a broken ankle and so not 100% on my mobility and I was worried about slipping on the steps. So due to no handrail to steady myself, I didn't feel confident and so was unable to use the pool. though the pool itself was a decent size and usually quiet and looked nice to actually swim in.

This was a beautiful little find! We turned up and were immediately made to feel very welcome! The staff were amazing and so so friendly, I was taken back how much attention they paid to each of their guests. We were traveling with our toddler and they all made him feel very special! This felt genuine and we all really enjoyed ourselfs. The rooms were very modern and facilities amazing, a beautiful place to wind down for a week! I would highly recommend!

If I had to be picky the breakfast was a bit average, compared to the rest of the food we experienced while on the island. The pool was FREEZING and far too salty, it wasnt very child friendly as the shallow end was 1.5m and the 'children's pool' was small.

The hotel is beautiful, super clean and the pool area was so relaxed. The staff were superb, in particular Nicoleta who helped us with places to go, excursions, taxis and everything else. The pool area was super relaxing, and you should always be able to find a place to sit. There's plenty of room if you fancy a light bite or a drink. Once again, the staff are all relaxed and lovely. There's also a table tennis table if that's your thing near the pool. With breakfast, there was a lovely choice of hot and cold snacks, fruit, cereal, etc. Something for everyone. It's about 50 minutes from Heraklion Airport so it's not too long if you're either renting a car or taking a taxi. The time goes quite fast as well I found. It was about 90 euros (For a taxi)It's about a 20/25 minute walk from the centre of Elounda, so that may be a good thing for some, and not for others. We found that on the few times we took a taxi, it was about 8 euros to and from Elounda.Elounda itself is beautiful as well, and there's plenty to find in and around it.

Sometimes the location can feel a little far away from the main centre of Elounda. We often walked it, but it can sometimes feel too long if you're doing it every day.The dinner/tea let the hotel down I feel. We had dinner/tea at the hotel 2 out of our 10 evenings, and each time it wasn't great. We were far happier eating in town. There's much better choice.

The food was good, and the proximity to the sea

One waiter was very aggressive, and argued with us at breakfast in front of the entire restaurant. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you. Beautiful lush gardens and pool surround, quiet atmosphere, gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Excellent food, especially the breakfast and dinner buffets.

The restaurant was really nice, lots of variety and good quality food

The pool is a combination of salt water and chlorine, due to my eczema, I broke out into a rash the first day and couldn’t use the pool the rest of the week. The pool should be either salt or chlorine, both is dangerous and unpleasant.

Family-run, great food, saltwater pool, very attentive and friendly staff, great room, and amazing views.

Clean and beautiful hotel with super (child) friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot, the food was really good.

The only thing perhaps that was not ideal was that the pool was a salt water pool. But I suppose on the other hand that's more sustainable...

Friendly staff, especially in the bar & restaurant area. Rooms decorated tastefully, and lovely pool area. Excellent food in poolside restaurant and really great cocktails

Not enough sun loungers by the pool for the size of the hotel, adding even just another 6-8 would make a difference. The food & drinks were lovely , but quite pricey compared to eating in equally nice places outside the hotel. Cleanliness of rooms could be improved by housekeeping. Don’t think floors were swept (or swept well) in the 8 days we were there. Gym pretty basic & not the cleanest (no wipes/ sprays provided to clean equipment after use) Spa customer service not great, left several messages to try and book in massages and they never got back to us , so we didn’t get to book in in the end. When we arrived we were put in a room I’d never even seen advertised on their website or booking.com and it certainly wasn’t the room we booked. We booked a garden view room, which also had a lounge area etc. The room we were put in was a small corner room with no garden view, looked into a roof, and no lounge area - very basic. Again, I’ve never seen this kind of room advertised and none of their pictures are like this. We complained but had to stay one night in the wrong room and we were moved to an appropriate room more alike to what we had booked around midday the following day, which was lovely. It just shouldn’t have happened in the first place especially when we’d booked the room months ago.

Stunning hotel! Really nice chilled vibe about it. The room was really spacious & modern. We had a Garden View room on the 1st floor but could still see the sea from our balcony. The pool and bar area were so lovely, with extra sunbeds available. The staff were always super helpful and friendly. Great location- it’s about a 20 min walk down into Elounda which we did each night for dinner. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The hotel is beautiful, well kept and clean. The cocktails and drinks at the bar are lovely. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The hotel left a fruit bowl, a card and cava in the room for our arrival (free of charge) because the holiday was for a special birthday. The sunbathing space at the pool area is lovely although quite small. We spent a lot of time sunbathing on the grass area with the “spare sun beds” but I didn’t mind this. There are numerous rooms that have sun loungers on the terrace/balcony but we didn’t book this type of room. There is table tennis and pool along with a small playground for children. We enjoyed played table tennis and pool. The hotel also set up a “cinema” to watch the Olympics at night. There is lots of seating at the pool bar (tables, couches, lounge chairs). There is potential there to have more sun loungers and less tables.

I missed a full length mirror in the room. The hotel sits on large grounds and there are rooms that will be very quiet. We stayed in a garden view room at the front which was beside the road and car park so meant there was often noise. It didn’t impact me much but it impacted my partners quality of sleep. The location is quite far out of Elounda centre but it we enjoyed the walk as long as it wasn’t too hot.

This was a pleasant hotel and our room was the corner family room with the largest private pool so that was a good thing. The pool had too much chemicals so obviously obviously better maintenance would be required.

Breakfast was of average quality. Some of the facilities require updates. Service also could be taken there one up.

Lovely hotel, but customer service seriously lacking

Our highly anticipated final five days in Greece were marred by significant issues at the hotel. We had booked the most expensive room, promising adjoining family rooms with private pools, as we were travelling with our young teenage children.Upon arrival, the receptionist's dismissive behaviour was immediately off-putting. The situation worsened when we discovered the allocated rooms were not as booked, with no apology or explanation offered (we were simply brought to rooms which were not an adjoining family suite as booked). Despite relocating rooms the following day, the overall service remained substandard, culminating in a final checkout where the original receptionist avoided us entirely. Our attempts to address these issues with management were met with complete silence despite multiple emails and messages requesting the manager's contact info all of which were ignored. This lack of response is unacceptable and a clear reflection of the hotel's poor customer service.

    Absolutely nothing it’s bad

Everything Dear hotel Good day I did not stay for 6 days although I was charged if you have any sense of decency you will refund but I don’t think you won’t Your hotel is bad bad bad I have no idea where to start from some of your rude staff , lousy food , tiny rooms , not hygienes or clean , dirty rusty toilet , crowded over crowded , small dirty pools , facilities and I can continue . I wanted to write a review about the hotel but I felt sorry for the reviews that I have seen and unfortunately I did not read before booking with you ,, I have escaped the hotel to another although I was charged

Overall a nice property, lovely pool and bar area with great views. Service was hit and miss. Location was remote (but can easily book a cab to town via reception).

I booked a classic garden view room and when I checked in was given an unrenovated room. This wasn’t specified when I made the booking or on the website so I felt a little deceived. It was a completely different aesthetic and quality of the room to what I signed up for. I made a complaint to the front desk and Nikoleta was extremely understanding and helpful. The next day I was upgraded to a sea view room which was much nicer. We checked out early (6am) and got told off for not giving them a heads up. The man at front desk was rude, but I understand I could have given them a heads up the night before. I just thought it being a 4-star hotel that front desk would be manned 24hrs BUT that’s on me.

The property was beautiful close drive to Elounda town. Staff were so friendly - amazing service! Small touches such as walking around giving people sitting around the pool watermelon. Rooms beautiful decorated and modern. Buffet breakfast and restaurant amazing fresh tasty food!
