    • Spacious room, good location, and lovely design. Breakfast offered a good variety.
    • Great breakfast, room is very spacious, a/c is great, bed is comfortable, pool is great, locois perfect- close but not too close to the center.
    • Standard hotel room with swimming pool. Parking lot. Breakfast . Nice location

    Cons -

    • We paid extra for a sea-view room, but you had to lean out from the corner of the balcony to actually see the sea. The cleanliness could be better, as some areas looked quite worn out. Breakfast was the same every day and didn’t include any local dishes. Also, while some staff were excellent, others seemed indifferent and not very willing to assist.
    • Some flies around the bathroom
    • Change towels need wait 3 days during high season. Rooms abit old.

The location was perfect. The views from our room were incredible. The pool & pool bar was really nice as well. Being there in August, the pool does get busy early. Staff was really kind. The breakfast, & the lunch we had at the pool were delicious. My wife and I can't wait to return. Bravo?

Maybe just the layout structurally, lots of different elevators to get to to top floors. And or lots of stairs if you don't want to take the elevators. But definitely not a reason not to stay if you don't have any health concerns.

The location was good. Easy to walk to the waterfront/beach, and to walk to restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly.

The photos online are a bit outdated. Everything was a bit “run down” and falling apart. Our room wasn’t very clean either… broken glass on the bathroom counter, other people’s hair everywhere, and the floors made our feet dirty.

The swimming pool and the view from the breakfast room are fantastic! Location is also good.

Our room had a weird smell, and our bathroom smelled like mold. The air-conditioning was not working properly, and our room was much warmer than the outside temperature. The room was also not as clean as we would hope for for a 4 start hotel. We found a lot of hair on our desk chair, the fabric of our sofa in our room was stained, there was dust in the bathroom, and the cleaning staff does not (for sure) pay a lot of attention to details. The parking of the hotel is challenging to drive to with a manual car if you are not an experienced uphills driver. Breakfast was OK.

Very convenient location close to the main harbour, great pool area (but get there early to secure a sunbed), beautiful room with amazing view (superior room with sea view), friendly & courteous staff.

Housekeeping service is random, some days they do it, others not. Not that hard to change the bed linen & towels really ?Breakfast buffet is average at best and we only used 3/4 times out of 10. Wouldn’t bother next time if we stayed again.Air con is pretty crap too and had to be worked on but was still somewhat asthmatic.

Price and proximity to the port

I expected it but didn’t like that we had to take 3 lifts to our room- topography of the site.

Perfect location, super friendly staff, beautiful superior sea view room with large balcony and space. Really easy to access everything you would need in Elounda.

There are a lot of steps but this wasn't really a problem for us!

Stunning hotel with superb views, nice big modern and stylish room. We had a partial sea view. Amazing pool area with multiple levels of sunbeds. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful - accommodating a late check-out at no extra cost. Excellent buffet breakfast amongst the best we’ve had and views from the restaurant are breathtaking.

Hard to fault anything at all, however we did find the glass shower and toilet cubicle quite small. The drive to the car park was a hair raising experience ?

The location was good. Close to restaurants and tavernas. About 10-15 min walk to the central beach. The restaurant for breakfast had a great view and breakfast was ok, although it was the same thing every morning. We had booked a superior room with a sea view to Spinalonga. Really breathtaking to take a look at it every morning and evening! The room was a good size, modern. The cleaning lady was doing an excellent job! The hotel provided free parking which was great. The staff was attentive.

The bathroom was extremely small. You seat on the toilet and your head is in the door, which on top of that did not close properly. Not sure if you are an oversized person how you will deal with it. The shower as well..small, leaking water in the bathroom department . It Was not a great experience, basically it was my faster going in and out of there. Definitely need some renovation and remodeling. Because there is actually 2 sinks. You better have a good size toilet and shower and only 1 sink. The transparent like doors did not help as well as you see through them. For a 4 star hotel, better and bigger towels are needed. The ones we had you barely cover yourself and we are not big people. There is no bathrobe, slippers, no shower gel ( only shampoo, conditioner and body cream). Finally the hotel is build on a hill. If you are on top, for the view you need to take 3 elevators or lots of stairs to reach your room. The positive to be on top in building C is that you are close to the parking lot and the pool.

The location is superb The bed was comfortable The pool area is beautiful and lots of funThe staff are incredibly friendly and attentive Value for money is great

The rooms could use more maintenance The hotel layout is confusing and hard to navigate (especially with suitcases)Very limited parking that was almost never available The bathroom was too small

Our stay at Elounda Orama was delightful! We visited as a couple with our dog, and the hotel's pet-friendly approach made it even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was a standout—plenty of options with generous portions to suit every taste. The hotel itself is spacious, with a prime location that offers easy access to local attractions. A wonderful choice for couples, families, and pet owners alike. We’ll definitely be back!

The pool was great. The location is near some really lovely restaurants. The room we had was adequate in size with lots of wardrobe space and his and hers sinks.

Main road in front of hotel can be quite busy and pedestrian walkways are not very wide or non existent in some areas. The top balcony above the pool had a couple of broken sunbeds. The toilet in the room is quite small.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room.

Parking was not directly accessible as it is located behind the hotel. The road is very narrow towards its entrance.

Very comfortable beds. Great landscaping and gardening. Good location

Cleanliness of the bathroom does not match with the quality of the hotel. ( lock of hair and some dirtness were found on the floor of the shower)Staff did not follow up with the pending requests. ( parking slots may be limited during the weekend, however they might follow up whether the customer face a parking problem)The room , especially in the bathroom there were many small flies ( not mosquitos) which entered most probably via ventilation systemRecommendation : to provide tablets against insects or mosquitos (It may be not essential but it might give at least customers a good feeling that the host tries their best for their comfort)All provided feedbacks based on the high standards of the hotel as the expectation is not like for low standard hotels.

We got a room with a nice big terrace in block D, the view was just incredible. Breakfast was fine, the staff on the reception is super nice and friendly.

The quality of the cleaning needs improvement. The shower cabin was full of sand and hair after the previous guests, stains on the sofa and towels, dirty tea cups in our room. Also, there is not enough beds at the swimming pool area, we we sitting at the bar :(

    9YuliiaPosted on: 8-28-2024

Everything was beyond amazing, starting from the personnel, extremely friendly and helpful, to the interior design which will surely impress with its modernity and elegance even the most demanding guests. The pool area was very cozy and beautiful, the bartenders were really pleasant, too. Hotel housekeeping is on top, our room was always very clean. There’s a huge variety of food available for breakfast, moreover, the sea view at the hotel restaurant was just breathtaking. The receptionist kindly explained us the routes to local sights and beaches, printed out bus schedules which we found super nice. The hotel is located very close to the seaside; local restaurants with authentic Greek cuisine, souvenir shops and supermarkets are within 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

There were a lot of beaches nearby but the closest sandy one, less crowded and with clear water was in 30-40 minute walk which was kinda tiresome in heat like this but we had a lot of free time so that’s fine, personally don’t recommend the Plaka beach (5 km from the hotel), not worth it, there were way closer and better beaches around. Also, a bit complicated building structure because of which during the first days we struggled with finding our room and not get lost.

    5NikosPosted on: 8-18-2024

The location is nearby the local stores or spinalogka boats if you want to visit it. The hostess of the reception was very friendly and assisted us although we arrived earlier.

Hard to carry your luggage. It is so complicated facility with stairs, levels, other stairs other elevators. Noisy rooms: we were listening the other next door doing noise either their children or opening closing the door. Next morning we heard the cleaning service 8:15am to yelling because they found the room very dirty from previous visitors. Moderately clean rooms: we saw the cleaning service to just mop the floor whilst we were coming back from breakfast. The toilet seems not so cleaned. The drain was damaged on the bathroom floor. The toilet flush had leaking. The shower had leaking from the tiles or door to the main bathroom making the floor wet all the time. Terrible parking location with difficult route to find it. Don’t go there with low profile tires or car. You will damage it. Once you are there you can’t find parking to park. We found the car with the damage on the door but I can’t blame them since I can’t prove that was happened there. Breakfast is very low quality without any taste or flavor. There is variety but very poor quality for the price you pay.
