Hotel Trutzpfaff

Great location. Close to central shopping and historic sites. Close to walking to the Rhine. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good with a fair amount of selections. Staff was very kind and helpful.

More than just two pillows would have been great.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was nice. Parking was great to be nearby and included. Unfortunately the internet was out of range for room 10

Plenty of choice for breakfast, including freshly boiled eggs.

A kettle in the bedroom would have been appreciated.

Clean and comfortable. Centrally located and with its own parking lot - a fairly rare combination. One block over from the high street and a short walk to all Speyer had to offer. The room was small but perfectly functional, with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. Breakfast was fine (typical for German hotels in this price segment), with a good selection of fresh foods but machine coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. A solid choice that provides good value for money.

Ask for a room at the back if you're staying on the night before trash pickup is scheduled - the garbage trucks come round at 6 am and are VERY noisy.

Location

Too simple. No complementary water. No airconditioning.

1. Excellent location close to the main square.2. Very good breakfast.3. Friendly and helpful staff (Bernhard).

location, breakfast and free parking with EV charger

shower old

Excellent communication as we have arrived after check in, with detailed step-by-step instructions on how to get keys and get into the room. There is free parking at the hotel, and there is an EV charging point that was kindly reserved for us for a very reasonable charge. The rooms are simple in decor, however spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, with some cold cuts of meat and cheese, bread and coffee.

Scrupulously clean, had an original identity. The property is traditional but has everything you could want for a lovely stay. The staff are welcoming, efficient and kind.

1. Location Outstanding2. Breakfast good3. Room very good4. Private safe parking for our motorcycles first class.

Great staff, location, room and value - would stay again.

Parking off road. Central location. Large room

Hotel was in a central location and within walking distance to the centre of town with a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection of cereals, meats and bread to choose from. Secure, free parking for our motorcycle at the property.

good location very basic but comfortable small hotel

not able to get a cup of hot water for tea at night as reception is unmanned

The location is great for the centre of Speyer, especially so as it has it's own parking area. The breakfast is the usual continental but there is plenty of it. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of storage space.

My only issue is the shower cubicle, I'm not a small person and always have issues with these.

Great location, good price. But the good price was primarily due to a very sparse and small room.

Very good breakfast!

Secure parking on property.

Great location and secure parking!

Did not have breakfast

Some noise in the morning
