Breakfast was good, the cabana was great and the room was clean .

We could not order from the cabana. We had to walk to the bar but they would bring the drinks and food to you.

Staff is great, clean, food is good, nice shows, no problem with free beds in the pool, over all very good.

The bed was very uncomfortable, shower had weak water stream and no consistent temperature.

This was our second time staying at the hotel, and we're just as satisfied as the first time. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. While the soundproofing isn’t perfect, it was generally very quiet. You might occasionally hear a car revving by, but it was never disruptive for a good sleep. We had the half-board option, both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, truly living up to the warm standards of Greek hospitality. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, it’s very clean and safe.

We liked everything, but can make two small improvement suggestions: - Having staff serve coffee at breakfast is a nice touch, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Guests often had to wait or try to flag someone down for a (re)fill. A self-service coffee station is usually a more efficient and convenient option.- The gym is a bit limited in space. It might be worth considering an expansion, and adding some more modern equipment.

Gorgeous grounds, clean, well maintained, plenty of sun beds, easy access to beach and though the resort was busy it never felt crowded or noisy.

Spacious room, great pool areas and beach bar

The air conditioning wasn’t very effective; the bed was two singles, made up as singles, pushed together and it therefore continued to separate into singles over the course of a night. Reception failed to complete our check out correctly, and I later received a call advising I hadn’t checked out of all rooms booked and had an outstanding room service account. Also: the lady who delivered our room service was quite rude.

The staff were amazing and made our stay exceptionally relaxing and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our space, our meals, the relaxing time, the spa, all of it! The beach was clean, water beautiful and plenty of lounge chairs available.

Our mattress was a bit stiff for my liking but not enough to negatively impact my sleep. It would have been nice to have some paddleboards available for use.

The food at the restaurant was good but at the buffe my wife was once and she was very disappointed

The welcome bottle of champagne was take from the room service lady on the last day asked the receptionist and she said that’s strange!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Marmaris-Rhodes boat canceled due to windy condition. I could not change checking date at Booking.com. I reached to hotel direct. They were able to change our check in date one day later. In addition they gave us an upgrade. We are totally enjoyed the beautiful facilities and Agean beach.

Pool water was cold.

Food is plenty, great variety, every evening different cousine is in focus, definitely you can find your taste. The garden is nice, there are enough sunbeds. There is a shop in the hotel, so you can buy eg your drinking water (of course more expensive than outside the hotel), basic food and plenty of souvenirs.We were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier.

Some rooms are near the street and the insulation is not very good, you can hear the traffic. BUT MOST OF ALL: they sell side sea-view rooms as sea-view rooms. When we arrived we were provided the room which was looking to the top of the restaurant mainly and the garden, far you could see the sea. Upon request we were offered another room in another wing, still with not full sea-view. If it is clearly stated, I know what I book and pay for, but when the photos show a full sea-view and you think you paid for a full sea-view, you will be disappinted with a side sea-view. Also some rooms are smaller within the same category (some has only armchair, the bigger ones an extra sofa).Also the beach was said to be sandy beach, which was pebbles in fact, also very disappointing if you book for a sandy beach. There was barely any animation, might be due to season end. All the pools were way too cold, you couldn't see to many inside, at this level they could provide at least one heated pool.They are literally in the middle of nowhere, only resorts are along the beach, anywhere you want to go, need to take the bus or taxi.The corridors were way under standard: full of dirt and stains... Not from last week, from months probably....On the staff we clearly felt that they are tired of the season, not as kind as we expected.

The beach was great breakfast was very good and the room was fine.

the evening entertainment . some nights were good not not all the musicians.

Nice rooms and very friendly staff. Pool area with plenty of sunbeds. 50 meters walk and the sea is right there.

Has become a ”German” hotel.

Everything was very easy the staff were very friendly and there was entertainment every night

No flannels in the bathroom, no scrap paper/pens in the rooms

What a beautiful hotel!! The place is immaculate the staff are so helpful and accommodating. We are just back a week here and the hotel really helped make it a special one. We were bed and breakfast so can’t comment on the lunch/dinner but breakfast was amazing, spoilt for choice. The Greek coffee was unreal, special shout out to Maria, that lady is a ray of sunshine always smiling and was a joy to see her happy face in the mornings!This hotel is brilliant, stunning location on the beach. We paid for an upgrade as it was for my partners birthday and the balcony was huge! Overlooking the pool and sea. The hotel helped us celebrate and dropped off a cake for his birthday which was a lovely surprise (thank you!!) Location wise there isn’t really anything in walking distance so if you want to explore restaurants/shops in the evenings then you need to jump on the bus or taxi. Please don’t be put off by this though! The bus stop outside is brilliant and easy, you can pick up a bus schedule from reception but they are very frequent and for 2 people was €3 to Faliraki and €5 to Rhodes. We did also use the taxi service at reception and it was so easy! Taxi to Faliraki is around €12.50 and we got a taxi back from Rhodes once which was €25.The cleaners that came twice daily done an amazing job at keeping the place beautifully clean! We went to the beach bar for lunch a couple times and it was lovely food and reasonably priced too! The staff overall were fantastic nothing was ever too much.I could go on but I just want to say a massive thank you for making our stay such a memorable one!

There was genuinely nothing that we didn’t like about the hotel, we did however use the Spa on the last day as we had booked in to use the showers due to a late flight. We used the pool, jacuzzi beforehand and to be honest we were surprised how the cleanliness here didn’t match the rest of the hotel at all. The jacuzzi was green with what appeared to be mould floating when you put the jets on. The showers in the spa area too just didn’t match the cleanliness across the hotel which is otherwise immaculate!!

Location was convenient. Pool was large. Good selection at breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was very friendly. Having a mini market in the property was very convenient.

Decor was very outdated. Could use a refresh throughout the property. The look is very 80’s & 90’s feel. Other properties near by had much more modern look and feel.

Everything was exceptional, the staff was very attentive, the room perfectly clean and spacious, direct sunrise view every morning from the huge terrace, diet requirements were taken good care of. Thanks to the whole staff that made our stay unforgettable!

The beach is brownish sand and rocks, but still nice. One of the shop sellers was disinfecting demonstratively the window with spray and cloth in front of us, after we had only looked at the window.

Breakfast doesn't have enough vegan options.Additional fresh vegetables salads would have been great.Soy milk without sugar, vegan yogurt or cheese as well.at the beach bigger sun shades are needed, or one umbrella for each bed instead of one for two beds.

Everything was excellent! Amazing food location and service! Extra points to the wonderful Mrs Maria with the short hair from the main restaurant ! She is lovely
