Amada Colossos Resort

Perfect location—close to the airport and right by a calm, beautiful beach. Spacious, lovely pool and a fun water park for the kids. Plenty of beach and pool bars for snacks and drinks. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

The only improvement we could suggest would be enhancing the air-conditioning in the main restaurant and adding ceiling fans to the outdoor dining area.

Staff. The smiliest and welcome staff ever. Everybody speaks English. All are ready to help.

The smallest room i ever see. Even i have booked a triple room, it was same very small size. Third bed dropping from the wall. Bathroom and toilet are not isolated from the room. On top with transparent doors.

Variety of different pools - adults and children enjoyed. Breakfast was very broad. All staff made sure we had a great stay (from the cleaning lady joking to the coo).

We enjoyed everything. An only minus is the condition of the tennis equiptment, but that isnt even a hard minus. We are Finnish so our timetable is different, but maybe activities for the children 18-20 (we eat dinner around 17-19 and go to sleep 21 the latest :D)

The complex is immaculate and situated in a perfect position with access to transport should you wish to explore. The staff and management deliver outstanding service at all times, day and night. The main food restaurant offers high quality dishes with such fantastic variety each lunch and evening sittings. The Ala Carte restaurants were amazing, food and service made it a truly exceptional experience and easy to book. Our bedroom was spacious and boasted a lovely view. Comfortable bed and pillows, cleaned daily.The pool was sparkling clean, we loved the pool bar and found this a treat to visit.All in all, our holiday was wonderful, and this was due to attention to detail, exceptional customer service, an outstanding Hotel. We are booking to go again next year, for two weeks. Thank you !

The main highlight, besides being in an all-inclusive resort in Greece with all you would expect, was the staff. From minute one it felt warm and friendly, people who are genuinely happy to see you. Going to give shout outs to Nancy and Helena guest relations, lovely bar and restaurant servers Rosie, Alessandrio, Mario and Maria, Thomas (a wizard server), Christina and the head server at the Italian restaurant (our favourite), and mainly manager Michalis who made our stay extra special, and the coo Georgios, just made it all an incredible, extra special vacation for me and my friends!

I cannot make any complaints, maybe the beach is a bit rocky if you want to swim in the sea, but anything would be nitpicking.

Absolutely everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful, the view and surrounding were stunning, the food was great and fresh. We regret our stay at this hotel has finished but we are sure we will come back here again!

We visited for my brothers wedding as a big group. Great value for money, lovely rooms and great service all round. The management staff went above and beyond to accommodate all requests. The events manager, Michalis, is amazing to work with in particular. Michalis truly did enhance our experience. No complaints, we all had a great time.

Huge pool, direct access to a private beach, modern rooms. Great beach and pool bars. Breakfast was very good with a huge variety of options. Staff were very attentive and made you feel important as a guest. We received Birthday cake, fresh fruit, macarons, wine and champagne to the room. (Not sure if that’s normal or solely for a Birthday). Really liked that you get bottles of water delivered to your door every morning.

Could have done with a full length mirror in the room.A smart tv would be a great addition

We got upgraded from a standard room to a swim up family room for no extra charge which was a lovely surprise, we also got given access to the executive lounge for breakfast which we made the most of whilst we were there, the COO also spoke with us in the lounge and made us feel very welcome. I had a beautiful massage on one of the days and lastly and we found the food, facilities and staff fantastic, we will be staying at the resort again thankyou so much!

Everything wes amazing!! The room was clean,the food was very good. The service and the staff just WOW. Rozi and vasiliki was wonderful, answered on every question and helps a lot.

We had a great stay at the hotel, with the highlight being the stunning sea view from our room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. We also loved the extensive variety of breakfast options, which catered to all tastes.

Parking inside the hotel complex was difficult on some nights, as we couldn’t find a spot. Additionally, the listing on Booking.com mentioned a fridge in the room, but it was actually just a small minibar.

Very nice hotel and beautiful pool area.Wide selection of breakfast even for vegetarian, or vegan people.Very friendly staff, especially Elena, our customer relations and Rozi in the executive lounge. She was so amazing, lovely and friendly. We received a welcome drink and snacks when we arrived and also the special breakfast on last day was excellent. Thank you Rozi for your very kind attitude!We also received a farewell present (rose wine and sweets) on last night, we really appreciated it! Thank you Elena!

The quality of the sunbeds at the sea area could have been better and the size of the umbrellas are a bit small for 2 people.

An excellent hotel, an amazing staff responds to every request, the pool is great and funds the entertainment in an excellent hotel, the food is in a wide variety of types, we will definitely go back there again

the beach is nice has a crystal clear water, the breakfast was also good and the staff are friendly. the bus station is just in front of the hotel easy to go to the city.

The food was exceptional! Absolutely fantastic! Water slides were brilliant and were well loved by the kids. Our room with the smaller pool out the back was pure luxury. The staff were absolutely lovely, and the grounds were immaculately clean. So much variety with all meals and snacks and with the resort right on the beach, we were spoilt for choice with beach tubing, paragliding , boat day trips and more. We had a fantastic holiday!

I wish the air con was a little cooler in the room and that there were some fans around the resort ( such as the water park). Also the sun beds were reserved by early risers who left their towels there all morning. Whilst very hard to police, I do wish there was a better system to ensure that the sharing of sun beds was fairer.
