Madison Boutique, Faliraki

Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, pool area and the facilities are clean and comfortable.

We booked three rooms - the triple room did not have a 3rd bed but a sofa which is very small and uncomfortable so the family who stayed there had to sleep together on the actual bed. I stayed in the family room, it was a bit worn out, the room is big yes but there is only a bed and a small cupboard, not even a desk to put your make up and things. The insides of the rooms can be improved. The breakfast was not good. Very small area, people have to wait each other all the time to get food, eggs were no good and the coffee is from a nescafe machine which is not good.

It is bright in the room during the night as the door of the bathroom is from glass. Bed is NOT double bed but two separate beds that are moving during the night. There was no hot water in the evening. WiFi is terrible. Around 1 Mbps... The fridge is working only when you are in the room, so it is impossible to keep things cold.The pillows are terrible.My half of the bed had bed bugs!!!

One of the best places I've stayed in in my life! Family run (what a great, nice and helpful people!), yet very professional. So calm and relaxing! Great pool, greate food and drinks. I really enjoyed those teasty breakefasts by the pool. Very clean, WiFi works as it should. There is a really nice restaurant 3 minutes walking, city center is 5 min away. Wonderful place! I'm plannig to come back there every year.

Everything was excellent! Modern and clean rooms, great facilities, awesome and friendly staff, great breakfast, location was great too (close to center but still calm). 100% recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. Lovely, clean rooms with comfortable bed. Great pool area with very comfortable loungers. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Great location, quiet area for relaxing but short walking distance to beach, restraunts and bars.

Good choice for short stay, close to Faliraki centre by foot, clean, nice breakfast. Nothing special, but comfortable stay.

Dampness in a room, it soaks even into clothes. Poor coffee service.

Good breakfast, 2 swimming pools, parking (not at the street).

The way to the beach or city centre is crossing 4 lines busy road. Strange idea to have a window to the bathroom in the room.

Rooms were dirty, hair on the bed, left our key in the door and we were given no towels so we couldn’t shower. Toilet accessories were dirty and rusted. Room hadnt had a deep clean since the beginning of the summer season. Windows were dirty and cracked. Cleaning staff rude. Left our coffee cups intact for 3 days! AC hadnt been cleaned and it smelled. Breakfast was below average so we ate at the local bakery instead. Over the hotel room was not worth the money paid.

- Location: very close to the beach and bay. 20 min drive to old town, that was good for us as we had a quad and wanted to ride.- Breakfast: I wouldn’t say I liked it, but it was decent and some may like it more than others. - Staff: this may sound rude… they were nice but useless.

- Noisy: it was so noisy, literally can hear people closing and opening their doors, or stuff being moved upstairs. Probably the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.- Breakfast: it was a buffet style but a bit limited in its options compared to other places I’ve been.- Price: for what it is, I would say I paid more than I should have- Blocked shower: the shower kept getting blocked, I complained once and they unblocked it the following morning (not good enough). Anyways, got blocked again and didn’t bother complaining because they said they have no other rooms available anyways :/

From start to finish, the experience at Madison Boutique was second to none! The family were always so obliging and attentive, creating a familiarity that was comforting while also being incredibly professional. The pool area was beautiful in particular. The room was spacious and featured a balcony with a pool view - the rooms have black-out curtains, which are fantastic for regulating the temperature in the rooms with the intense heat outside!

Beds are comfy. Pool is very nice, clean and at good temperature. Breakfast is above average.

The orange juice could be a better one. The shower and sink even though it seemed clean, it was pretty affected by limestone.

- Pool area was nice and we could always find a sun bed- good range of drinks- bed was comfortable and over-all the room was nice- but it wasn't the one we booked- great location, easy to walk into Faliraki

- We booked a triple room, but we were given a double- bathroom could have been cleaner- breakfast spread was limited

Walkable distance to the beach (12-16 mins), quiet at night, they have delicious food and drink there.

We informed them that we would be checking in the early morning at 5 a.m., but there was no one at the reception. We waited for one hour and then we saw a small chalkboard (inside the reception room) with the reservation name and how to check in. They could have informed us in a chat message or SMS about check-in information.You have to put a "Do not disturb" sign otherwise the housekeeper will knock on the door and come in at 8-9 a.m.Breakfast is okay to have a couple of day in a row, not so much variety in hot food.

We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room was fabulous! The pool area was clean, quiet and we had no issues with getting sun loungers at any time in the day. We had lunch a couple of times in the pool bar and it was delicious. The location was ideal and it was only 5-10 minute walk to the strip with plenty of bars/restaurant.

There wasn’t a very good selection of food at the breakfast.

Pool was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast had a wide range of products.

The location was set a bit back from the resort.There is only one small social area, which doubles up as the reception, pool side bar and the area for breakfast.
