Food was incredible - the restaurant has a seriously talented chef. The pool area was really relaxing with a great chilled atmosphere and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Easy walking distance to nice beach bars. We wanted somewhere not too far from the airport as had an early flight and was the perfect location without having to stay in Rhodes town - we could still enjoy that holiday feeling!

It was a little noisy due to lack of soundproofing - was conscious of this with our early getup!

Staff were amazing, very lovely and helpful.

Room was comfortable however did not look like photos, felt like the cost per night was higher than it should be.

Had a brilliant stay and a brilliant time in Rhodes. The staff and facilities were outstanding, really friendly. Food and drinks very good. The place is very clean and very well located

The staff was really friendly. I had a complain about my noisy neighbors in the middle of the night, and they took really care of it. Offered me another room and keep an eye on the loudly guest during my stay. So that was a huge plus for me.

The noisy rooms. Something the hotel couldn't do anything about ofcourse. And the noisy guests, also not something the hotel isn't responsible for. For some kind of reason this hotel attracts a lot of English and German people, who like to party during the nights. So if you want a stay where you can at least sleep at night, this is unfortunately not your go to. The pool was also something that didn't fulfill my expectations. Although it was really nice to stay and take a dip at the pool (spend there a lot of times), it's a small pool and I can imagine if you book at high season, there will not be enough beds to lay around.

The location and the freshness of the building

It was semi finished. Like it was renovated but never completed.

Loved how peaceful it was and how friendly the staff were - thank you to each and every one of you. The breakfast was incredible, we had so much choice and were always greeted with a smile! The pool area was really nice, it was chilled and the music was the right volume. We did have dinner in their restaurant one night which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you’re a lover of cats you’ll notice they do have quite a few kittens that live on the grounds who are absolutely gorgeous. We also had a couples massage and that was very nice. One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back! :)

If it was a little bit further away from Faliraki it would be a teeny bit better!

Very peaceful and relaxing.

The staff universally had a poor attitude and would never smile or say much back when greeted.Our group all agreed that individually, we had noticed the poor attitude of the staff, especially of the Manager herself.

Excellent location and lovely ambience. The staff were EXCELLENT , friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. We had treatments at the spa which were very good. Breakfasts were good and we enjoyed a good evening meal there too. The pool area was small but good to relax

Our room was disappointing, very small with no wardrobe, cupboards or drawers. There was inadequate space for all our clothes so many of them were heaped up all week. Our bed was very awkward for me ( 74yo ) to get in and out, especially in the night. It was against a wall so I had to climb 2 steps and crawl across the bed to get in and out. Room 308. There was nowhere to sit in the room apart from one small stool. We had to sit on the bed ! We did not like the design of the room at all.

the location

the breakfast is the same every day and the staff are not friendly. The pool is too small for the amount of people using it, also because of people who are not staying at the hotel are using it for the day.

Pool area, great air con, loved the cats! Breakfast was also amazing. And all staff were lovely.

Nothing apart from the music was too constant by the pool - a quiet spell now and again would have been welcome.

Beautiful hotel and exceptional breakfast. Rooms were cozy and bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi was a lovely touch to our hotel.

The staff were not as welcoming as other hotels we have previously stayed at, although very attentive to our needs. There were no beach towels provided in the rooms, would be told off for using white towels at the pool (understandable). Could get beach towels from the spa but had to pay a deposit which we never got back despite returning the towel upon checkout. The cleanliness of the room was not great, upon arrival, there was sand in our jacuzzi (cleaned out ourselves), conditioner was empty for our whole stay, toiletries only for one person instead of two and there was hair on the floor of the toilet (room) from our arrival up until we left despite cleaners coming every day.

We really liked the aesthetic, the pool, the food and the room. The breakfast was exceptional.

The staff were at times laboured, it felt like we were a nuisance or an inconvenience for just merely wanting to order a coffee at breakfast. They all seemed to not be enjoying their jobs and felt like everything was too much to ask. The bar staff would just carry on their conversations between themselves when you were waiting. The location is also terrible as it’s basically on the Faliraki strip so not ideal as you’d need to taxi into Rhodes town for any decent action which is about 20/25 minutes and £25-35 each way.

Pleasant

Very loud, as the loft apartment is just on the street. Very basic variety of meals during breakfast. No wardrobe. Small bathroom. Not much privacy.

Good food, nice bar, great location, helpful staff.

Needs more shade around the pool area - especially on the cabanas themselves.
