Lymberia Hotel

Not happy!

We stayed in the ‘junior suite’. The room has a nice layout and a hot tub on a private terrace. However, the room felt dirty and the hot tub looked dirty (sort of yellow coloured). We also had an issue with a cockroach in the room, saw one in the hallway too. Buffet also not good in our opinion. We’ve stayed in other places in Rhodes that we much prefer! The pool looked nice enough, but we went else where for the day.

The hot tube, the balcony, the comfortable beds were amazing. Animation was also nice as they weren't nagging us all the time, but whenever we wanted to join, they were super friendly and funny. We liked the dinner grill meat and the pastry section. The waiters were super friendly as well, and the beer was also surpisingly tasty. The supplementary wine in our room was a great surprise. The suite was quiet and the air conditioning worked well.

More sunbed is needed, and one plus stuff in the pool bar as it was always a big queue in front of it. The lunch and the veggie soups could be a little more better, and the snacks were also not the bests and enough.

The all inclusive was so bad, no drinks with alcohol before 16.00, and it tasted very bad. Also no real “snack bar” at the days.

Very pleasant stay, I recommend the jacuzzi room,hotel well maintained, cleaning every day, it was also no problem to change the water in the jacuzzi as we asked, the area around the hotel is boring, I would not recommend it for a family with children, no attractions for children in and around the hotel, to the beach about 15 minutes walk, to the city over 30 minutes however, I recommend this place to a couple,or a solo traveler.

I do not recommend food in all inclusive, next time I would not take all inclusive, not worth the price. At the main bar you still have to pay for all the drinks only drinks by the pool are in offer all inclusive, and not the best quality to be fair. No recommend this hotel for family with kids.

the cleanliness and cleaning in the room were not very good, there are a lot of ants in the room and the bathroom stinks

Checkin was easy

We stayed all inclusive but after 1600 you need to pay for drinks. We had a newborn and were put in the main building where music blared till 4am. Was like sleeping in a club! Pool freezing. We got food poisoning from the all inclusive. Room flooded from the shower, called reception and they said they know and ignore it. How could we when our stuff was now wet! Cleaner cleaned it but it happened everyday. Would never stay again.

The beer

We are a young couple and booked a last minute holiday for 4 nights. We weren’t certain on the reviews but once we arrive at Lymberia we loved it, great food, clean rooms and pool and great entertainment. Will definitely return!

The food was excellent.The rooms were large and clean.Staff was helpful and pleasant.Pool area was nice, clean and comfortable.

The location was very far from the sea 15 min walk in unpleasant area.The rooms were full of mosquitoes who bite us and no anti-mosquitoe tools available in the room. Children pool needs tiny renovation-repaint and maybe water cleaning upgrade (not critical but nice to have)

I had a great experience in Lymberia Hotel!Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff ,were delightful and eager to help! The amenities were great and the room was wonderful and clean.There was a great variety of foods in the restaurant , all of them really tasty and well-processed! I would definitely visit this hotel again recommend it to a friend as well !

Location good. Food good. Cleaning and restaurants staff polite and helpful however reception needs to work on customer service skills.

Lack of sunbeds next to pool due to amount of rooms as there is building complex on other side of road that belong to hotel triggers crowd waking early laying towels to reserve sunbeds. Bit of cosmetic maintenance required especially on kids pool.

Bad

the room smelled weird, the shower was dirty, the jacuzzi was dirty(we asked them to get it cleaned and they did nothing), we saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom, there was a lot of noise at night 2:00 AM people were shouting, the food in the hotel was bland, I got sick during our stay there and we only stayed 1 day, the room had no towels andshampoos we had to ask for them, all in all we are never going to come back.

The room size was good with an amazing balcony, views and a hot tub. The pool was nice as well, most staff were friendly and wanted to help, a few of the night staff were rude.

The air con in the room wasn't effective, it would only cool the room to 28 degree's which was too hot to sleep in, at times it was easier to sleep at night outside than it was inside. Food was plentiful but wasn't the highest quality.

We received lower standart room in other building, 300m from main building and we werent informed about it. Next day we asked to change room but it was changed only after 2 days.Room wasnt cleaned every day as it was said, also towels werent changed - were changed maybe 1-2 times in week.Very very low choice of food and drinks, food every day almost same. No juice or fresh fruit in breakfast, food low quality, watery beer. Poor choice in other alcohol.Not enough sunbeds near pool and other are very unclean.Not recommend it for vacation, never again.
