- The breakfast is great, the pool and beach are lovely with great access. Wonderful to have the bus stop outside. Staff is kind and it is clean and comfortable. The store on the lobby level was great for anything or to buy water bottles and snacks.
- Hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful pebble beach, crystal clear water and beach not crowded. Staff is excellent and extremely pleasant and hospitable, food and breakfast bar amazing, rooms and bathrooms clean with wonderful views, comfortable beds. Will come back here again!!!
- Great service, Attention to details. Clean, comfortable. The hotel sits next to a cliff so there’s a nice short hike you can do. The view is pretty and tthe beach is very well attended with access even for disabled people.Breakfast was diversed with champagne and freshly squeezed juices.Overall experience was amazing. Great value for money !
Cons -
- One odd thing was that they didn't have a bathroom in the lobby level when you arrive. We had to take the elevator to the level above, but they were cleaning it, so we had to go to another level below to use the bathroom. The dinner buffet is not worth it
- Really don’t have anything we didn’t like
- Spa facilities are not free of charge to use for the hotel guests

Great staff. Very well kept. Amazing views of Aegean Sea. Nice amenities.
The main pool was not heated.
Elysium really exceeded my expectations, it was my birthday week, I was welcomed with a cake and sweet plate on the house in my room, the stuff were so nice and helpful, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL and luxurious, the pool connected to a private beach is a dream, the water was so nice. Faliraki is overall so beautiful, the hotel is located in a great location, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel that can take you either to further into Faliraki or old and new town. The breakfast was rich, nutritious, and so yummy. there's so much to do inside the hotel, their resturants are great, I'm gonna miss Elysium so much. Thank you for giving me the best birthday experience!!!!!!!
I had problems in my bathroom when I first got in, it got fixed the next day tho Also my room was the only room that had problems with my room service orders, so the kitchen never got my orders once I placed them, that caused unnecessary long waiting times to get my food and drinks and it just felt inconvenient and annoying. But once I messaged the reception they took care of my orders for me.
I proposed at the hotel, and the staff helped organize everything – the service was simply perfect. Nadia and Katerina made the proposal absolutely unforgettable. Manolis, the dining room manager, took amazing care of us. I will definitely come back!
Everything.Our third time.
The flow of water in the shower was very weak and the substance of the water was not stable all the time, jumping up and down in extremes
Great pool, wonderful garden, gym, great breakfast, super friendly staff!
The Elysium is great. We stayed for two nights there and really enjoyed our stay. The sea view rooms are great, and the facilities are lovely. It’s a huge hotel to navigate and lots to do. For me, the shining star was the hotel gym which was really well equipped compared to other hotels. The staff were always welcoming and helpful as well. We booked into the sauna and steam room on our last day and really enjoyed it too.
The food wasn’t incredible and not what you’d expect from a 5 star resort. But, there were plenty of choices at breakfast to try out. Arguably, a five star hotel should have some kind of barista or proper coffee service as opposed to machine made coffee. So, that would have been welcomed!
the breakfast was excellent, the staff was polite and helpful
I did not like the a la carte menu
This is a very nice hotel in a good location, with a nice and clean pebble beach (you need swimming shoes). The hotel amenities and facilities are excellent, nice pool, good restaurants, great spa. Although we were there in August during the high season, it never felt too crowded. Almost all staff are very friendly. We gave some feedback for minor improvements while we were there, and it was amazing how the staff dealt with it. They sent some sparking wine and fresh fruits to our room, which was a very nice gesture. They also surprised my husband with a birthday cake. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and we’ll definitely go back.
The rooms are ok, but I think there’s room for improvement given this is a five-star hotel. Especially the doors are not sound-proof and you can hear the noise from the road.
The hotel was conveniently located near the bus stop which was very helpful while travelling. The hotel itself was beautiful with access to beach and pool. You can actually spend hours inside. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful. Overall we had an amazing time there.
Property is a bit outdated. Doesn’t really feel like a 5 star. The bathroom had no separate shower (in bath only), but it was spacious and clean
The food at the buffet is terrible - both for breakfast and dinner. It feels like the cheapest possible ingredients are used and while it may look like there are many options, all are overcooked and cheap. If you like volume over quality it may be ok for you.
Everything, fabulous location.Staff were so nice , from cleaners to bar staff, waiters, beach staff, etcThey were all so helpful and sociableFood in Fresh and Emerald restraunts was greatBreakfast in the PR restraunt was greatMusic in beach bar was the bestDefinitely planning a revisit next year.
As an Elite client, we felt the free all day drinks and buffet location was located in a bad place, windowless room with no view on level 2.We were reluctant to come indoors to have these freebies , so did not avail of the service as we thought we would. Were advised we had to eat and drink in the room.Who goes on a sun holiday to sit in a windowless room !Perhaps a better ,outdoor location or a space on RL with a sea view.As an elite client we expected to use the Serenity facilities I.e the pool but were told only if we paid or had a treatment. The Serenity pool never seemed used that much, which is a shame.
Beautiful hotel, big room with amazing sea view! The breakfast is rich and varied.Very big pool, and the private beach is very nice. Also, good gym.
In our last night, there were ants in the room
Staff were great. Beachside location. Good fitness area but closed too early 7pm, after day on beach or touring, it impacted fitness routines.Food was excellent in Fresh restaurant especially stone baked salmon.
Wasn't aware of €20 per wellness/spa session so didn't use it. Gym closed at 7pm. Very little day entertainment, in fact there wasn't any. It would be great hotel for some but for us, I should have researched this one better; it didn't really satisfy our needs...we cut short the stay by 3 days and moved into Rhodes Old Town.
This hotel offered us everything 'we' expected for our short break in Rhodes, the staff were excellent the breakfast offered so much variety I challenge anyone to give a negative and the room was spacious, lovely friendly cleaning lady, one of many staff members who's goal was to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Bonus for us the local transport which we were able to access right outside the hotel allowed us to visit Rhodes Town and Lindos, two fabulous sites to visit on the island.
Honestly can't think of one.
The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The facilities were great! The location was excellent. This is an excellent choice for those who want to get away from hotels suitable for families with children. Everything is very quiet and calm
The free WiFi in the room was very weak, but comparing with everything else, this is minor.
The facilities are very clean, peaceful location, staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of sun beds, great beach. You have a nice tennis court, spa, gym and yoga classes if you want to stay active during your stay. We got the room in the 3 building, which was recently renovated. AC in the room is perfect, easy to manage, not making loud sounds or freezing you during the night. There is a bus station next to the hotel in case you want to go to Lindos or Rhodes city. We thought to rent a car, but the buses were actually not to bad. Only 25 minutes to the Rhodes city and you can get the schedule on the reception.
If you're staying in the hotel, keep in mind if you're not taking half board, there are not too many options around the hotel. Mini golf is very small, if you're fan of mini golf. For the management, there are few things which could be improved, if you're looking for the feedback: the mobile app of the hotel should be reviewed, some sections are not working, some repetitive, needs improvement, not very intuitive. The room towels and bathrobes should be replaced, as they are already not very pleasant to the touch. Personally didn't like the pillow, pillow menu would be appreciated. There is such a section in the app, but it's empty.
Staff were most welcoming
Only a small thing but having stayed in a room in the main building with excellent shower options, this room shower was poor in comparison with low pressure and functionality. I also left a personal towel and swimming costumes on the balcony clothes line of the unit as i forgot due to a 4am check out. I’ve messaged the property asking if those items could be forwarded on to me but have not had a response yet. Spending 6 days i trust they will assist me.
