This charming hotel with beautiful pool and poolside pavilion is owned by a wonderful family and a real oasis in Rhodes. Conveniently located between the beaches in Falaraki and Rhodes Old Town, it's also right on the bus stop. And they cook for you!

It was all great!

It was very affordable. The owner was really nice and hospitable. The room was very clean. We had a really great stay.

RUN RUN RUN FAST RUN VERY FAST...DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF... ( / POCKET )YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS DUMP...THERE'S SO MANY MORE WONDERFUL CHOICES THIS TIME OF THE SEASON...look further... More modern, well maintained, clean, towels changed daily , plenty of toilet paper , shower gel and even a TV ...With grounds that are well maintained and clean ...ONE LIFE ...I Booked for TWO WEEKS ... moved to another Hotel ( A PALACE ) compared to this after 3 NIGHTS..I NEVER CHECKED OUT AND KEPT MY KEY UNTIL MY OFFICIAL CHECK OUT as I paid right ? BUT THEY REBOOKED my room regardless... too bad if I showed up with my KEY as it was still my ROOM until Check out.The free Airport transfer ...NON EXISTENT...was never honoured after much time looking for my hotel transfer to this disgusting Hotel...The request of a double bed was never met...IF YOU SLEPT IN MY ROOM No 3 that I fully paid for on these dates please reach out ...NO FRESH TOWELS AFTER 6 DAYS...NO RUNNING HOT WATER FIRST AND THIRD MORNING...ONE toilet paper for 2 days... just hope you're not a FAMILY OR have an UPSET stomach...SHOWER GEL for the first 2 days ONLY...Have you ever heard of such tightness, pathetic behavior...This is 100 percent of my experience...

Being humiliated in front of other guests by the pool when I asked for a toilet paper with the response, Voula... ( we only give you ONE every TWO DAYS )... ( too bad if you're a family OR have an upset stomach...I also asked for more shower gel and again with the response we only give you TWO shower gel for TWO DAYS ( than you buy your own ) too bad if you're a family... what tight pathetic human beings... Oh my goodness I also asked for the use of an IRON... ( WELL the so called frail Thesis ) comes running out of his house YELLING at me telling me I have no RESPECT... WHAT THE ( made no sense ... ) he continually yelled at a GUEST when as a guest who paid for two weeks at the end of their season ( how ungrateful ) I asked for NORMAL # HOTEL SERVICE and the use of an iron. LET'S NOT FORGET MY FIRST AND THIRD MORNING NO RUNNING HOT WATER... the first morning I went looking all over trying to find someone anyone ( good luck with that ) then finally down stairs was Haris , she informed me to keep the water running for 20 minutes until it runs HOT WATER... what a waste of time and water... ALSO mentioned that my mother worked late and is still sleeping... HELLO THIS IS THE HOTEL INDUSTRY... ONE WORD OF ADVICE... RETIRE... There's ABSOLUTELY NO Ground Maintenance NOR inside upkeep of any kind of MAINTENANCE DONE IN maybe ? THIRTY PLUS YEAR'S.Disgusting old rundown bathrooms ... disgusting old unusable refrigerators blocked and left to ROT ... CHANGE OF TOWELS IS COMPLETELY NON EXISTENT ... AFTER 6 DAYS and the same TOWELS are left how I left them in my vacant room day 6 ...I never CHECKED OUT and still had my KEY TO MY ROOM No3 which was rebooked to other guests... I should have tried to enter my paid and unchecked out room... BUT NO I DID BETTER THAN THAT...LET'S NOT FORGET THE STATE OF THE POOL BAR / KITCHEN... Disgusting I don't know when it was last cleaned... Wouldn't eat nor drink here. WATCH THIS SPACE...

Very friendly owner, kiria Paraskevi received us openly when we arrived later in the night. She explained a lot of stuff about the accomodation and the island in general. The room was cleaned daily and we got fresh towels everyday.On our last day we could leave our stuff safely with them even after the checkout, because we would leave only later. She arranged also our transport to Rhodos town afterwards which was really kind. The location is great, walkable distance to Faliraki, and very convenient to go to Rhodos town and other sightseeing spots nearby. Great spot to stay!

Family run business who are all really friendly and helpful, also a lovely swimming pool

Staff were excellent, nice family run place that tends to your request promptly. Location is very good for transport to anywhere on the island and a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

There's not much to dislike about this place, I guess the pool bar could be opened a bit more. Apart from that, no negatives. Our stay was very nice.

The owner is a wonderful lady and will bend over backwards to accommodate. The property is good value for money the pool and air con are fantastic. Ample parking and great location with everything within a short walk.

For the price,was more than happy,The negative reviews on here,look through them a bit and if not for you, spend a little more.A 9 night holiday,I booked 4 nights to start with,then if it didn't work out,I could change accommodation.. but no,stayed and paid the difference for the 9 nightsI got a relatively new, clean and comfortable bed,decent size room,a balcony,a fridge and a basic but powerful shower.I'd sooner spend less on where I'm asleep,the give me spending money whilst I'm awake .. but that's meThere's a coffee shop across the road,and the most fabulous Greece tapas restaurant,meal for 2 with drinks for 30euro or less... Again,saving you another bit of money as apposed to the centreIt's a 15/20 minutes walk to the beach/centre... However if your going to sit down all day once there,the walk is good!The staff are lovely,it's a family owned and operated set up who live on site,there's no reception but tend to see someone milling around.. of not,you'll see someone later,or tomorrow.I rang the phone number on arrival,as felt a bit lost not knowing where reception was.. that's because thee isn't one,but the guy was there in 5 minutes

The accommodation front straight out onto a very busy main road,with lorries and motorbikes with no helmets flying past at 60 to 100mphI wouldn't recommend for large families with kids,or if less able bodied..due to the road.. but couples on a budget... Definitely The pool area is noisy due to this,but with your headphones in,it takes the edge off.,it's ok for a hour,but I couldn't sit there all day... But there plenty of nice pools around where your welcome to stay the day at other hotels.. but did use the pool area a couple of times for a hour at teatime once back from my dayThe road noise isn't to bad once your door is closed,you don't hear it after a couple of days and is much less busy at night than the day.

My second time staying here and was greeted with the warmest welcome, these family run apartments will go above and beyond for you and treat you as family.The apartments are very clean and comfortable and a short walk away from the beach, shops and bars it's on a main road which is great for getting the bus to different places.The pool area is always clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It's very peaceful. Voula and the family are the nicest people and will make you feel so welcome. I mentioned that it was my birthday and later Voula surprised me with flowers she had picked from the garden. You can go there as a solo traveller like myself and feel completely safe.I now consider them friends and can't wait to stay again. Hopefully soon!Thankyou Dolphin studios for making my stay special.

Staff are friendly lovely people it's clean and cheap you get what you pay for a lovely little place there is a bit of road noise but not that bad we slept through it never woke the baby up once staff are nice people pool was clean

No food and drinks only what's in fridge could be better with a proper kitchen services

Lovely owner lady. Loved my room and balcony. Fridge is always a Godsend. Supermarket close by. Restaurant over the way. Costa packet cafe too. It was handy but captive audience with not much else nearby. It was ok. Decent coffee and fresh orange juice great

On foot I didn't love the location. It's ok if it's cool enough to get about. Walk to beach is around 25 mins. Fairly pleasant as I say as long as you can remain cool and hydrated. Water Park around 10 mins walk too.

The lady who runs the place is very friendly as is her family. The swimming pool was excellent. The air conditioning worked well and the fridge was small but OK. While its a km to the town, we didn't mind the distance too much and Falariki is pretty, the beaches are nice. We had a lovely cruise to Lindos, a great day at the butterfly valley, and we loved Rhodes with all the culture and history

We were 2 adults and a child so there wasn't much room to prepare sandwiches etc. Obviously being closer to the town would be better but then you pay more. All supermarkets are a little bit of a trek, but nothing too bad really

Great stay. Great family. The garden was an organic heaven. Pool was never overcrowded mostly had it to ourselves and this was in peak season(August). No sunbed fights like in spain. No rowdy drunk guests. Brand new beds. Rooms were big WITH balcony and table and chairs. Really relaxing stay where we were treated like family and any problems, Dennis would immediately appear and sort it. He was amazing. My daughter booked this hotel/ apartment as she was booked already to stay. But I'm writing the review (Susan) thank you Dennis and family!! The photo is of tsambiko the hotel cat. Best and loveliest host. Pool is nice and the rooms are clean. The road is bit noisy.

First of all I felt welcomed by the staff/owner on my arrival. The room are spacious enough and has a fridge/freezer. Even though the hotel is located next to the main road it was quite during the night with the doors closed. I also really enjoyed going for morning swims!

The host, mother and son were very friendly, they took good care of us. Walking distance to faliraki center is a bit far, but doable. A very nice garden and a well-kept swimming pool.

you felt the enormous springiness of the beds. the good thing is that it is being worked on. for example, other rooms already had more luxurious beds. also dark-resistant curtains would not have been wrong.
