- The restaurant and the food was good
- Food & Dining:Breakfast , lunch and dinner offer a wide variety of options, with flexible timings to suit your schedule. The meals are themed daily, ensuring variety and excitement, especially for vegetarians who have plenty of choices. If you happen to miss lunch, there’s a snack bar available from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM, serving a range of warm dishes and fresh salads.Pools:There’s a dedicated kids' pool with a slide conveniently located near the pool bar. A large main pool features a pool bar and hosts activities throughout the day. For guests seeking a quieter atmosphere, there’s a separate relaxation pool. Additionally, the property includes a water park with its own pool, adding even more fun options for families and children.
Cons -
- The room was cleaned all the time, but the facility is not new and is not maintained very well. Also, we stayed near the grass on the ground, and there were many ants and bees on our balcony, and ants came into the room quite often; it was very annoying.
- The room was very dated. No working wifi. Only kettle with paper cups but no coffee. Definitely NOT a four star hotel. Two at best.
- Website & Information Accuracy:The photos and information on the official website need updating, as the current details do not fully reflect the actual experience. The property offers much more than what is described online—both in terms of facilities and services.

Good price even for cheap AI hotel
Awful location far from the sea. Crowds of drunk teens during off-peak season. Low quality food. We forgot phone after dinner, returned in 5 minutes but never saw it again. No help from reception or kitchen stuff followed
great location, always a good program, very delicious food and very friendly personal
when we booked a ticket there was a fitness room but when we arrived we didn't find anything. The animation team for children should do more activities during the day not just look after children.
My vacation was really good. Children aged 2x3, 12 and 14 included. The rooms were clean and functional. Nice swimming areas, during the day there was a good program and in the evening different performances. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was amazing. At dinner/lunch I wondered about the employees standing at the door, sometimes they served something but very often I saw them just scrolling through their phones. And as a rule, they only say hello if they are greeted first. Hopefully, the replacement employees are in some other job.
My 12-year-old son was upset because the activities were too long for either smaller children or adults. I would have liked to join many, but I wasn't old enough. Maybe teenagers could also be considered for different competitions. The location of the hotel is a bit to the side. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach. But in the evening it would be nice to go for a walk in the "center", but it would almost require a taxi ride because of small children.
Value for money
Tired decor and facilities, really needs renovated but doubt they will do that. Seems they will get there money out of it before having to demolish it, no signs of any real upkeep. Food and drink very average. Always trying to serve drinks in small glasses, exactly what all inclusive is about. I guess.
3-star hotel at best.
If you're expecting a true 4-star experience, I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel. It’s more in line with a 3-star at best.Location:The location is great, close to bars, shops, and bus stops that can take you to Lindos, Rhodes Town, the beaches, and more. It’s convenient if you don’t have a car or prefer not to drive.Food and Drinks:While the food is generally good quality, the lack of variety can be disappointing. If you like to mix things up and have different meals daily, you might find yourself dining out in local bars and restaurants. The soft drinks are cheap knock-offs of brands like Coke and Fanta. I don’t drink alcohol, but my girlfriend tried a few options from the menu and wasn’t impressed. The coffee machines serve instant coffee, but it’s decent. There are also tea bags, juices, and wines available.Rooms:Our room was very basic with two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. It was clean and housekeeping came daily except on Sundays. However, no bottled water was provided, and there’s no minibar, which was disappointing for a hotel claiming to be 4-star and all-inclusive.Hotel Grounds:The pools were clean, but the main one was always overcrowded, and finding a sunbed was more about luck. The area was dominated by British tourists who seemed to treat the pool bar like their own personal space. Entertainment:The entertainment was good, especially for families with kids. The only downside was a quiz game in the main bar that catered exclusively to French-speaking guests, which left everyone else feeling ignored. It was both frustrating and awkward.
The price was good. Good food. Big rooms available.Aqua park in territory. Nice garden.
The interior is old and doesn't look good. The quality of sound insulation between the room and floors is poor. Pull bar serves drinks in plastic cups which are rinsed by hands in the sink....
Room was nice, every day clining , nice area, good meal, all hotel staff was very kind, kids club, great animators, transfer to the beach.
Non
overall nice place, but on the cheap end and old outdated hotell. need a refurnish.
Dangerously sharp edges in the room, my baby got a cut and was bleeding. this is seriously very dangerous. very bad cleaning, ants in the rooms, sewer smell in the bathroom. defect kettle and more.
The pools where nice with toddler. The kitchen and cleaning staff were nice and super helpful. Same with the reception lady she was nice and answered all our questions. There was a lot of food and easy access to kids the moment she was hungry. There were also a lot of options. It was easy to travel to Rhodes by bus and go to the beach
We didn't feel welcome with a toddler (17 month). I even heard some of the animateur complaints about kids in general .We got a room on top of the hill top of stairs with a toddler... It was a bit hard to go to the pool and use all the facilities. There was no changing table anywhere. I'm sure it's a nice place to stay for a party or parents with older kids.
Superb facilities and food
Can the hotel have more private transport to the medieval town or beaches like Anthony queen or others
The room was very spacious. The location of the hotel was quite good, being close to Faliraki Beach, which made it convenient for beach trips. The highlight of our stay was definitely the evening performances. The shows were very well done, and the performers were highly professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment each night.
The quality of the food was quite disappointing. Not only was the food below expectations, but the drinks were of very low quality as well, including both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. The cocktails, in particular, were like sugary syrup and tasted very poor. This was a major letdown during our
Nice pools and water slides.
The room looked like nothing had been done to it in 20 years. It’s badly in need of renovation.
Perfect place for family with childrens. Many attractions.Very good and clean pools. Near Faliraki Center. Train for childrens to the town.
WIFI was problematic and very slow.
water park was OK
dirty rooms, we booked 4 nights, stayed 1 night and did early check out
Good Pool area, good animation for kids under 11, good location to city centre, food is ok although very repetitive. We ended up going to city centre for restaurants to change.
The room! Total disappointment. Barely some basic wooden and outdated furniture and horrible and uncomfortable mattresses especially for our kid. Drain smells in the bathroom. We had to make sure it was always locked so it doesn’t go in the room. Shower was cold one day and cut the day after. Air con stopped working one night as one.Nothing was provided in the room besides a kettle. Not one single cup etc.The building overall needs renovation. Also, I don’t think this is suitable for couple looking for a calm time unless you don’t mind the kids noise and animation all day long. Staff is overall very friendly but one woman in reception who suggested to my husband to stay without a shower as ours broke. We requested a room change but to be fair, we didn’t follow up on the subject as we had two days left anyway and they didn’t do much about it. Drinks are as horrible as you would expect in all inclusive place. The cups cleaning got us also worried as they are barely rinced by water and used for next people.
I recently stayed at Cyprotel in Rhodes and had a very disappointing experience. The room was old and poorly maintained, with ants everywhere—in the bed, bathroom, and throughout the room. The bathroom was dirty and felt unclean. Additionally, there were very few vegetarian food options, with only chips and rice being available most of the time, and just 2-3 dessert choices. Overall, the stay was far below expectations.

Big pool, long opening hours for the pool bar and snack bar. The showering room on leaving date was great. Great daily activities
Maybe free shuttle bus to the faliraki beach more often per day. Nights shows were not so good than last time we visited
