The location was pretty good and the food was decent based on the price.

The reviews on www.booking.com are quite misleading, as the property is old and the rooms are extremely small. The only reason this place has good reviews is likely because of a promotion to win a free stay at this hotel—information about it is posted in the elevators. The shower was another story—there were no shampoos or conditioners, so I had to buy my own, as I refuse to shower with hand soap. I asked for toiletries at the front desk, but nothing was provided.

We really enjoyed the pool and the beach so close and we never had problem with finding a good spot to lay. The pool area was clean and pretty. The beach was simply fantastic, beautiful and the sea had great temperature and clear water. Good selection of tasty drinks was appreciated and different restaurants with different food options during the day were great for us. Evening programs for kids and adults were also enjoyable and thoughtfully created playground was a nice touch. I have to say that the staff was very nice, friendly and also very helpful with everything.

We got a pretty terrible room at the beginning, but were able to change it for the room that we paid for. However when I chose this hotel it was because of the pictures presented here, but (as I later learned) the rooms at the main page are more luxurious than what we paid for (I didn’t look closer to our selected room because I thought that we will have some of the rooms presented, my bad). When we wanted to paid extra for better room, there was none left available, understandably, because this was first week of July. The room was 3 stars out of 5*, not nice not terrible. But this is a 4* hotel and you would expect to have shampoo, shower gel and body lotion at the bathroom but instead there was 3-in-1 dispenser with no aroma. I requested classic small bottles (shampoo,lotion,..) and they kindly delivered them within the same day, it also means that the more expensive rooms had them.. There was only one plug at the room, or two if you disconnected the lamp.. Cleanness was mediocre and on our last day, there was no cleaning in our room at all. Food options at dinner were great if you are a meat lover, but if you are a vegetarian like we are there is only a few options, mostly side dish. I can’t imagine what to eat there as a vegan though. Lastly, it’s called beach resort but it’s simply a family resort with loooots of kids everywhere so I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like/have kids.

The perfect vacation stay with school children: during the day, we took small trips to the sights nearby, Filerimos, Tsambika, Rhodes city, Seven Springs and also a number of beaches. In the afternoon, we relaxed and had fun in the resort. Food is exceptional, above all the confectionery part: could not even taste all different and wonderful cakes and sweets. Everything was held clean and tidy, the cocktails were delicious. Air conditioning was working well in the room and we even got an update of the room without any extra charge. We liked the evening entertainment programs and mini golf was also fun! All in all, definitely value for money, I would highly recommend this resort.

There are some minor improvements the managers could make: air conditioning in the restaurant areas was too much, we were freezing. The terrace part of the large restaurant is really nice, only the guest pushing in and out the chairs was loud and disturbing. Lunch, snacks and dinner was really versatile and delicious, but the breakfast was kind of boring and dull, I can imagine something more interesting. Staff was kind of ok, not too friendly, but not rude either. Yioannis at the Blue bar, was really kind, however, along with Stavros who helped us to our room, the lady who made cotton candy and the animation people, and the cleaning ladies :)

Beautiful big resort. Spacious dining areas. We went in April so it was quiet-ish. Clean and tidy.

Paper thin walls. Screaming kids running up and down the corridor very late at night and early hours in the morning. Freezing cold pool.

    Location, renovated hotel,nice staff

Not a lot of activities for kids ,boring entertainment shows.A lot of food start missing from restaurant (smoothie, walnuts , sesame snacks)before hotel almost finished season. Not a lot of choice of fruits their quality no tasty ,no ripe properly so poor ,no watermelon no melon .Air conditioner hardly works on a room don't understand how guests survived during hot season.

the resort is amazing, a wide variety of amazing food, everything was clean, staff was really nice

this is a family resort, so some children were screaming and yelling in the hallway in the morning which woke me up few times, which I would take into consideration for next time

Excellent Staff - super service minded

Rooms need upgrade and better maintainance Some od the food options Needs improvement, especially fish courses

    8JaynePosted on: 9-23-2024

Location, choices of food, swimming pools and price. brought in alot

Also upon arrival ( which was late) there was a curtain missing which let in a lot of light. We woke up early with the light shining through and very tired that day. This was rectified by the housekeeper the following day using an odd curtain which was a little better, however the room should not have been allocated in this state. After eating in the restaurant on our last night, three of us were very sick for 12 hours travelling home the following day.The shower was no a proper shower but a shower head connected at the bottom of the wall ( why would you not attach this at the top so that you can stand beneath it?

Being by the sea, it is a complete price performance hotel.

The rooms are old, there was a smell in the room that we couldn't explain, probably coming from the bathroom and toilet. My husband's back got stiff because the beds were a little old. There were no ingredients like shampoo and conditioner.

The room was an upgrade from the twin I've expected, and allowed me to better accomodate my mom and kids. It was clean, and frankly, it was the first time my kids saw a bunk bed, so it amused them. The wifi signal was great across all the property.Food is amazing, well made and many options to choose from, with daily themes (I'm a fan of the asian cuisine myself, so double the fun). From 7:00 to 20:00 there's always something to eat, snack or treat yourself to. The fruit fridge is a nice touch to encourage kids to eat healthy. The pools, water slides and beach are clean, with plenty of beds to relax while the kids tire themselves. Many activities for kids under 12 (my older teen simply chose the pool). The staff is quick to respond to any issue and glad to help. A bus stop nearby would take you to Rhodos or other places. The giant waterpark in about 10 minutes walking is a good place to visit during the stay.

The seaside rooms face the concert area, so expect some music until 21:30 at least. It's a matter of taste, I guess. And I honestly can't understand why there's no door to the shower room. I mean, there's a glass door to the shower, but if I need to brush my teeth and freshen up in the morning, I have to warn my kids to avoid that area for a while. The shower only had soap. Luckily I brought some from home (a habit of mine) and there's some in the hotel shop. Still, I'd prefer to have it provided, respectfully.

Close to the hotel is a nice local beach bar, called Galazio.

The room was small for 3 people (2 adults and a child) and not renovated. There was no map of the venue and no orientation what is where. We discovered some nice restaurants the last night of our stay.

    8TrishaPosted on: 9-2-2024

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and the resort had some lovely evening entertainment. Buffet options were also very vast and tasty! Great for families with children!

Beach was a a pebble beach but everything else in the resort makes up for it! Beautiful view and lots of beach activities to keep you busy.

    8MariaPosted on: 8-31-2024

The territory of the hotel is quite big and green, there are lots of activities for children, swimming pools, water slides, playground, excellent sea (we have been there in August), variety of delicious food in different restaurants during whole day hours, very friendly and welcoming staff of the hotel

Small rooms with poky bathrooms (but this was a reason not to spend much time in the room)

    10RharibaPosted on: 8-29-2024

Top family resort with private beach and amazing food

Cooling system in our room wasn’t working properly

    8CanPosted on: 8-27-2024

We loved the facilities including the water park, beach, restaurants a lot. The life guard at the water park was very kind and friendly.

The room was smaller than expected, a bit different than the photos but it was ok in general.

    9DanielPosted on: 8-26-2024

Kids liked the water slides and a shaded shallow pool with a submarine or a playground with a helicopter. Also, there were many animations and activities and evening mini disco.Multiple restaurants helped balanced the load/crowds, so no long queues. Many palms or trees providing natural shading.Meal was quite OK.Nice and helpful hotel staff.

The beach was partly pebble rather than sandy. However, still fine and if your kids like playing with stones/pebbles, they will be happy.
