Pathos SeaSide Suites

Excellent location. 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, 5 minutes from the main street. Interior is nice and modern. Bed is comfy. No real check in or out, as the place doesn't have a reception. Instead you get and leave the keys in a key box. Communication with the host was sparse but to the point. Cleaning staff came every day and was very swift. The (unheated) private pool is obviously a boon, but in late October the water is expectedly pretty cold. The sea is warmer. Still nice though, and in the summer time I bet it gets a lot more use.There are a few negative points as well, but all in all I can easily recommend this place.

The pool has a "fountain" that is running 24/7 and it's pretty loud. The noise makes it very difficult to fully relax in the courtyard. It's audible inside the apartment as well. Not so much it disturbed our sleep, but the noise was always there. I highly recommend the host to install a timer so it shuts off automatically at night, or even better, install a switch for it.The kitchen is poorly equipped for preparing any meal. We didn't have to, so not a biggie, but for anyone hoping to buy groceries to prepare meals there - you'll need to be creative, as there is one small pan, one small pot, cutlery for 2 people and pretty much nothing else. But if you plan to go out to eat, this becomes a non-issue.

It is very spacious. The outdoor terrace is very good and I can watch sunrise in the morning.

Location is perfect, Beach is a 3 minute walk, Shop is a 1 min walk, bars and restaurants are all within a 10 min walk. The property is very clean and modern, Air con is great for them hot days. Fresh towels and bed linen provided.Thank you

the location of the property was very good, near the beach, alot of restaurants and little stores. the restaurants all hand alot of vegetarian options.

nothing really, the shower overflood the whole bathroom but it wasn’t really a bad thing.

This is an amazing place to spend time as a couple. The suite was fully equipped and we loved the interior design. Simple design as we have in Scandinavia. Our host was very kind!

The pool was a bit dirty. But only just a bit! It would be nice if the fountain of the pool could have been switched off when needed.

Fantastic apartment, great location,private pool, excellent AC,super quiet due to small number of apartments. Bed huge & comfy and Seva is a lovely host. Very easy to contact through WhatsApp, absolutely no issues at all. Highly recommend

It was really big, enough space, clean and amazing to relax. I was amazed by how nice it is! And there is also a beach a minute by walk. So if u don’t rly wanna go somewhere far, that’s amazing!

There are a few things that weren’t rly bad but I’m hoping it’s gonna be better the next time I’m coming. The lady handing out the keys was not there at time to give us the keys and also get them back. We didn’t wait too long but it would be better if there was maybe another system. When we got in she said that there might be someone coming over to clean the jacuzzi. These things should not happen while guests come in. Didn’t rly feel comfortable by the thought that someone might come any time (no one came tho).And also, the breakfast was delicious and the man serving the food was soooo cute! I would just love to see an little upgrade with maybe more dishes to order? And maybe better drinks?

Amazing location, 1 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from the main strip with loads of bars, clubs, and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, was right by the beach so had an amazing view while eating. Check-in and out procedure was very easy, highly recommend this place.

Everything about our stay was absolutely beautiful, the location if perfect, ypur 1 minute from the beach where you can find raffaello beach which has a bar and pool if you dont like he sea, 1 minute from the gala where you get breakfast included in your stay, 1 minute from ambience bar where is great to start the night and a further 2-3 minutes to the main bar street. The air-conditioning was brilliant, the wifi was great, the whole apartment was spotless, the whole check in - check out procedure was simple, would highly recommend this room for anyone who eants to stay in faliraki and have a bit of class and privacy

Our suite had a super comfortable bed and the decor was beautiful. we had a very larger outdoor area with a table and pool which was great!

for the cost and the duration of our stay, we found it unfortunate that there was not a kitchen tea towel, and that the kitchen was not well equipped at all (it’s really difficult even to prepare breakfast if there is exactly 2 spoons, 2 plates, etc). Also housekeeping twice in 9 days was not enough. Wifi is realllly slow and sometimes did not work.
