    Pros +

    • If you are interested in a well-appointed resort hotel with full board and ambient pop music then this is the hotel for you. All the staff are professional, friendly and attentive. We hoped for sunshine, quietness and a sea view from the balcony; we were a bit disturbed by the music (we had booked a room with sea view) and changed room in order to achieve a quiet balcony with somewhat of a sea view. In this endeavour the receptionists were very accommodating, and we are deeply grateful. The beach sunbeds are of good quality and the waves loud enough to drown out what you don’t want to hear. Food: abslutely excellent. We chose the regular dining room for all meals, plus the pizza man for the occasional afternoon snack. My impression is that the hotel is well-suited for young families, extended families and young people in general.
    • Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities, a friendly staff, great food and very clean rooms!
    • My fiancé and I absolutely loved every second of our stay at Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel! The location right on the beach is stunning, the rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special throughout our holiday. The All-Inclusive was one of the best I have ever been to. The gyros/pizza/crepes for an in-between meal were exceptional.Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere, and wonderful service — it was everything we could have hoped for and more. We can’t wait to come back!

    Cons -

    • We were a bit disturbed by the constant music in the common areas.
    • I wish the pools were heated.. It was too cold to swim
    • This will most probably be a biased opinion, but the only thing I didn't enjoy was the beach. It was quite sterile and as a diving-enjoyer did not find it much appealing, but if you want a clean sand beach with little to no weeds, then this is great.

    Location,the view, the food

There was no door between showee and the room. Might be fancy, but you have no privacy when you shower

We recently stayed at Pegasus Deluxe Hotel for three nights, and while there were some positives, overall the experience fell far short of a 5-star standard.Pros:•The Pizzeria & Creperie: Excellent quality and a highlight of the stay.•Beach & Swimming Pools: Well-maintained and enjoyable.•Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean.

Cons:1.Cocktails & Drinks: Fresh alcoholic cocktails like mojitos or cosmopolitans are not included in the all-inclusive package, and cost €8 each. The included cocktails were extremely limited and poorly made. Even fresh lemonade—a basic summer staple—was not available.2.Water Charges: Bottled water is inexplicably not free and costs €2. For a 5-star, all-inclusive hotel, this is shocking.3.Buffet Food Quality: The buffet was repetitive, bland, and clearly recycled. For example, fish served with white sauce at dinner reappeared the next day in red sauce as a “new dish.”4.Olives & Local Food Quality: In a country famous for its olives, the buffet only offered canned olives with no olive oil or fresh marination—very disappointing.5.No Ice for Drinks: None of the buffet drinks were served with ice, which made meals less enjoyable in the summer heat.6.Hospitality Staff: Service quality varied, but some staff appeared demoralized or unprofessional. One barman, Andreas, even mocked my wife while she asked about drinks—completely unacceptable.7.Complimentary “Extras”: The so-called complimentary bottle of wine smelled terrible, like cat food. They also left a plate of fruit in our room, including a rotten peach, and no knife to cut it. Not thoughtful, just careless.

Nice pools nice rooms but staff wasn’t the best.

We had to ask many times to send someone clean our room, and waited too long to get even a towel, it was very disappointing

The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

The entertainment didn't speak too much English. For someone who doesn't speak Italian it was challenging.

The facilities was great, there was a lot of food and a lot of bars everywhere that you can drink whenever and wherever you want. The pools are awesome and its close to the sea.

The air conditioner was not that good. The pool for the kids was next to the garbage so the smell was a little bit badThe mini club was a mess and there is not much to do there.

    8KerenPosted on: 8-26-2025

It’s right on the beach. There are several pools and a pool with slides for kids. It’s all inclusive and for the most part the food was really good. Each dinner the menu was varied. Other than breakfast lunch and dinner, throughout the day there were pizzas, gyros, crepes, ice cream and drinks. Most days we skipped lunch unless it was to grab some fruits or veggies. The entertainment staff was really great with the kids (especially Flow). We stayed in a family room so there was a bedroom for adults with a queen bed and a bedroom for the kids with 2 twin beds. Sea view was also really nice.

We had issues with the room, especially the air-con. The room was constantly hot. We had a technician in the room 3 times to fix until it finally worked. The room was also the farthest in the hotel. In an area that had not been renovated yet so it was an older room. The front desk staff were not very helpful and often rude. There is an option to dine one night at the a la carte restaurant which should have been the best food we had at the resort, but it wasn’t very good. The food we had the rest of the stay was far better and very enjoyable.

It is a well thought-through, well-organised, well-run establishment, welcoming and generous towards its guests. The staff are its biggest asset, from Nicholas, Dimitrios, Kostas at the front desk, to the bellmen, room maids and waiters and the spa staff. The all-inclusive package turned out to be truly all-inclusive, generous and of the highest quality. The facilities are excellent, access to the well-appointed beach is easy and direct. A gem of a hotel, on a gem of an island in a wonderful sea. Honest, generous, unpretentious, truly five star hotel, outstanding value for money. We will be sure to return to this place repeatedly.

The system for issuing beach towels on the basis of check marks on a piece of paper, is needlessly complicated for spa staff and guests.

Staff in general was very kind and helpful.

Quite an old-looking hotel, needs substantial renovation, in particular as far as the bathrooms and elevators are concerned. 6th floor’s carpets are quite dirty for a 5 star hotel standards. Food selection does not offer any solution for dietary concern such as lactose or gluten intolerance.

The food, the view from the room and the politeness of the staff

Friendly staff, good value for money. Kids loved the kids pools. (Our three year old is still talking about the big bucket on top of the slide - it’s tipping over every few minutes and causing a big splash). We stayed in new rooms, which were amazing. But that said, not all floors seem to be newly renovated.

Initially we booked a sea view room, which was VERY loud from the evening entertainment until after 11pm, also the smell on the balcony was VERY bad there from a water treatment plant next to the hotel. We asked to change room and were moved to a room facing the parking lot, which was super quiet and much more entertaining for the kids anyway (how priorities shift when you have kids ?). And the smell was gone. The hotel facilities and pools are quite old and run down (except for the kids pools, they seem to be brand new), the outdoor furniture however is nice and the sun beds comfy. The Food at the buffet was not very interesting and the eating area does not have a very nice atmosphere. So overall very mixed, but def great with kids if you don’t want to spend a fortune for a beautiful boutique hotel and you are ok with not so amazing buffet food. (there are a few nice beach restaurants that serve great food nearby after all).

    A nice beach

Lot of guests poisoned by food, hotel management does not admit hygienic issue.

Tasty food. Kind staff. Nice pool 4 kids, only really cold water .

Uncfomfortable sleeping, our friends had good cosmetic, coffee capsules. 3d floor, our all inclusive family room wasnt renovated. Curtains was like from nowhere- size didnt fit, dirty, needed some ironing asap.. so sad to see cleaning staff cleaning floors with old towels like 50 years ago.. yes there was also another brooms, but anyway it happens in hotel with 4*?!

The best was the calm water and view of the sunrise on the beach. Keep in mind that not all rooms facing the sea have a view of the sunrise. The hotel would be nice and I liked the rooms and the balcony.Due to the frequency of stomach problems in this hotel, we will not return though.

Our long weekend and my birthday were ruined because both of us got sick (stomach) at the hotel. We suspect that it was the water/ice cubes from the beach bar. Many people that we talked to and who stayed at the hotel had the same problem. On my birthday I had to stay in my room and was feeling very sick.Part of the personnel was friendly and greeting nicely, the other part didn't have good manners and they were even turning off all the lights while we still had dinner on our first night (we arrived late but just in time for dinner and the last possibility for warm food for the evening - the buffet dinner ends and will be taken away at 9.30 pm).

Everything was just spot on....from the taxi picking us up, organised by the hotel, the location excellent, our room was stunning. I had previously requested a great room overlooking the pool & the sea. The wonderful staff did just that. We had paid extra for a seaview deluxe room on the adults section of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor room 547. The food was very varied & the a la carte restaurant was excellent. The beach was beautiful & safe. The infinity pool was amazing. The hotel was so clean. The staff were so kind & helpful. Fully inclusive package was worth having. Yes, we know in a fully inclusive package the spirits are going to be local BUT there is an option to pay for real cocktails at a cost. I found the ones the efficient barmen made hit the spot. The local lager beer was very good which was free with the all inclusive package The infinity pool which is a new addition for 2024 was spectacular. The pools are warm enough despite not being heated. This hotel had everything you could wish for, for a perfect holiday. Thank you Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel Management & staff ?

I felt with staying for 2 weeks another type of restaurant which wasn't a buffet self service would be great. Mexican or Italian. You were only allowed one free allocation a week at the a la carte restaurant. Great to be waited on. Certain times in the buffet restaurant were very busy & manic. The hotel needs to invest in a better water sanitation sewage treatment plant. When the wind blew in a certain direction it hovered over the outside eating area. Shame., the breakfast outside area had great views & was cool despite the hot sunshine.

    9HannaPosted on: 10-21-2024

The beach is part of the hotel where you can have beach chairs free of charge. It is nice and clean. The balcony view is amazing. All the staff is super friendly, especially Tsabikos, Andreas, Joanna from the bar. Already missing you guys :) room was always super clean.

The beds are really soft so not really comfortable. I also got food poisoning once. TV could be in any other language besides German :) But it doesn’t matter as everything was very good !

Generally a nice place, 3 swimming pools, nice garden.

The swimming pools were not heated thus in october the sea was warmer, we could swim in that but not in the pools. We booked sea view, however, the shows everyday from 21-23:30 are so loud that we had to change room to the other side. In that room the water pipe had some issue and had some flushing noise every 30 minutes, pretty annoying. We paid for breakfast only, lot of options but quality is below avarage.

    9HeatherPosted on: 10-20-2024

Excellent location with options of bus travel to other locations. Beach sports available close by & the lunch time grill food etc

The food at night was bland, cold & people were wasteful., ran out of dishes & put something totally different out. We stopped eating in there at night The drinks tasted funny, so ordered our own so paid for those too!
