Great location, superb service and attitude from the staff, excellent food variety and quality.Mitsis Hotel really strived to keep us satisfied in all aspects, food, drinks, room service, equipment and entertainment.Absolutely fantastic!

Room cleanliness can be improved, once we asked for more thorough cleaning it was done promptly.

Amazing for kids , there is a pool for kids , slides and great restaurants… the beach is close and clean … activities all day long

Great hotel, immaculately clean, staff super friendly. Had a lovely welcome from receptionist Anna upon our arrival and the rest of the team were so helpful! We were celebrating our anniversary so were treated to a nice cake and bottle of bubbly, made our day special. Food was outstanding, sea warm and overall fantastic experience!

The only drawback was cold pools. Somehow I imagined that pools would be heated but unfortunately not. Obviously we swam in the sea but would’ve used pools as well if they were warmer

Everything was perfect: nice location, beautiful evening programs, tasty food, sea, swimming pool for kids. The staff at the restaurant buffet and in the bars was super friendly and helpful.

We had 2 separate beds put together, instead of 1 big bed, and only during check out I was told that it was possible to put a one single matrass on top. Not sure would it really help.

Exceptionally clean property. Great staff and very accomodating. I have travelled to a lot of all inclusive hotels but I have to say this one probably has the best quality alcohol and properly made cocktails. Beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and great to swim in with small kids. Sun loungers on both the pool and beach areas are so comfy. Food is good and the a la carte restaurants are a must.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not overcrowded, easy access to every facility. Hotel is very clean. A la carte restaurants are quite good.

Not much variety of snacks around the pool area. Only crepe and few selection of deserts during the day. You have to wait to be served for the hot drinks in the main restaurant. Sometimes it takes too long to get a cup of tea. Hot water served for hot drinks was barely warm time to time. Limited animations and shows for the kids.Bathroom requires a few improvements. No snacks in the room despite a good selection of drinks in the minibar.

The food was mediocre.. The breakfast had a variety of options.. Very decent.. However, the dinner spread was nothing to excited about.. The meats This/ proteins were not such great quality..

I think they could have offered a better quality of main meat dish every night.. They also have to do a better job with the snacks in the after hours cafeteria..

Everything was perfekt. I was there with my Husband and my 7 months daughter. The Food was good , the staff was wonderful,the Hotel is very close to the beach with clean water, perfect for the family. The sunbeds on the beach are very comfortable. We would love to return to this hotel.

Staff were quite rude even though it’s all inclusive they got so annoyed when we ordered more drinks… it’s the point of all inclusive. They got cost of our room wrong and tried to charge us £300 extra per room which was stressful, we got it sorted in the end but felt a little bit dodgy.

This all-inclusive beachfront hotel offers numerous amenities such as à la carte restaurants, water slides, and an outdoor gym with trainers. The staff are polite, smile, and genuinely try to make you feel welcome. The main city is within walking distance, making for a pleasant evening stroll.The food selection in the canteen is very diverse, though not all dishes are equally tasty. However, there is always something available to eat throughout the night, which is convenient. The specialty restaurants are delicious, with appetizing food prepared right in front of you, though popular ones require booking well in advance.

The rooms are very small, with a miniature closet already filled with items like thick blankets, which are useless in the 35°C summer heat. As a result, your suitcases have to stay in the room, blocking your passage. The bathroom has no ventilation, no shower, and the bathtub is so cramped that you can't fit without touching the glass wall. If you are taller, your feet will hang off the bed. The room is also noisy, with loud hallways and you can hear kids jumping upstairs, people speaking in their rooms, cars moving in the parking lot and the evening music. The sheets were dirty, stained with strange dark-colored chemicals constantly oozing from the nightstand. One day, the electricity went out in the entire hotel, and the reception did not answer the phone to explain what happened. Additionally, it is unpleasant that the pools close early and staff ask you to leave.The television is ancient, with no streaming or casting capabilities.The reception was vague and avoided a question I asked during booking.

Overall a very good hotel - lots to like depending on what you are after. Al La carte restaurants were all very good (book before you go using app). Buffet has very good selection. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location to central Faliraki 1-2 min walk is great if want to be on top of things. Breach access is great if want to be on the lively beach with watersport access which at this end is pure sand. Can take long walks along beach both ways

needing to reserve a sunbed (not hotels fault!) - people do get up 7.30am to lay down towels. End June could still walk down maybe 9.30am but wont necessarily get prime positions. No major concerns but on reflection we would have chosen a quieter adult only location - that's just where we are in life now

Good position in Faliraki.Very nice staff.The concept of the hotel is good, but the execution and the services offered do not reflect this or the expectation of a 5* hotel.

This should be a 4* hotel, there is still a lot of place for improvement, because the services, the room, the food, etc… does not reflect a 5* hotel.First of all the room is dateted, the bathroom really needs a big improvement (still with the old tub inside), also if you have a family and you get a quadruple room it can be really crowded because the rooms are small and the furnitures are massive. Also even though you are ecologically minded , toilet paper should be better quality, also you don t get amenities that you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The hotel does not have enough capacity of sunbeds next to the pool for all the people that stays in the hotel, bit you still have space at the beach. The food in the main restaurant needs a lot of improvement because it s very average and does not reflect a 5* hotel, but the thematic restaurants (where you can eat only 1 a day, and it depends on availability) are good. Also for an all inclusive treatment and the capacity of people that this hotel takes, there are not enough food services in between the main meals. You only have 1 bar where you can get crepes, some fruits and desserts, you can get only a piece if pizza after 15:30 (limited number of pizza), so definitly not enough services/choises for snacks, there should be at least 2 bars with some other choices (expl. sendwiches, gyros, pizza, pita, …).
