Tsampika Hotel Faliraki

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From every aspect, our stay was an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff felt like a warm, welcoming family. Truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds was comfortable and for a cheap base the location is fab.

There was no hot water in the morning and the hot water in the evening was limited, there was also no shower curtain on the shower so flooded the bathroom the food and bar were not tidy and clean, we are not fussy eaters and gave breakfast dinner and tea a try but it was all not great at all and we ended up eating out our whole trip. On our first night we spent a lot of the night awake from a family have loud drunk arguments in the corridors (however not the hotels fault) rooms are a lot small than advertised.

The best experience in Rhodes. Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, tasty food, and a very warm welcome from the owners. I can't wait to come back again ?

It would be good to havel a curtain in the shower, but it didn't bother me too much. I feel sorry for the cleaner ?

The property was a lovely family run hotel and you could really feel the family vibe. I was always greeted good morning, asked how I slept, how my day was or how the food had been! As a solo female traveller it made me feel very safe & was nice to be so welcomed. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much to ask, provided directions when I needed them and were happy to help. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun loungers available all day. The food was varied and tasty, the drinks were nice and served all inclusive from 10-10. The location was brilliant, a short walk to faliraki bar street, the beach and so many bus stops to Lindos/Rhodes close by. My room was cleaned and sheets/towels replaced daily.

The pipes could be a little loud when another guest was using the shower, but this was nothing major and didn’t prevent any sleep

Lovely hotel, nice and relaxed. Food was great and tasty and for a 3* it was exactly what we expected it to be. We had a deluxe room and it great. Comfy bed and steps straight out to the pool. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Delicious varied food. Excellent service. Cleaning and change of towels every day except Sunday. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the beach is sandy, the water is clean and clear. Bus to the city every 20 minutes.Everything was very good.

It would be nice to have hooks in the bathroom and a drying rack for swimsuits.

Lovely Hotel, nice modern rooms and all close to the pool area and restaurant and bar. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach (5 mins) and a slow leisurely walk browsing in some of the shops is about half an hour to the main town and strip. The staff were all really lovely and very efficient. We would definitely go back. Great value

The only slight negative (and I'm fussy) is the food was your typical all inclusive and the all inclusive drinks weren't great, but for the Great value we were happy as we often eat out and take in the amazing location anyway.

It is a great hotel close to Faliraki's main beach. It also has 1 big (and 2 small) pools, which is really nice. The staff is welcoming and helpful.As for the food, we picked the all-inclusive option and it was much better than we expected (compared to its lower price). The food is delicious and the variety is not bad at all, so we were completely satisfied with that. I can definitely recommend to stay at this location if you're in Faliraki.

WARNING, DONT STAY HERE. Room smelt like poo, unclean, shower broken.

The staff gave us an old room even though we booked a standard room which should have been renovated, we were given a "family room" which is NOT an upgrade, i promise you.The room smelt really bad, almost like sewage on arrival, there was dried blood on the floor, the curtains were stained, the shower head was broken so you couldn't have a proper shower, overall the room was NOTHING like the pictures.We then decided after 1 night that this wasn't acceptable and that the hotel overall wasn't up to the standard that it looked on the photographs, we were miss sold the rooms.We then booked somewhere else as we explained to the staff at the front of reception that the room they gave us was not up to scratch, it was also NOT what we booked. The daughter then said that we should pay for the 1 night we stayed and refund the rest, we agreed (even though the room was NOT what we booked and was NOT worth the price we paid for 1 night) The father (must be owner) then told us they can't refund us yet as booking.com has the money.I said that is absolutely fine and we could sort it all out after booking.com released the funds, the people behind reception agreed and even said we could come back to use the facilities (everyone left on good terms)After we left Greece we there then informed by Booking.com that the hotel wouldn't give us our money back but they did inform us that we can "still leave a review for other guest" I feel like this was them telling us we can't help but make sure to warn other guests SO here is our WARNING. DO NOT STAY HERE, If you get the room you book you might have a good time, if you get given a smelly room with dried blood like we did then you'll regret ever clicking on this hotels advertisement.I'm very disappointed with the owner (which is a family-run business) as they promised to refund us 3 nights of our 4 night stay but they are now refusing to do this.

Great location, lovely pool area , lovely staff. Good value for money

Our room was dated but clean. Step in Bath no shower curtain , no where to hang towels or your clothes in the bathroom .

Nothing to unlike

Modern property with fantastic pool area. Rooms are fresh and spotless. Owners are so accommodating. Check out is at 11 and we weren’t flying until 10 and they let us relax by pool for the day and gave us a shower room to freshen up before our flight. Location is perfect, quiet at night but less than 2 minute walk to Faliraki town centre. Easy to transport by bus to Rhodes, Lindos, and the Waterpark

The pool was pleasant, food amazing for buffet style, staff incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can.

Nothing really. I prefer the mythos to the local beer on tap.

Avocado barman was kind and he understood the customer's need. Petarda waiter was always sympathic. Both talked with a few languages.Rooms were clean, there was a lot of deckchairs, the food was often the same but very good, water in pool had good temperature.

Avocado smoked inside bar, his kid was peeing in the pool (when its mother looked on it and had fun).Owner of this place - Gandalf was a madman... He almost broke pavement.

Clean rooms and bathroom with modern design, lovely staff, good food and overall nice and peaceful atmosphere (in September). Fridge with freezer is really good addition too! :)What was really great was a possibility to borrow (for free) beach towels and sun umbrellas to beach or to pool :)

Hotel Tsampika is a great hotel. Everything was absolutely great. The staff was nice and always helped and accommodated with everything. All inclusive was flawless. The food was well seasoned and changed every day. The rooms were clean and spacious. We can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The location of the hotel is ideal. We give 10/10. We really didn't miss anything. I think this is not the last time we are here. Thank you!

All was good

Very spacy, clean teritory, you could always find free sunbed in pool area. Food is tasty, staff very pleasant and helpfull. Great value for money.

Location was great. 15 mins from beach and town on foot. Easy taxi ride from airport. Great food and entertainment. Lovely staff. Very clean.
