Room was not as discribe, family room building was outside the hotel area- the kids beds was in the same place as the bathroom sink and the access to the toilet and the shawerHalf of the water park slides (the big or exciting ones are limited to 1.40 m minimum heights - the kids is 1.37m and were very disappointed It wasn't describedare on booking

Very cold water in water park (we were in the end of October) impossible for children to use , no hot water in shower in aqua park. No laundry in hotel but there is one laundry close to the hotel. No transfer from airport

The food and beverage was fairly good. There was not a great variety for children ?.

Despite a specific request for a quiet room, after we had a major issue last stay, we got a very noisy room. The manager said it would not be noisy, yet it was very bad.Next, the bed was with dirt on it and housekeeping did not straighten the beds daily.

Fantastic location and great food,waterpark was fab

The food is very good - amazing selection. Breakfast was average but everything else we were impressed with. The whole hotel is just lovely, nice beds and rooms. Waterpark is fab. We stayed early Oct and it wasn’t busy at all during the day. The artist in the hotel is absolutely insane and I highly recommend him. We had a family portrait done and it’s brilliant! He’s outside the arcade area.

The sunbeds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever tried and as such we didn’t use them. We sat on chairs. Spoilt the holiday. Some people used inflatables on theres. It’s definitely put us off returning which is a shame…Evening time it’s hard to find a table and chairs anywhere outside unless you eat very early and then go out. Shower was awful in and room and just dribbled..

Almost nothing because it wasn't a 4 star hotel! Coffee was ok and some food in the main restaurant

Changed 3 rooms in 8 nights 736 then 415 then 420, in every room was almost everything broken and not working and all the time we were dealing with "we'll send someone to fix it". This is not a 4 star hotel. This was a survival camp, in one of the rooms we didn't have hot water in the morning and in the evening (with a 4 yo child it's not gonna work) one of the rooms we had to change at 12 at night because the air-conditioning was heating instead of cooling the room. Opening the windows door is impossible at ground floor because of loud guests and mosquitoes. We did complain a lot also with Booking.com but they didn't really give us a solution just change a room from worst to worse. NEVER AGAIN THIS HOTEL IT'S A SHIT HOLE!

The only good thing about this hotel is the water park and the pool. They are really great and the kids enjoyed them a lot.

We didn't have hot water for the first 3 days of our stay. I complained about it every day but instead of helping me the reception staff was really rude. They raised their voice and always replied to me with the same answer: maintenance said that it is fixed now. It was like this for three days. Eventually I was moved to another room which finally had hot water.The food is very low quality and always the same.

We had a wonderful stay in that hotel! Very nice staff. Very good food and drinks. New renovated room - very perfect. Was our third stay in that place.The service was excellent, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked the room and hotel facilities

There was a vast variety of food but it it wasn't tasty .The foo served was almost always cold.

The staff are exceptional. My husband suffered a medical episode while we were there and the staff knew exactly what to do and how to handle the difficult situation. They were really helpful and kind.

We had a very good a looked like fairly new room, as I saw on listed picture, some rooms are not that nice. Hotel is huge, with many rooms. We had one with balcony with a pool view on second floor.The most value to the hotel brings the water park with slides. Traveling with kids 18 and 14 years old this was the best moments for them. Property has 2 pool areas and the water park, so many places to lay in the sun, but, you might not have a sun bed if you come at 11am or later. Some people overtake them with their towels at a breakfast time :)Liked the activities hotel provided as Zumba, stretching, water volleyball etc.

Sun beds could have been newer, as some were totally broken. Bed in the room was quite hard.Hairdryer was crap, it turned off every other minute.Food, well you can always find something to eat, but the quality is not the best. They have lots of junk food, fried processed food, pastas for kids. Yes, kids didn’t mind the food :). They had no variety of seafood. One frozen fish and thats it. Cleaners came every day and put new towels but they didn’t clean the floors properly, as you bring sand in the room from the beach. Alcohol variety was poor, just the local one. All the cocktails were very sweet. No Prosecco :(The most I didn’t like was the smokers (almost all the guests), they smoked everywhere and even in front of the kids by pool area.

We can not fault anything, food, water park, entertainment. Everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for money.

I don't think there's anything that they could improve. We went not expecting a lot as the price is so cheap but honestly everything was absolutely perfect.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTELthis is by far the worse hotel experience I had in my lifeThe hotel is extremely noisy and the beds are not sleep worthyour firs room had no insolation, we had loud music until 23:15. In the morning from 10:00-12:00 and from 14:00-18:00 meaning we literally could not sleep. On the seconded day it rained and we had a massive leak, the bed got completely wet and half of our cloth to. The hotel staff was completely passive about it and offered us no help. It took them about 3 hours to respond. Eventually we switched room – a complete downgrade to a room that “came out of the 80s’”. The mattress were unbearable and I ended up sleeping 2 nights on the floor as it was more comfortable then the bed. Again the staff was so unhelpful that there was no point in talking to them.The general attitude in this hotel is “this is what we offer, we don’t care, we will not adjust or do anything for you”. We had booked 4 rooms to our extended family, in any other case we would just go to a other hotel.AVOID AT ALL COST.

Everything is lucking and made in a money saving way. We were there with 11 people had 4 rooms all rooms had big problems with them. From a water leakage to old uncomfortable beds. Place is dirty. Nasty old drinks and food everywhere. Food was terrible. The buffet is 60% canned food 20% fried food and 20% fresh.Limited drink selection. Very bad alcohol.Every day the same food and drinks. Playground for kids was broken and unsafe and got fludded.

We had a room in block 500, the rooms are very spacious and probably the best in the hotel. The water park is excellent for children and the entertainment on a night is pretty good, the dj / host does a great job.

The buffet restaurant didn’t seem to have themed nights, Chinese, Indian, Mexican etc. It became a bit similar. The cleaners kept leaving different amount of towels in the room, quite often not enough were left.

The breakfasts were the best meal of the day with fresh fruit and a diverse range of tastes. Otherwise the food was hit and miss. If you think "good school dinners in uk" then you're near the mark. Sometimes dreadful, sometimes nice. But you get what you pay for. The dining halls are big and noisy, so count that in for differing sensory needs. The waterpark was fab fun for all ages, although needs maintenance in places as there were some worn bits that caused minor injuries. It didn't spoilt the fun though. The lifeguards were all great and really on it. The pool we used was getting a bit murky but we all had a great time.

The food wastage was horrendous, but that's a lot to do with the clientelle. It was quite embarrassing at times to see so much food thrown away. The launch of meals times is like a bun fight in a carry on film. Then some food was clearly recycled for the evening, I suppose understandably. This place gets a bad review, but the guests are a big part of that. The facilities are great.
