The location, the hotel itself and the amenities were phenomenal. We felt very welcome from the very first moment at the hotel. It has its dedicated beach, which was also a plus. During breakfast, lunch & dinner there were wide selections of food to choose from. The view from the hotel is amazing as well; its location is great because you can visit the Old Town, Faliraki & other cities quite easily. The hotel also had a spa salon, a grocery store within and a beauty salon inside, which was very convenient.

Everything was great, however I would mention these opportunities to improve: 1) The animators - I guess it depends on what to compare with, but overall energy seemed to be low. It would be good to change the program and add a variety of different activities: tennis matches, running together, swimming competition in the ocean etc. It depends, of course, on the target audience - but the activities above would capture the interests of younger visitors. 2) The two ladies working the pool bar during the day: it felt a little bit like it was a chore for them to be there every day; I wish they were a bit more welcoming;3) Gym - overall okay; perhaps a bit more of free weights / dumb bells would be great

This hotel was really exceptional. We have spent 10 wonderful days here. The food was very delicious and had big variety. The beach was clean, the pool was great. They serve good cocktails also. But the biggest positive surprise: the staff was extraordinary. They were professional, very friendly and always helpful. We had our 2 years old with us, and the stuff treated her like a princess. I could mention really everyone, but I would like to specifically mention Vaios and Mustafa. Vaios was just wonderful, our daughter loved him and he made our stay much better. So a big special thanks to him!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were of great quality. The cooling system worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature.The staff were absolutely amazing – kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.The fresh orange juice at breakfast was truly delightful. The food selection was varied, but it could have been tastier and of higher quality. We also noticed that Greek cuisine was not very prominent on the menu.The bar was outstanding – diverse, professional, and offering creative cocktails that exceeded our expectations.The lazy river was perfect for relaxation, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach.The right side of the beach was sandy, while the left side was rocky, so I highly recommend wearing water shoes.Overall, I would give the highest rating to the staff and room cleanliness.Additionally, there was a bus stop very close to the hotel, which made exploring the area easy and convenient.Finally, a special thank you to Marina, Georgia, Rafaela, and Nicklas for their exceptional service and kindness, which made our stay truly unforgettable.

First of all very responsive and professional staff, amazing food and great Animators. It was a wonderful stay, totally worth the value. Our room was upgraded to highest floor by request, balcony is spacious with amazing frontside sea view. 30 min away with taxi from Airport, busstop is 2 min away from the hotel. You can reach Rhodes city center or Faliraki in 25-30 min for 2,5 Euro. There is a huge Waterpark 5 min away from the Hotel but still far enough not to bother hotel guests. 24h Supermarket in the hotel and great Spa and Massage center. Huge swimming pool and clean beach with enough sun loungers. Great for both singles and families.

The hotel was lovely – very clean with a very friendly staff. The food was good, though it didn’t seem to be from the chef. I really enjoyed the pool (though for a lazy pool I was surprised not to see swimming rings, but maybe that’s just me). The beach was perfect, and I appreciated that the bar was open all the time – the cocktails were delicious, and wine and beer were unlimited. The location was also very convenient, with the bus stop right next to the hotel. Overall, I liked everything, except for the price, which felt very expensive.

Typical resort with no attention for details or atmosphere. Staff works for money and not to make guests happy. Plastic glasses, no service at pool or beach… just nothing special compared to other cheaper resorts

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to thank everyone, especially the entertainment team, which consisted of three incredibly energetic individuals, and the hotel staff, who were always warm and welcoming with smiles on their faces. We also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than the official time of 3 PM, as we arrived around 11 AM.As all-inclusive guests, we found the concept comprehensive, covering everything from meals to drinks. While the meals were generally tasty and enjoyable.

We noticed that some meat dishes—particularly fish—seemed to be improperly cooked. Regarding beverages, the quality of the drinks was below our expectations. Most of the brands appeared to be local and unfamiliar, and cocktails were overly sweet, to the point that we often couldn’t finish them.

Great staff, very very friendly. Very nice room with great view, excellent pools, nice lazy river, good food.

It’s a place more for just adults and not really for kids.

This is the best pure, crystal-clean sea water I've ever seen! For the last 30 years, they have obtained a Blue Certificate for perfectly clean water, and I highly recommend experiencing it. The water is pleasantly warm in September, and there are great weather conditions and lots of sun. You can always find free sunbeds; there are no issues with that at all. I loved the food selection—they offered different menus every day. Fresh fruits, cold and warm starters, seafood, soups, main courses, local wines and spirits, and a fantastic dessert table. We loved our waitress, Alina. This hotel is mainly for couples and solo travelers, so there are very few kids. I checked reviews before booking, and this fact was my main reason for staying in this hotel; I wanted a calm vacation without kids screaming and crying everywhere. If you're looking for some piece - this is your place.

The building and amenities are outdated. I paid around $400/night for a twin room, which isn't worth the money—it's too pricey for that look. The hotel is clean, but it's not cozy. You won't find nice places to hide with a book or coffee and take some photos. Renovation is desperately needed. However, I'm still putting 10 out of 10 because I had such a nice vacation there.

The things that we liked most is the food, including taste and variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 1-day free Greek alacarte can also be considered as nice benefit as it allows you to taste various Greek dishes under different atmosphere.Sea was fantastic, it has quite calm water without waves so that you can enjoy swimming for whole day. The sea bottom was entirely sandy except the entrance.Housekeeping was good, they properly made up pur room on every aftenoon. Room has sufficient conditions and space to accomodate 2 adults and 1 child.The staff was well-trained, supportive and friendly.

Beach could have been also sandy, walking around was a bit challenging.Bottled water should be added to all inclusive concept. Air conditioning inside the room is operating noisy.Snacks between lunch and dinner should be improved in terms of taste and variety.

Very good hotel with perfect meal, very clean, good wi-fi-I can simply used it on the beach. Very nice staff, ready to support with any of your requests. The big advantage-leasy river on the territory, it's so cool!! The sea is amazing, beach is very good and you can always find a place easily. I would highly recommend it for people who are looking for calm and comfortable vacation (not noisy with clubs and disco and not for families with small children-no separate children animation here, can be a little bit boring for them, but again-it's up to you)

The only thing can be improved-noisy air conditioning, but it's up to you how to react!) We were ok.

Good location - walking distance to Waterpark, on the beach - direct access, close to the airport and centre. Very good food, each day different and good variety ?

Nice small hotel,very clean, bit of animations but not too much, not loudly, sunbeds on beach avalaible all day, good meal, drinks included in all inclusive quite good, peables beach, lazy river (donuts included), icecream taste ok.

Snacks was poor (after breakfast and between lunch and dinner), some pizza slides, cakes, poor fruit. In my opinion all inclusive is more like full board with drinks.

The hotel is a smaller resort right on the beach. The building is quite new, rooms have amazing sea view, with really comfortable beds.The all inclusive program is nice. Having a lot of options and long duration with service.The hotel is generally focused on adult travleres, couples and seniors. Not so much on kids, which was suitable for us but it could be also the time we were visiting in September. There is also an ala carte greek restaurant available to use.The staff of the hotel was really nice and friendly.

Outstanding food, the taste and variety was unparalleled. Large beach, plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Thorough everyday cleaning. Wi-fi reaching all areas of the hotel. Lovely view from the balcony. Hard to think of anything lacking or subpar, really

Nothing, those few minor problems I had were resolved with the help of the staff.
