    Pros +

    • The staff was incredible! at the pool bar. Amazing service and great with the hotel guests.
    • The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The beach was right there, and the water was warm and clear. There was a very big and beautiful swimming pool. The pool bar and the beach bar were both very nice. Especially memorable was the very good live music on most nights at the pool bar. The hotel is a short walk away from numerous good restaurants and shops.
    • A very peaceful and quiet resort, without crowds or rush. The pool rooms are stylish, the sea is beautiful, and the beach is located in a calm area. The à la carte dining is almost perfect.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast could have been better as the food seemed to be sitting out for a long time. The breakfast area was very noisy. The room prices are very high compared to other good hotels in the general area.
    • The cocktails, beer and other drinks included in the all-inclusive package are quite basic, except the lobby bar. However, this seems to be the general approach in Rhodes.
    • Poor breakfast- mainly vegetables varietyPoor alcohol

Great food, incredible staff! Big complex, but spread out, so did not feel not overcrowded.

Faliraki in general, but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Quiet and clean resort on a wonderful large sand beach and shallows with the town right outside for walking.

No music at pool during day but maybe because we were there during weekdays.

Perfect location for relaxing few days. The food was very good, staff nice. All that u can expect from a resort.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The hotel reception and surrounding areas were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant first impression and a comfortable atmosphere. We also enjoyed the treatments at the spa—they were professionally done and quite relaxing. However, the treatment room had a see-through door, which made me feel a bit exposed and uncomfortable during the session.

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms felt run down, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. What was advertised as a double bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which made it hard to sleep comfortably—on several occasions, I fell through the gap while trying to cuddle my wife.Cleanliness was another major issue. When we arrived, the toilet was clearly used and hadn’t been cleaned. It wasn’t until the third day that it was properly cleaned, which was unacceptable. The shower experience wasn’t great either. For two of the nights, we only had lukewarm water, and the water pressure was very weak.As for the food, breakfast had some decent options at the buffet, but dinner was a letdown. While there was a variety of dishes, most of them didn’t appeal to us and seemed tailored to specific regional tastes, particularly German cuisine. Despite having an all-inclusive package, we found ourselves eating out most evenings just to enjoy our meals.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful.

Vicinity - very shabby town of Faliraki, most of which was closed thankfully as the season hadn’t started. Really not in keeping with the hotel.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling! We spent a long week where we felt like home! The room was comfortable, and plenty of activities were going on. I strongly recommend it without hesitation!

Wonderful hotel. The weather wasn’t great in April- it rained 3 out of 5 days. Rent a car, public transport is sketchy. Taxis are expensive!

The location of Apollo is very convenient. The staff have been friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything he had requested. The food is tasty and there was enough choice for the different tastes. The wine bar and the sommelier were a great touch to our journey introducing us to greek wines.

I didn't like that it wasn't stated anywhere that we need to pay extra for the sunbeds at the beach.

Nice hotel with easy access to the sea

Cleaners are very noisy in the corridor in the morning, so if you want a lay in and put do not disturb on the door, it makes no difference as they are so loud cleaning the other rooms that you can’t sleep anyway. I am talking about 8:30am, so not late.

The hotel staff made us feel so welcome. We celebrated and they upgraded our room and gave us a free meal with lovely food and wine. The hotel is quiet on the beach with three pools. The breakfast was so good so much to choose from hot and cold food.

    Everything was lovely

Large pool, available sunbets around the pool, large green area, close to the sea, delicious food

No animation for kids / youths

Very attentive staff, pool was amazing, food was exceptional with lots of choices. When we arrived, there was a male receptionist who was especially attentive and friendly - it was a really nice welcome

Gym facilities could be improved. Some machines not working

Beautiful hotel, clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, the pools are super clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are good, variation of dishes if you are not vegan.A bus to Rhodes city passes near the hotel.

As a vegan, I didn't have enough variety in the dishes. Salad and pasta were available every day, but for a hotel of this level, I thought there would be more consideration for vegans.

Small and quiet hotel, great and shaded kids pool and kids club for the sunny days. Really helpful staff.
