Big room , good refrigerator , washing machine .In hotel you can get food 24/7 Good staff.But hotel is 2 stars only and not more. Quite and not very far from eating and drinking places in Farillaki.Will advice to have a car if you want to visit different beaches.

Internet is BAD.Almost no signal in our room. Used my mobile all the time all 2 weeks. Thanks EU rules no need to pay for roaming.For people outside of eu need to consider e sim or stay without internet. NO TV in the room at all.

Very good hotel with all a lot of amenities including great Pool, Bar. You can always buy drinks, beer, gyros, milkshakes and Some snacks at a very good prices. Very good locations to each the best beaches of Rhodos as well as the Rhodos City (20 min car ride).

Had great pool and our room was large to fit our family

It didn’t have much of the facilities you would fine in a hotel such as hairdryer and iron. It would get cleaned only if you asked and bathroom would not be cleaned. Food area or restaurant would close early but it did have pizza till late.

The staff were extremely friendly. Walking distance to beach and shops. Manager Mike couldn't be more helpful with any request. Apartment was very clean and lots of room.Fridge, sink, hob, oven ect.

Mike, Nik and the team are so helpful it's my second time with them this summer. I went in August first with a friend and his family. Then on my own recently.Where it doesn't have all the bells, and whistles in of upper star hotels, it has family warmth and sincerity. Which makes your stay very comfortable.

Not much to dislike.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, especially Mike. We had a birthday while there and a chocolate ice-cream cake was supplied, such service! It was a short walk to the beach and the town it is so convenient everything. Well worth a visit, you won't get a nicer place to stay .

Unbelievable value for money!! I wake up every morning to see the sunrise across the sea ? Really cheap drinks and snack menu (€2 toasties).Very clean bedrooms and pool area! I can see why there are so many repeat guests- I will definitely come back :)

If you want super luxury, then this is not the right place, but if you want to enjoy your vacation really well, then this is the best place.Xtreme friendly staff. the snacks were good and inexpensive. The pool area is large and comfortable. The rooms are clean, but old, but that didn't affect the holiday feeling in any way.

The holiday should have been longer :)

Great pool , location to beach and restaurants close 10 minute , but away from noise . People running it very nice . Lovely view from balcony of room. Big room clean and comfortable . Excellent value for money . 5 euro to get bag of clothes washed . Sunscreen and toiletries , books available to use . All good

Very friendly staff. They provided also iron for our clothes when we asked for it.

The bath is very small; water goes outside from the bath.

We got a better room than shown in the pictures. The room was modern and air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel was close to the main street.

We could hear everything from the hallway. The room, although modern, looked unfinished. There was no glass or curtain for our shower so the floor would always get very wet. Hard matress.

From the moment you step foot in the hotel, you're welcomed as part of a big, warm family. The staff is not only hardworking but also incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.Every morning, breakfast was a delight, and the 24-hour bar was a perfect touch. The location was central to Faliraki.

- The showers in all the rooms we booked were dirty, had limescale lining the rim, and the drainage system was so poor that every time you showered the entire room flooded. The shower had no metal hold, meaning you had to hold the shower head in order to shower.- The hotel staff were inappropriate towards us. As a group of girls, we already felt vulnerable, and one man in particular continued to target one of our group, saying things like “hello sexy” “I will put bugs in your bed” amongst other predatory comments.- The hotel staff confiscated our air conditioning because we supposedly left it on whilst we were out at the beach. This is unacceptable and air con is part of what you pay for when you’re at a hotel, and you expect to use the facilities as you wish. We were not told not to leave our air con running, as it was 40 degree heat, we of course wanted a cool room to come back to.- Upon arrival, we had previously booked and paid for 3 rooms. One family room and 2 standard double rooms. The difference between the 2 standard rooms was astronomical. One of the rooms was situated next to reception and the lock didn’t work. You could lock the door from the inside and from the outside push it and it would open. We couldn’t stay in the room as we felt completely unsafe as 2 girls alone. Moreover, the condition of the room was disgusting. There was a large air vent in the room that was loose, with a permanent light in. There was only one plug socket in the entire room that was used for the light so if you wanted to charge your phone you have to sacrifice the lamp. The bathroom was disgusting and the whole room generally unliveable. When we confronted reception about changing rooms to meet the average standard of the other room, they said we could not move rooms. Were we’re then left with no choice other than to fit 5 people into the family room which was intended for 4.

The room was very clean and modern. Big room with many facilities. Staff were very kind and helpful

The bathroom shouod have a shower curtain as the water tended to go everywhere and flood the bathroom floor.

Distance to beach

The hospitality was wonderful, and the location was peaceful, an easy walk down to town Faliraki!

It would be much more comfortable if the bathroom has a shower cabin. so without it’s hard to keep it clean and dry. But just saying it, as it has been asked! ?‍↔️

Location was great, walkable distance to beach, restaurant ,strip and much more. Lovely view from balcony and pool was great.

Wi-Fi didn’t work once while we were there, shower was terrible as it flooded the whole bathroom. I had asked for it to be fixed as it physically had to be held my hand to keep it up straight as it kept falling down and no one came to fix the problem. No charging ports close to bedside.

The pool was nice and spacious. Location was not bad. Air condition was working well. Value for money though i guess.

Everything was really outdated. Rooms did not have basic amenities like shower gel or body wash. Only one big towel didn’t have the a second smaller towel. TV was just for display. Did not have filter coffee in the breakfast, limited breakfast. The pool had floaties and other items but some stuff was already broken but were still in the basket. there was no socket beside the bed.

The location of the property is quiet away from the main centre, only a short walk to the beach and shops. The staff are very nice and helpful, the building is a little old, but good value for money

The shower in the room was small, it was a challenge to not get the bathroom floor very wet
