All was great.. But the welcome for our pet really made us smile.. A letter addressed to him and goodies, pads and a comfy bed was awaiting at our room..

Our vacation was perfect here! Everything was beyond our expectations. Our dog had the best treatment! And we are already making plans to visit it again. Rooms are spacious and clean, AC and wifi were working perfectly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. ?

Haha, maybe grannies who are waking up at 5 am to get the best spots by the beach. But they were funny in a way ?

The staff at Esperos Palace Resort and Spa are exceptional! I had a wonderful stay at this outstanding resort. I want to particularly thank Evaggelia, who greeted us every morning at breakfast and ensured we had tea & coffee. Also, the cleaning staff are extremely attentive and thorough. Full credit to the amazing workers at Esperos Palace Resort and Spa for providing us with a memorable experience!

There aren't any major supermarkets around, but the mini market is reasonably priced.

Stunning resort. The food was exceptional for an all inclusive. Very well presented. Heated indoor pool, it’s not hot but warmer than outdoor at this time of year (April). Highly recommend.

Freezing cold outdoor pool but I understand this can’t be helped at this time of year.

Very clean, lovely pools, nice staff, good reception, very lovely breakfast and dinner buffet was plentiful. Cleaning staff turned up every morning offering full room clean.

No tea/coffee facilities in our rooms.

- superb sea view- lazy river- enough sunshades- rich buffet dinner and breakfasts

- elevators management - sometimes very long waiting times

- hotel location- hotel beach- beach and garden equipment- free of charge parking

- soft used mattresses with crawling(s)- used room equipment not equivalent to self promoted by hotel as 4* (or eve 4.5*) hotel, bathroom refresh/reconstruction not corresponding to 4*, easy transfer of noises from other rooms between rooms and even floors.- rooms facing towards street - noisy during night due to passing traffic- except few exceptions, rude staff at hotel restaurant (receptionists and room service was nice and gentle)

We spent three nights in hotel in September with half-board option. Food was amazing, variety high. Service fast. There was always free parking spot next to hotel. Sea view from balcony breathtaking. Hotel staff was very friendly. Ample of sunbeds. Lazy river :) Hotel market was not overpriced. I think price for value is very good in this hotel. Great place for vacation.

Rooms are little outdated. Only two elevators for the whole hotel, we uven preffered to use stairs from seventh floor to avoid long lines as the clientele during our stay was mostly german seniors. Hotel is further from city center, we knew that in advance.

Spacious rooms. Good facilities. Great food options

It was our second time there, we were very well received. Mario at reception remembered us and was just as pleasant as previously. He sent us a bottle of champagne with sweets to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you

- Nice and relatively fresh renovation of the rooms. Excellent cleaning- The best part of this hotel is a lazy river (with rings) around a green island. The best place to relax- Hotel has a great location. It is in a quiet place, but you can get to Rhodes City in 30 minutes by taxi or bus- Opposite there is a great cafe Ilios for lunch, dinner or coctails- Responsive and pleasant staff. They helped us with all the questions that arose

- Breakfast is good, but not the best. There is wide choice, but sometimes the quality is disappointing- During our vacation, on some days, there were not enough rings in the lazy river. There should be at least 10 of them during the whole pool open hours

Clean, good bar, big room, good location.

1 extra elevator would make a big difference.

Perfect location for sea swimming, free beach umbrellas and sunbeds, nice palm garden surrounding pools, sea view from panorama room, very friendly staff, nice and varied choice of meals both for breakfast and dinner within half board. Close to renovated Kallithea Springs and Rhodes town.

None, except pool bar and restaurant lunch sea food pasta, which as the only meal in the whole week didn ´t meet our expectation being served with rather heavy gravy no matching with this kind of meal.

Price expensive for Greece...

I loved the swimming pools, ease of access to the sun beds and beach, fantastic breakfast, mini market downstairs for any snacks.It is perfect for people who want to be at the pools and beach.

Rhodes is a bit far out and the bus service comes at irregular times however, that has nothing to do with the property. Just something to note.

Good location, facilities, everything you need.

Only downside of location is the travel to other areas, despite their being coaches, they are not frequent and taxis hard to come by.

Rooms were a little dated

Very clean, very nice crew. Near the water park. Ocean view is spectacular

No family rooms, we took 2 rooms. The location is not optimal, it’s a taxi ride both sides for attractions
