We loved everything about this hotel other than all of the steps it took to get to our room. Other than that, it was an amazing hotel and an amazing room with a an a amazing location!

Just all of the stairs we had to go up and down each time to get to and from our room.

Super clean, gorgeous view, staff is amazing. Our flight was later during the day and I am currently pregnant they arrange a waiting lounge with shower for us so we could still enjoy the pool and shower change and rest. They are so accommodating. Staff at the Reception are wonderful people. I can’t recommend it enough.

The room looked amazing,very beautiful view from room. Very clean

The room was colder at night,no extra blankets for sleeping,just sheets on the bed. The outdoor pool was freezing cold.Do not upgrade to room with a tub unless you request before entering that the pool is warm.I called front desk but they did not turn it on or offer help. I could not use the beautiful swim spa/tub. The power kept going out and TV wasnt working. They forgot half my breakfast I had to call office to get the rest of my food. Walking distance to shopping area but the locals try ripping you off so ask for receipt and check before you leave.A store told me a ring was $240euro but swiped my card for $260 euros and when I question her she got mad and gave me $20 from the til. This place is not worth the money paid. They are not nice and welcoming or accomodating to tourists. Will not be staying here next time.

The location to spectacular sunset views was exceptional. As was the staff in making us feel like royalty in their above and beyond “touch” of making our anniversary celebration so special.

The stairs! But they don’t have any choice in that so not their fault. No elevator for those who can not navigate the steep stairs. Thankfully the bell staff lugged our suitcases up and down for us.

Perfect place to relax but the stairs to go up and down is a difficult part during the stay. View from the room is breathtaking and the staff was very polite and helpfull.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a private pool. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. We dined at the resort restaurant, which offered stunning views. The food was average.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. The heated pool was not functioning properly, and the hotel staff was aware of this when we checked in. They needed a replacement part to repair the issue, which was resolved the following day. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was not cooling sufficiently. The manager was very apologetic and offered us a complimentary dinner at their restaurant as well as a transfer to the port.

It was at an excellent location, and it was a proper 5 star luxury type of stay. Staff were on call via whatsapp or phone. It was quiet, private, and had the best view. We were really pampered.

The floor was not clean enough when we check in, I’m not really into the shower area design ~

Exceptional property! Only 11 cave rooms built into the side of the hill. Our room and bathroom were huge! They provide full breakfast to order in your room every morning. You can also dine in their restaurant or have dinner brought to your room. Food was excellent. Sunsets were off the chain! Private plunge pool was warm throughout our stay. Front staff was very accommodating with restaurant suggestions and orienting us to the island. They have a car and driver who you can arrange to transport you anywhere on the island, for a fee. Grateful to be able to afford to stay here a few nights. I would rate this as a top place to stay in Santorini!

Our transfer from the port was organized well by the hotel. The suitcases were brought quickly by the hotel to our room due to the many steps. The hotel is well situated. The best thing is to see the sunset from the balcony. The room is very big, especially the bathroom. We even got a very nice welcome drink. The personnel (reception, restaurant, driver...) was very nice and helpful. Although the price might seem high, it is worth for the good service, great view and excellent food. The breakfast (to be chosen beforehand) was excellent and served on the balcony to enjoy the great view.

The whirlpool was working well, also the water temperature was good. However, there were so many insects in the water that we did not really enjoy staying in it. Nevertheless, we did not complain as we totally understand that you cannot avoid them since the whirlpool is outside on the balcony.

The location and views were incredible. Having breakfast each morning overlooking the caldera was especially lovely

We got our exercise in with steps but not a negative - it’s was 100% worth it!

Our room had amazing views, lots of space and a fantastic hot tub. We had a room located lower down the cliff that was very private so we didn’t feel over looked.

Everything was PERFECT

Cave style appartment, stayed in a few at the same price lavel and Maregio was the best. Calm, clean, nice view, big terrace (room 9).
